The account as dictated, preserved verbatim. Everything elsewhere on this site that derives from it is a distillation — and where the two differ, this governs.
Dictated by Jonathan Paul Hare in working sessions with Claude (Anthropic) and transcribed in-session. Lightly cleaned for typographic errors and false starts; wording, sequence and emphasis preserved. Not an audio transcript. Where the distilled page differs from the source, the source governs.
Session 9: Lokahi Strategy & Consilient Angels (June 8, 2026)
Context: Reviewing the Lokahi launch in Hawaii with Jack Lewin, outlining the Faith & Tradition cascade with Marsali Hancock, and integrating design/UX strategy with Olchi Skant.
JONATHAN HARE: We've developed all this stuff. We started from the bottom up. We're kind of rebooting EP3. Lokahi is just supposed to be the launch pad. And for some reason, everybody thought it was like in Hawaii. It's like, just because Jack moved to Hawaii and might have some budget. That's just the Petri dish where it comes together. I spent the last nine months on the patents. Nobody would read them. So I was like, with AI, we can just finish the job... How do you get a self-organizing, self-funding, self-building ecosystem that covers everything that matters? Because the financial system cannot handle the kind of growth that's coming. Everything's broken, politics, religion, everything's broken. Fix all. That's what I've been working on my entire life. JACK LEWIN MD: So we've landed all these funds for rural health. The big bill cut a trillion dollars out of Medicaid nationwide and put back 5% as rural health transformation. In context, it's very token. But for a little state like Hawaii, we competed and got 190 million a year for five years. Dr. Oz threw an extra 25 million to Shipta for AHEAD preparation. At the same time, I'm sitting here with a gigantic proposal from HMSA, our largest insurer, and our largest hospital system to vertically integrate... I'm probably going to have to say no to this merger. MARSALI HANCOCK: Our Quorum of the 12 has put together with other interfaith organizations in Greece a summit, and they have a call for ethical AI. They want to have ethical considerations within AI that can be self-selected. This was just shortly before the Pope came out with his. The connections are already there. There's a lot of trust within churches. They've done a lot of projects together, especially Catholic Charities. JONATHAN HARE: There's like 6 billion people who adhere to some religion. That's a really quick way to get adoption and trusted governance. Since they're doing it with Anthropic and all these other people, everybody doesn't know how to. So let's hide behind the churches. We figured out a way to do it that actually works. It's my favorite one. OLCHI SKANT: I work in the area of UX and UI experience for e-commerce usually and entertainment industries. I want to see what Jonathan is up to because he's always up to something great. JONATHAN HARE: One of our big challenges is making the information accessible to normal humans. And like me and the least normal humans that are completely immersed in it. So we're completely blind to what usability is. So we have all these things spec'd out. What needs to be built? You can do it in parallel, like evolution. It's not like there's one linear thing, there's millions of things doing in parallel. If you get there first and we run it through the proof of trust accelerator and what I call the Consilient accelerator, there are certain core services that are universal. Like the last universal common ancestor... there's like 500 base pairs that are common to every piece of life. A billion years ago, we had the first eukaryotic life form. So there's like nine organelles that are identical across all eukaryotic life. We got that fully spec'd out.
PART XX: Polished Strategic Session Nodes
Corrections applied downstream are recorded here rather than made silently. The source above is unaltered.
The Consilient Angels strategy session in the archive's condensed form — surfaced by the comprehensive sweep of S-138 as material never held and never published, an omission rather than a decision, corrected here.
Each page below is a distillation of the account above. The chain is recorded in both directions so that a reader, a journalist or a future system can walk from a claim back to what was actually said.
A source record can be wrong about the world even when it accurately preserves what was said. Corrections are recorded alongside rather than replacing it — nothing here is overwritten.
Write to evidence@qpncatalyst.io and Jonathan directly — both are on the button — or use the structured contribution form. A timestamped confirmation comes back with your submission attached, as your own independent record.
