The transcript publication ruling — consent basis, staging, and the ledger mandate

The account as dictated, preserved verbatim. Everything elsewhere on this site that derives from it is a distillation — and where the two differ, this governs.

Recorded 2026-08-26Hare's messages in the integrator thread, 26 August 2026, transcribed verbatim with spellings preserved. The governing authorization for publishing the Zoom transcript archive. All sources
Provenance

Dictated by Jonathan Paul Hare in working sessions with Claude (Anthropic) and transcribed in-session. Lightly cleaned for typographic errors and false starts; wording, sequence and emphasis preserved. Not an audio transcript. Where the distilled page differs from the source, the source governs.

Primary source

As dictated

[Ruling 1:] No - i want the transcripts of the Zoom meetings included. Since Zoom automatically displays and captured informed consent when a meeting is begin record and transcribed, I have consent and legal authorization to publish either the video or the transcription.

[Ruling 2:] My intent is radical but staged transparency - some records will be held back until the full context is published.

[Ruling 3:] Please add each of the following transcripts to the Consilient.Network Library. and make them searchable based on the participants. E.g. if people search for Jack Lewin, Rich Moyer, Iris Steine, etc. in the Explore section, it will get a hit with these transcripts, and be displayed with the detailed transcript, metadata providing context (time, participants, meeting title, etc., the fact that mutual consent was captured from all participants, a bullet-point summary of the content of the meeting and key follow-up action items, and links to and from other relevant entries in the Consilient.Network, which this primary source material in my voice with my presentations are offered as drill-down documentation. [Sessions ruled for publication: Iris M. Steine (Consilient Angel) and Jonathan — Stage 1; the Rich Muth session — Stage 1; Lokahi and the Art & Science of Catalyst — Stage 1–2 with a live-sequencing pass; EP3 Lokahi — Sustainable Markets Accelerator — Stage 2 on the author's call; Rich Moyer – Marc Singer — QPN Overview — Stage 2 with Meta Fund passages held pending counsel.]

Editorial record

The authorization under which the transcript archive publishes, recorded before any transcript text enters the ledger so the governance trail precedes the content. The author's stated legal basis — Zoom's displayed and captured informed consent at recording — is recorded as his ruling, with the integrator's one flag preserved: consent-to-record and consent-to-publish are distinct questions in most jurisdictions, and counsel confirmation was recommended. The staging follows the author's radical-but-staged transparency doctrine: what is held is announced rather than hidden, with the reason and the unsealing condition stated on the ledger. The Marc Singer Meta Fund formation sessions remain at Stage 3 — after securities counsel — under the author's own counsel-precedes-publication discipline, which his consent ruling explicitly did not override. Jack Lewin is named by the author as a searchable participant; his session and role are confirmed on ingest. The verbatim transcript text was not present in the integrator thread at the time of this ruling; the ledger below publishes the sessions' existence, participants, and status, and the verbatim source records cut in on ingest of the v6 Archival Source Record — nothing on the ledger is summarized from text the integrator has not read.

What was built from this

Each page below is a distillation of the account above. The chain is recorded in both directions so that a reader, a journalist or a future system can walk from a claim back to what was actually said.

If you were there

A source record can be wrong about the world even when it accurately preserves what was said. Corrections are recorded alongside rather than replacing it — nothing here is overwritten.
