Jack Lewin is the founding chair of the EP3 Foundation and one of the record's great connectors: it was through Lewin that Jonathan Hare reached Mark Bertolini for the air-cover that unlocked the Aetna funding, and it is Lewin who leads the Hawaii statewide health transformation initiative — supported by Governor Josh Green, the legislature, and a ten-year CMS AHEAD grant with $120 million in funding — that the corpus's Lōkahi work serves.
