The author's stated legal basis — Zoom's displayed and captured informed consent at recording — is recorded as his ruling, with the integrator's one flag preserved: consent-to-record and consent-to-publish are distinct questions in most jurisdictions, and counsel confirmation was recommended. The staging follows the author's radical-but-staged transparency doctrine: what is held is announced rather than hidden, with the reason and the unsealing condition stated on the ledger. The Marc Singer Meta Fund formation sessions remain at Stage 3 — after securities counsel — under the author's own counsel-precedes-publication discipline, which his consent ruling explicitly did not override. Jack Lewin is named by the author as a searchable participant; his session and role are confirmed on ingest.
