Between December 2025 and June 2026 the architecture was argued, taught, and planned aloud, on the record — Zoom sessions recorded and transcribed with informed consent displayed and captured at the start of each meeting. This ledger publishes the archive's existence in full: every session, its participants, its status, and — where a session is held — the reason and the condition that unseals it. Nothing is hidden; some things are staged. Verbatim transcripts, dated metadata, summaries and action items cut in as the archive ingests, and where any page of this record differs from a transcript, the transcript governs.
Each session was recorded and transcribed through Zoom, which displays a recording-and-transcription notice to every participant at the start and captures their continued participation as informed consent — the author's stated legal basis for publication, recorded as his ruling in S-129. The record keeps its one flag visible in its manner: consent-to-record and consent-to-publish are distinct questions in most jurisdictions, counsel confirmation was recommended, and every participant holds a standing invitation to extend, correct, or claim their edge — or to ask for a passage to be revisited. Publication here is meant as relationship, not exposure.

The ledger said here that the video was deleted at the participant's request; the author corrected that on 31 August 2026 (S-187) — the video exists, held by him, shown at his discretion. The transcript — 93% the author's own words by count — publishes under his ruling, quoted verbatim in the record. Iris holds the ledger's standing invitation in its strongest form: any passage of her own words trimmed or removed on her word, immediately.

When a session's verbatim text enters the record it becomes a numbered source record in the ledger, carrying: the full corrected transcript, immutable; dated metadata — meeting title, date and time, participants, duration; the consent statement; a bullet summary of the content and the key follow-up actions, written from the text and marked as the record's distillation beneath the verbatim layer; and links both ways — from the transcript to every entity, episode, and architecture page it touches, and from those pages back down to the transcript as drill-down primary source, in the author's own voice, with his own presentations. The Explore engine indexes every word, so a search for any participant — or anything said — lands here.
