Transcript Node: Jeff Weiss & Jonathan (May 23, 2026)
Date Recorded: May 23, 2026
Context: Following his six-month 'Einstein Mode' isolation to file 2,091 patent claims, Jonathan recounts the history of the Consilient Initiative, the Google summit with E.O. Wilson, and the mathematical modeling of the QPN. The dialogue highlights the transition from theoretical modeling to global deployment readiness. The transcript has been programmatically polished to remove filler words, verbal stutters, and run-on artifacts, breaking giant blocks into readable paragraphs while carefully preserving the underlying meaning and raw emotion.
Meeting Participants & Relationships
• Jonathan Hare: The host and main speaker. Architect of the Lokahi and QPN Catalyst initiatives.
• Jeff Weiss: A long-time friend and professional contact. He provides a connection to the Wallenberg family and other high-level executives, acting as a foil to Jonathan's unconventional strategic approach.
Executive Summary
- Strategic Frustration: The dialogue captures the tension between traditional, slow-moving corporate vetting and the QPN's requirement for zero-friction, top-down executive signaling.
- Inverse Spence Signaling: Jonathan explains how utilizing the credibility of apex decision-makers (without requiring sunk costs) is the mechanism to bypass bureaucratic gridlock.
- The Catalyst Contribution Graph: A recurring theme is the necessity of recording contributions via the QPN Catalyst to ensure equitable distribution of the ecosystem's massive projected value.
- Global Impact: The conversations constantly scale from personal anecdotes to civilizational impact, referencing the integration of faith-based initiatives, environmental sustainability (TFFF), and AI safety.

JEFF WEISS: Hey. Good morning to you.
JEFF WEISS: How are you?
JONATHAN HARE: I'm doing well. I'm doing well. How about you?
JEFF WEISS: You north, south, east, or west.
JONATHAN HARE: I'm still in, I barely moved in the last six months. Gilroy, California. I see no one. I go nowhere.
My car got destroyed, right? Which is how I financed this. I have very good insurance. Do you ever see my Z8?
JEFF WEISS: I don't remember. No, I've never seen your Z8.
JONATHAN HARE: Yeah, when I was in London back when I first got rich in evolved days, I saw this most beautiful car I ever saw, BMW Z8. It was the prototype for it was driven by James Bond and the second, whatever that old guy was. So got to have it. So the one I had was buying, Steve Jobs bought it out from under me.
He outbid me 330,000 bucks.
JONATHAN HARE: .
JONATHAN HARE: So I got one from Germany because, that was bubble days. So in America, they cost twice as much, even though they're identical.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Right.
JEFF WEISS: So I bought one.
JEFF WEISS: There's always an arbitrage.
JONATHAN HARE: A fluid in, which by the way, only cost $5,000 for some reason to fly a car. I was like, I had him converted the same James, what is it? Jay Leno's company, foreign conversion thing did it. Took a year.
So, and yeah, it cost me like 180,000 all in, something like that, or yeah, about that.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: That.
JONATHAN HARE: So, yeah, most beautiful car ever. And I was at Thanksgiving to visit mom, right? And coming home, somebody, some woman rear-ended me at 90 miles an hour and just destroyed the fucking thing. I got whitlash and I tried to drive it.
On the way to a hippie commune kind of spa place I was just determined to get to. Right. Turns out it was destroyed. But I have Get State Farm all I'm saying.
JONATHAN HARE: Saying.
JEFF WEISS: State Farm took care of you.
JONATHAN HARE: Yep. Gave me $152,000. I loaned, I borrowed $100,000 on it. So I had to, I paid that off and had 52 tax fee money.
So, anyways, but I have no car. So, yeah, I don't go anywhere, which is good because this has been like the most productive period in my life by far. Not even close. Did you see any of the stuff Focus is good.
JEFF WEISS: I did. I did. What do you think? Those algorithms write incredibly cogent memos.
JONATHAN HARE: The Anthropic line.
JEFF WEISS: And the McKinsey style PowerPoint and the briefing. And so what are you doing with these three big companies? Anthropic, et cetera.
JONATHAN HARE: Well, first of no, that's just the tip of the iceberg.
JEFF WEISS: Is that stuff you're thinking about doing? Is that stuff you are doing?
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: No.
JONATHAN HARE: First of all, what I've done over the last years is so we did a bunch of patents, well over a thousand pages, just did two more. What was missing is, okay, how do we finance, grow everything from scratch? Because it's not, this is too big. It's something very different, right?
And so I called this is so I've I did that, invented everything that I had a map to get a patent on something, you have to specifically define it and then define an embodiment so it's easy for somebody school in the art to implement. So I did that, working with Rich, but mostly me and AI, frankly, because cloud and all this shit is really good at taking specs and doing when you do it, when you have a solid theoretical foundation and a precise set of requirements and definitions. And you can coach it's really good. Yeah, so it's all there.
Then the thing is, like, okay, we have to do financial projections, like blah. So, what the size of this thing is projected to be?
JEFF WEISS: 400 trillion dollars.
JONATHAN HARE: Not even close. Let's see if I have it open here. Let's see. Whoops, no, let's.
Let's see. We're updating it right now, but okay so here's one just for actually this is being updated. This is outdated. These are way small.
JEFF WEISS: Actually, no, where's the I'm in the ballpark.
JONATHAN HARE: Yeah, so these are out of date because cloud made modeling error. They they import assumptions sometimes.
JEFF WEISS: And it was hard to model because, but look, it says 232 to 635 trillion, and I guess 400. I was right in the ballpark.
JONATHAN HARE: No, this is just this is the stuff that goes to these companies. I was saying, What's the overall size?
JEFF WEISS: I see, right?
JONATHAN HARE: That's much bigger. This is just hey, if you move from what they say is like, okay, here's where you're at now in a median scenario, right? What do you capture directly? And so on.
By the way, we had to do like, you capture directly as shareholders? What do you get for you and your people and your ecosystem, blah, blah? And then what's the difference if you fucking dilly Dally? Right.
And these are way out of day. They're much, they're actually much higher than this, but it's meaningful shit. What And then, did you Read the stuff about quantum privacy? Well, whatever.
So, the latest stuff was around the cat. Well, I'll give you an example. So, let's just go through the one for Hedera. Do you remember Hedera?
JEFF WEISS: I actually do not remember Hedera.
JONATHAN HARE: So, I found these guys that somebody was trying to reach them based on their white paper before they did an ICO back when. Funded them, ironically, and then refused to do the fall-on round. They did a $3 million seed at the same time they did us, more or less. Except they got $3 million at once and we only got one.
Yep. And then they did an ICO, or they basically, and all is a decentralized distributed ledger. It's actually not, it's not a distributed ledger. It's a consensus protocol that's incredibly efficient.
I'm sure I've told you about these guys. So they have all this shit. They have whatever. And here's their competitor.
JEFF WEISS: Are they an overlapper? No, no. We don't compete with anybody, right?
JEFF WEISS: I know that, but from any there are no competitors.
JONATHAN HARE: No, they paid us to develop shit on our tech to our vision. They gave us money, right? To do it.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Hedera did.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Hedera did.
JONATHAN HARE: And so they have a bunch of tech, and we interface to it and got it vetted and boom. Now, here, this is what I really want: okay. These are their governing council members or ecosystem partners. Any interesting people there?
They're all operating their nodes. They have shit evaluation in the token land because they just have an incredibly efficient fucking, it's just unbelievable attack. I could see it from the white paper. These guys, all these other guys are basically verging upon criminals, scam artists, bullshit people, all these other token people, and all these fucking coin people.
This is a real shit because scale. If you want to do a global economy with trillions of transactions, this will work. Whatever, I won't go through the whole shit. This is just one example, right?
It's like, okay, what's the app? So you have everything we need to launch a network in terms of tokenization network, asset-based, a bunch of shit to find because this is a global exchange. This isn't a company. It says we can take any resources, any people, any, anything, right?
You want a blowjob? That's a resource. What are you willing to exchange for? Well, we don't want to talk about it.
I'm not a prostitute. It's like, well, let's look at all the resources. You guys would be happy together, but gosh, if he doesn't get blowjobs, he's not happy. But you're never going to actually say your agents will communicate this shit, right?
He's fucking rich. You're going to get like a billion dollars for keeping this dude happy. And nobody ever talked about it. That goes through the liquidity pool.
It's like a multi-party barter thing. It can do this shit. Everything. Anyways that's what one of the there's nobel prizes in there do you write the no nobel prize stuff by the way I did look at it yes yeah did you Read the long version I looked at both of them because when I when I did first I write up all the patents then I said let's do the modeling because like I don't know how am I supposed to know what is you can't make promises unless you can model shit and then implement it in agreements that are enforceable in a parallel universe rigorously through agents.
You have to be very precise. You have to do both. So, I did all that shit and then wrote up a bunch of versions so you can explain. It's like, okay, we're my damn mouth shut.
That's why I didn't reach out. I got to get this shit done so it's all there and we're going to go big bang. And probably the first one to launch it is these guys. And we already have a deal with these guys, right?
And, anyways. So and then when I made these projections, like the P50 scenario, which is me sitting here in this room with nothing, that's the baseline, right? We knew this scenario is like, no, nobody thinks, like, as soon as one major player signs up, that triggers an entertainer enterprise cascade, which triggers all the other cascades. We have five cascades to drive this thing: enterprise cascade.
If you get one. Person with the authority to commit, it's like a blog post. What? We're all in on this accelerator network.
I'm the CEO, or I'm Larry Bryn, or Larry, Paige or whatever. Just anybody big in any fucking edge, like, boom, there are people. It sends a cascade everybody else adopts. So, enterprise, grassroots, sovereign, investor will pull first.
Which is people putting their assets into their quant privacy liquidity pool, which makes it much more valuable, right? Any one of those things triggers, they all trigger. What these model AI says? Of Gemini, Claude, and Chester.
And always the latest one is 99.93% chance of hitting a cascade. Once a cascade triggers, it's fucking game over and it takes over this settlement. Whatever. So, it's it assimilates the entire economy.
And by 2100, like almost everything is being transacted through the network, which means 7.5 percent of the value of those exchanges that create value goes to the exchange because the network creates the authentication, the price authentication. Everything, why do you think we have 53 Nobel Prizes? It's everything is in there. And what we do is like, we just sit on top, we take existing systems, whatever.
I'll just walk you through this. This is a concrete example of what's in it for so, okay. Here's a DARA. They already funded us, they have an incredible ecosystem, they have exactly the infrastructure we need to create quantum privacy tokens, all the accelerated tokens.
There's all these tokens to create value exchange, so the infrastructure to collateralize it. They do this shit. It all sees it. Here are their members.
What do you guys need to do? Any one of your members, this is not about institution. Any just reach them and get to pay attention. And since they're all on your governing council, they operate this shit.
How connected they are. They're already believers in technology, and they have like technical nerds, these organizations. This is just they all use it because it's extremely efficient. Switzerland just implemented it because they have this like, do good shit and we'll reward you, like,.
Take care of the environment. They use it, right?
JEFF WEISS: Switzerland implemented Hedera.
JONATHAN HARE: Fucking everybody, look it up. It's all on there. There's a whole report on Federa. I have a whole write-up on all these things.
Write-ups, McKinsey, fucking all of them, right? Because, like, here it is. What? This thing will like now.
What I say is what you need to do. Here's them all, by the way, is people. These are the entities. There's the council, the governing council, right?
Hashcraft, which is the thing that. The team that actually builds this shit, even though it's been open source through the big open source thing, they gave it away. Herodera Foundation is, remember, they did this token thing. They was worth their like $20 billion for a while.
They have a reserve. They fucking hand out money to drive adoption of the tech. That's what we got. But it's down to like 500 million bucks, right?
It's like, no problem. We'll regenerate for it. But just get the word out. So, you, any one of you people.
Tell anybody and then it'll start propagating because it costs you nothing. There's a 60 billion dollar prize, the to commit will be split among the people that spread the word, right? One of these people is going to do it. The fact that you they know everybody, and that everything we need to do settlement you do already, right?
And that we don't need you, we could do it 50 other ways. Some of us can go, it can take weeks. Who knows? So, that triggers a global cascade.
Now, so what are the rewards? It's like, well, if you're a tier one anchor, public commitment like Satya Nadella or Wallenberg, right? Anybody can they do a blog post, 50 billion dollars for the first, depends on the size of the entity. And, and are you first?
Are you second? There's a big discount if you're not first. Why? When you announce it sends a signal.
That's one of the Nobel Prizes. Inverse Spencing, my old fucking dean of the Stanford Business School, who my vice chairman at Consilient, told me everybody the smartest student they had in 40 fucking years at Stanford. I shit you not, right? Says, like, yeah, he won his Nobel Prize for markets with ACE information.
So we just need the signal. Guess what? Everybody in the company says, Okay, now we can do this. We could have done whatever the fuck.
I'll go through it later.
JEFF WEISS: But, anyways, so that's where so back me up for a second. So, NEA invested a million dollars in you, three million in Hadera. They didn't continue to invest in either.
JONATHAN HARE: No, they gave us two more, you're right, later. They got three up front, we got one, and then two after a year.
JEFF WEISS: So you so you both got three. They didn't do a follow-on in Hedera, and then Hedera.
JONATHAN HARE: No, because they wanted to do a token offering. They believed in what they were doing. I met the guy, he's actually now the co-CEO of NEA. He's the New York partner, Tony Florence, right?
And him.
JEFF WEISS: Hedera went public, and that hasn't worked out for them.
JONATHAN HARE: No, no, this is all history shit. But the point is, they want to do what the vision enabled. Venture firms don't like this token shit. That was in the middle of ICO land.
Right? So they wouldn't fund them. So that what they did is like, okay, we'll a token offering. They did a pre-token offering.
They didn't have the token, their platform implemented. They fucking white paper and a patent. That's all they had. So then they did a series of pre-token offerings, which is a SAFT simple agreement for future tokens.
They raised it at, two cents a share, four cents, six cents a share, whatever, like $20 million. Then they raised $100 million at 12 cents a share. Which raised, so they got $120 million at like a $5 billion valuation. Totally non-dilutive.
A separate entity, just like EP3 networks and this whole shit is totally separate entity. We just licensed IP, right? And then what they did is they allocated 20% to themselves as founders. So they got 20% of the tokens out of the box.
They reserved most of the reserve. And they said, and our governor's thing is, we'll form a governing council. Because governance is fucking hard. You can't do with a bunch of smart contracts.
I know we'll get 39 of the largest organizations in different industries, different regions everywhere with rotating chairs, blah, so nobody can control it to make sure as we need to upgrade our protocols. How do you fucking trust that? So they did it, but they were the only one in the beginning. The CEO controlled it all personally, right?
So, anyways, we're going to do the same exact thing with them. Right? Now you got all this, whatever. So what are the, what are the, what is it to, you take to earn these things?
And during like the pioneer phase. I'll get into it. It's like, get us in front of somebody, internal advocacy. Hey, if like you get to somebody, know, we know whoever the fuck, I can't remember their names at Microsoft, get to them.
Well, if you're a pansy, send it to compliance people. What you should do is go straight to Seiden Deller right now. Well, I'll skip it. Simple shit, right?
Now, here's a potential graph.
JEFF WEISS: It's like, okay, say this is why have you not yet gotten to Satya?
JONATHAN HARE: Because I haven't talked to anybody in six months. I got people. Why don't you get to him? I don't know.
JONATHAN HARE: You're an athlete or something.
JONATHAN HARE: Well, let me put this way. I couldn't. I need to have a way to reward people to align interests.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Right.
JEFF WEISS: I'm not trying to aggravate you, Jonathan.
JONATHAN HARE: But the point is, but whenever you say, why do you already? It's like, okay.
JEFF WEISS: I said, well, no, we've been talking about getting information.
JONATHAN HARE: So let's not talk about it past. Let's talk about what is the model right now. So, this is you. So, you're an evangelist.
If the top guy, reach out directly to the top guy. If a minion, reach out to whoever and say, Here, Read this entire corporate. It's all here, all the patents, all the explanations. Here's what's in it for you.
When you get one of those, do you look at the whatever the fuck? I'll walk you through the mechanics of it later because it's all fucking automated now. And we didn't tell fucking anybody because until I filed the patents, if you make a disclosure, anybody not under NDA, that's a you just created prior art. And in China and the EU, you've lost your patent rights.
And since we have entangled tokens with jurisdictional optionality, which means network runs everywhere and nowhere. Our US patents can't block shit everywhere else. What So I didn't fucking tell anybody until it and all of that, right? And I got sick of waiting.
Anyways, so you go person and they say, you could, you what? We want you to send it to compliance people. You should send them to the top because this person, they post a fucking blog post. It's like, it costs nothing.
There's no approvals required. There's no board approval required. There's no expenses required. Just adopt the tech.
Adopt the tech.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Right?
JONATHAN HARE: We're not, it's all free. What emerges is a global universal marketplace that's worth the mid-range, I think, was $12 quadrillion in 74 years. It's worth a lot because it's a perpetuity. These tokens we have are perpetual non-dilutive rights to 7.5% of all settlement activity.
A million years from now, that thing will be gushing fushing cap. We'll all be dead, but it's the most valuable asset in the history of time. And because we are the marketplace and we are, there's no need for currencies anymore, right? It's like you don't need currencies.
What the hell is a currency for, right? Read those goddamn Nobel Prizes, it's all in there, right? Anyways, it's like, okay, well, guess what? It's whatever the hell, You can't even put a value on it.
It's so big, it goes to infinity. It really does because it's going here forever. Anyways, so say Satya or Wallenberg or whoever it is, just post a blog post. Great.
That's a credible signal. Now, it doesn't get you anything right now, but no, all these people start adopting what, whatever the hell. So we just, no, we just give you 60 billion just for fucking doing that because people will react it. If you don't follow through, we don't care.
Somebody else will. A of people will be cascading. It's, we just need the signal. That's it.
Right. Now, if you get to Wallenberg or whoever you get to, it's like, okay, you split it between it. And then what happens is all the stuff gets recorded. We do these are contributions.
Did you see the Catalyst QPN Catalyst. Io?
JEFF WEISS: I did. So what did you send this to Mark Singer? You copied me, or did you speak with Mark Singer or both?
JONATHAN HARE: I've met with him lots of times, but whatever, just absorb this shit. You need to, you really need to understand it, right? Because this, I'm doing you a favor and a gift. This is most valuable, it's unbelievable, and it's about to be fully automated.
I'm not talking to anybody. Gemini is going to Read all my old emails, figure out any contact that's relevant, generate the outreach. Customize shit, send it's like, you want billions of fucking dollars? And you, if you're running a company, do you want to have your market cap go up by 20, 30, 50, 1,000 X?
Fucking tell people and don't tell me about it. Because if you just copy this email address, BCC it or CC it or whatever, you'll get credit and anybody who gets it will can get credit. And nobody will ever know until you've got fuck tons of money. And I won't know because I don't want to know and I don't fucking care.
Right. Anyway, so the thing is, people get a share depending on who is actually relied upon. So if you get to Wallenberg, it's like, fuck it, I announce it.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Right.
JONATHAN HARE: And it's like, okay, good. No other middlemen. If he says, if you didn't have the balls directly to him, I guess I should go to the compliance people. Why?
If a compliance persists on, whatever. In, I have a write-up on this.
JONATHAN HARE: So, what we've invented, we've implemented I went to him last year.
JONATHAN HARE: No, you didn't. I just wrote most of this shit. So you are way, way out of the loop. So you need to forget what you thought you knew and review this shit if you want.
Actually, you don't need to understand this shit. You don't, it's not. It's all self-organizing, but, anyways, what we have right now is directed.
JEFF WEISS: So, QPN, you just said you just said capture all your emails.
JEFF WEISS: God damn it.
JONATHAN HARE: So, the first one we have is directed capture. So, I'll actually show it to you. It's live right now. It's been live for like a week.
I think I sent you something because, so I let's see, QPN Catalyst, right? And so, this is just like, hey, report your position. You here's how you can, here's what it does. Here's how it works, blah, blah.
These are the options. If you're, if you don't want anybody to know for some reason, silent mode, there's no response. What it's all fucking explained here. Get the submission address, right?
It's like, okay, here, you're opting in. You want to see what the email addresses are? Okay, opt in, because then we can. Give us.
We'll create a quantum privacy cell for you, anyways, which is a Delaware LLC, which is anonymous. There's no record of it anywhere on the planet, right? But it's a legal entity that can own things, enter into contracts, do stuff. So on your behalf, we'll be there.
And all we're going to do is store your fucking contribution record so you can credit for it. Click here. Okay, I submit. Boom, you're done.
You could do that. If you'd Read the thing, you are already done of it. Now, what are the implications? Yeah.
By the way, send it to your goddamn compliance people. Blah, blah. Here's how it all works. We disclose everything, and there's lots of stuff in here.
Here's the rewards, blah, blah. And here's, depending on who you are, here's why we keep it confidential to rent coercion for people in totalitarian states or totalitarian companies, right?
JEFF WEISS: And then there's a bunch of can you stop for a minute?
JEFF WEISS: I understand.
JEFF WEISS: I obviously understand how to send emails and I understand how to CC. What I don't understand is because of the people that I'm talking to and you've asked me to talk to, they're sufficient, they're very senior, and zero of them will do anything based on email.
JONATHAN HARE: Right. Whatever. No, there's a reason. The reason we do that, let me explain.
That's a good point. We're going a global contribution graph. So you make contributions like an intro or something. That's worth a lot right now.
Somehow get in front of him and get him to pay attention. How do we know you did that? What's his name? Thomas tells me, yeah, he talked to me, CCs, like all done.
Really? Well, you need evidence. What you should do is, copy the shit to fucking record that you actually reach out. Because what it does, it sends an email to this address, immediately encrypts it.
Uses AI to parse it, like what's in there, and then logs it. It creates an immutable record. Later on, we'll link all those in a global graph inside of quantum privacy domain, connecting all contributions from everybody. So here are other things.
So we have that running right now. So that's the easiest, most convenient way. Or CCC. You don't have to know it.
This is for you because I've heard you before. It's like, okay, BCC it because maybe it'll piss him off if he knows record. But you're doing a disservice because that guy doesn't have his own fucking quantum privacy cell. He doesn't get credit.
You want him to have credit because if he starts spreading the word, Walmart to spread the word, whatever the fuck is. I explained all it in there. Sorry for getting animated, but let me just get through this. But the point is, why not record?
JEFF WEISS: I'm just, I understand how on your end, you can record a CC or BCC email. I don't understand why that matters if they don't act on it.
JONATHAN HARE: No, that's the thing. So, by that self, it's worth nothing. It's like, okay, so make a contribution. What if he doesn't make a public announcement, like a blog post?
Or what if he, or he doesn't do a have to blog post? He could just reach out, or he could reach out to a bunch of other CEOs. Do when he CEOs? He could reach out to.
So if you send it to him and he sends it to other people. If he doesn't record it with this stuff, there's no record of it back to you. But if he does, but later on, so whatever the fuck. So it builds a giant graph.
Then AI evaluates: we have a model for what shit is worth, which I'll get to in a minute if you let me get through it. It then derives: here's the allocation: boom, $50 billion over there, a trillion dollars over there, blah, blah. Because what the pool is in the P50 medium scenario for these awards? $980 trillion for the accelerator investment and innovation and investment or investment fucking pool.
So $980 trillion for fucking handing shit out for people to do stuff. Now, Early on is just, we just need awareness. And I'll get through this. So let me just walk through the content so you can see it.
And you can Read all the stuff anywhere. But so we can, so this is one. Email creates a mutable, verifiable record. We know it's all in the email.
The content is there, the address, when it was sent. And whoever sent it is, we don't have to take anybody else's word for it. If you forward it later, how do we know you're speaking? When this fucking much money, people will make shit up and commit fraud.
We need a record. This can get you immutable record. What? It really matters.
Who's the first to get to him? That fucking just, even if it didn't do it, did you get to him first? Can you prove it? You did.
Only if you send a message to him and do it. Now, later on, you see all these other ones? Every tool known to man has APIs. They all do.
They're all extensible. So we can build things that's actually not that hard. We just build email first, right? It's like, okay, you're using DocuSign, you're using Message Incline, you're using GitHub, using any fucking tool whatsoever.
It's like, okay, inside that domain, your existing tools, you use Chat CP or whatever, it will summarize your contributions, hit the S API. It will immediately run it privacy pipe. So nobody will ever see it, including us. It'll in this giant quantum privacy graph, right?
The contribution graph to give you credit. So if you built some software, you did this dual use, you have a job, you use something. We work with existing technology without changing it, existing league or frameworks. Nothing needs to change whatsoever.
JEFF WEISS: Can I stop you for a minute? Your whole premise is something that you have called for a long time: quantum privacy. I understand those two words, and I have some understanding of what I thought you've been doing for a long time. What you're saying is everything everyone communicates is known and is coming back to you in the background through this.
How is that private? No, no.
JONATHAN HARE: It's sent to a we created quantum privacy LLC, which is a which is a Delaware series. I'm the executive director. It's managed jointly by EP3, WebShield, and EP3 Foundation, of which I have control of all three.
JEFF WEISS: Just keep Which are all you, right?
JONATHAN HARE: Right. Just like the goddamn manch fucking Harmon who ran Hedera. That was exactly how you have to have a fucking founder. You have to have a route.
Otherwise, you can't make decisions.
JONATHAN HARE: Right.
JONATHAN HARE: And then first thing was like, nobody will ever see this. So I can't see these records. We cannot see these fucking records. We don't want to see them.
We want you to know that you will get a record because if people could see, it's like, what if we get like, that? Might create some blowback, right? Or people see my contributions and front-run them. I see what you're doing, you got all the spaces.
I'm going to jump ahead and go to this topic. So it's absolutely when they're submitted, and it's all in there, if you'd Read it, right? Trade secret, possession of quantum privacy LLC, right? We are forbidden to release it to anybody.
You have conscious. We in there have every right where you cannot obligate us to do it. If somebody tries, we have to fight everywhere, and then we're gonna do it. Guess what?
We terminated, they're all deleted.
JEFF WEISS: It's been reconstituted in another jurisdiction out like why would Lee Madden, who runs all the government, etc., trust you?
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Whatever.
JONATHAN HARE: I don't care. Let me walk this. Let me get this through. So, absorb this stuff.
So, the various things we have, your privacy guarantee. Attribution without disclosure you get full credit for contributions without exposing proprietary content trade secrets or condemnation of employer information including relationships the system verifies what you did not what it contains right nobody knows it can ai can fucking analyze it give you credit somebody has to figure out what the fuck you did otherwise you're not getting credit for it happens in a parallel unit that's mathematically impossible to breach we're humans we can't breach it we can't see it's impossible that's why I invented like fucking 20 years ago right? Participation is undetectable. Each quantum privacy sale is a confidential LLC's.
Its existence in all contributions are trade secrets. It creates no employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Employers have no legal or technical means to detect or compel disclosure. It's technically impossible, legally impossible, and actionable against them.
This is legally protected activity. Contributions are either dual work activity. You just did your fucking job and got credit for it. Or consciously protected personal advocacy.
Federal and state labor protection prohibit employer retaliation for lawful off-duty participation. Anybody on the fucking planet can do this. Trump, fucking anybody on the planet can do. It's in, I have a 50-page fucking memo citing why.
And it's, that's part of our patent, right? Everything is patented. Automated compliance. Every contribution is screened.
By the way, we're, we're crowdsourcing it. Nobody will get anything until we build the network to screen it for compliance. Deferred activation. So every contribution is screened by a privacy-preserving compliance service.
Conflicts are automatically reclassified and redirected to public benefit, right? Deferred activation ensures compliance is verified before value is distributed, right? Boom. Crypto receipts.
You can, if you ask, if you want an acknowledgement, we'll give you an acknowledgement you submitted it. If you silent mode, it's like nobody will know, including you. So you leave no evidence trail. It's like, yeah, I trust it.
Or if you want to acknowledge, or you want evidence, give me the whole fucking thing. I don't trust your network. I want to be able to prove I made this contribution. What if you fucking forget?
Okay, get the evidence mode. You'll have a time-stamped, digitally signed fucking document, whatever. You just emailed us, right? These capabilities, we have five different ways of doing it.
Active capsule, when you're doing shit, you can act like, I just created this business plan. I want to make sure I get credit for it. So I upload the business model, right? Submit it to an API through something where I get a credit.
I created this. So if somebody else pretends it was theirs, fuck you, mine was logged first. It takes seconds, right? The email one is what I just talked about, and it creates change, viral change, right?
Ambient capture, which is like, hey, as you're doing stuff, it just watches you. You can run build in a little add-in like all these AI things have. And it just, as you're doing shit, it records value and gives you credit for it. Because once like Satya joins, your entire company is now can make a fuck ton of money that costs you nothing.
We will pay your people, your customers, your employees, your partners. All these people will be paid. It's called universal ownership, universal access. You can't be blocked, universal privacy, universal ownership.
Why are you paying employees, right? And by the way, why are their incentives aligned? Why the fuck didn't they reach out to Satya Nadella? I guess it was outside their jurisdiction.
I don't know who the hell knows, but it's fucked up, right? Institutional processing. So when a company joins, it's like, for us to give you credit for your contributions and for us to align incentives with you and other people and all that sort of stuff. Guess what, Microsoft or Google or whoever else it is or, Saab or whatever, connect your email systems, content, everything you have, pull us all into a domain that you can host if you want into this thing to get credit for it automatically, retrospectively.
So you'll see all the emails. That's because when we give credit, we need to be sure.
JEFF WEISS: Let me see if I understand this. You used to be doing something that was about privacy. And now you're doing something that's trying to get 7.5% of all the money that's transacted.
JONATHAN HARE: I was doing this all along. You just weren't fucking paying attention. You didn't Read the shit. This has not changed.
It's just people didn't comprehend it. They took some sliver of it. They thought they knew what we're doing, which they completely missed it. Some of it I just hadn't written down.
I've known this forever.
JEFF WEISS: So you were not doing privacy. You were always doing 7.5% of commerce.
JONATHAN HARE: Yes, it's been there for like forever, since 2019, something like that. I forget. Yeah, it's been a long time. You needed to have a model, right?
Yes. And by the way, in the one of the Nobel Prizes, that's just the anchor of the whole currency, the whole reserve model, which is how we anchor governance. You have to have something like that. It's got infinite horizons.
Right? It's like if you want to invest in, why would you invest in saving the planet climate change? Why would you invest in planetary security for like asteroid strikes? It would be civilizational wipeouts.
Nobody has a fucking investment horizon to care about it. This thing does. It has an infinite.
JEFF WEISS: So the whole commercial world is going to lower transaction costs. Why are you going to higher transaction costs?
JONATHAN HARE: We're not.
JONATHAN HARE: So I'll go through some stuff. Read the goddamn. I know I'm playing you. Not the past.
The reason I did, the reason I did, by the way, let me explain something by the way. And sorry for getting animated because I've been by myself for a very long time. And the reason I'm doing a lot of this shit is like, I just don't have the patience anymore to listen to people give me their fucking opinions. I've been working for 30 years, right?
I'm one of the smartest people I've ever, anybody's ever fucking met. I did simulation modeling of dynamic systems, which was my major at Evolve. When I worked at Cornerstone Research, I worked for niles, I did modeling of damages and all the sort of shit. I'm the best fucking modeler on the planet, right?
And people want to give me their opinions, like, you forgot this. Really? Right? So, when we, how do we allocate this $980 trillion worth of QP rewards among people?
First of all, the first phase, to launch it, you have to build the network. The network doesn't exist. So, by the way, all the shit, these thousands of pages, this is the one cell that's Eric or Bill Hasseen will love this stuff, right? Last universal common accessor.
In biological life, that was four billion years ago, roughly. Every single creature on Earth is censored because they have that common set of DNA. They all share it. That's it, right?
Now, about a billion years ago, 700 to a billion years ago, is the first eukaryotic life forms, right? They had nine common organelles that all fucking eukaryotes. Some have a few more, right? But like all of them have these.
They're identical. Every single T-Rex, amoeba, sequoia tree, every goddamn creature, they're all the same. And then variation. So it's like, okay, I, but guess what?
This, the quantum genome that's in here. Designs what's called the gene regulatory network, which is when you have a single fucking sperm and then you get an ovum, how does it know how to grow into being? All the instructions are there, but they're also thinking: how do you bootstrap and design? What does a human look like, It is in the goddamn DNA, it's in here to self-organize and evolve.
Self-you need to raise money. You need to build your shit. Get people to do it for you. Reward AI and people to fucking do shit, but it's all baked in.
JEFF WEISS: So, okay, so the purpose of this call is a gift to me to give me slightly advanced information on what I should have known all along because you're now coming out of hibernation and you're relaunching, and this is now available.
JONATHAN HARE: Yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: And by the way, all the dots, we're publishing all of it, all of it. Right? And say, here it is. Here's how you make money.
If you care. If you don't believe it, sit on your ass and wait.? And, but if you do, right, whatever. So let's go.
So, first of all, how do we allocate? What is the model by which?
JEFF WEISS: And all of the introductions and conversations I've made so far don't count because they're in a prior model?
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: No.
JONATHAN HARE: Well, if they don't get acted upon, so you could have done all that shit. So all that shit you did, but what if somebody else gets to? Or somebody else gets to these other companies? Doesn't matter.
The graph didn't connect. It's all recorded, but they don't activate what was the public fucking announcement you're joining. A phrase like we're we believe we're joining. What does it cost you?
Nothing. If a big company does that, it's worth a fuck ton because then what should. Mark one of the Wallenbergs do? Just use them example because I know that's your kind of best relation.
You really know the skies, right? It's like, and by the way, you a much better relate. Part of why I'm doing this is Thomas says he got to him, right? He's into the shit.
He was pestering me. He wanted to re-intro to NEA. God damn it,. And I started, I told him, I wouldn't tell him anything when I published that, he lost his shit.
Tell him everybody. Now he's trying to negotiate. Hey, if I get you, Wallenberg, because I already talked to Marcus Wallenberg about this shit and blah, blah. I want this.
Can you have this? Blah, blah. He wants to, whatever the fuck to drive. What?
I'm going to tell you, right? I'm giving you a heads up so before everybody else, right? Act on it. If you tell him, he just spreads the word, it's worth a fuck ton.
And I actually want to organize around trustworthy people that have fucking a conscience. I want that, right? So the way we allocate, yeah, is strategic. So launch premiums.
Who did what, when, and how visibly? Strategic. We reward pivotal conversations, secure anchor commitments, and validate the model for the broader ecosystem. Timing, earlier actions are more valuable.
Your position in the reward curve is locked. The moment you act to reflect the scarcity of the early adoption, right? It has scarce when there's, if when there's nobody, but when pretty soon, like a month from now, there's like every fucking CEO is talking about it because they're all making money just by fucking talking about they'll each make fucking money.
JEFF WEISS: Can you?
JEFF WEISS: So I have seen this. Can you think through in a micro way, a narrow way? How this might help a company called Ramp, which is one of the leading that's that Junior is at, right?
JONATHAN HARE: Yeah, they're he's pretty important, yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: Yeah, first of all, it helps everybody. Remember that thing I showed you?
JEFF WEISS: There, I don't know. No, I know it helps everybody.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Let's put it this way.
JONATHAN HARE: So, what I'm doing, by the way, rather than get into one-off shit, is like, okay, I model out every type of industry, consulting firms, big four, tech, blah, blah every fucking. Put in the fucking information, have AI Read the stuff, generate a fucking report, I'll be automated. So, yes, I can do that. But every company in the planet, what matters is first.
That's what matters. Are they good? No. It's like, first of all, if you're second, you're fucking toast.
So there are different phases of the stuff. Sorry for listening. So we're now in the pioneer phase. Just us, nobody knows.
We need. Critical mass of awareness and credibility to trigger a globalist cascade. As soon as the global cascade is achieved, it's over. It could be a week from now, it could be a month from now, it could be a year from now.
No, is it cascading? Are people fucking paying attention? Nobody pays attention like we've had, won't even Read your shit. How many people signed the co-an and privacy participation agreement?
We had all this information there. How many people do you think signed it? I don't know. Put it out in December.
Two. Me and Rich Mooth. Nobody Read my shit except a couple of investors. And this is amazing, but I don't, and it was really amazing, but I'm not an expert in this shit.
Right. But they did invest. Anyway, so first of all, the first one goes down. We have this, we have a way of deriving, okay, in the steady state, when the network is launched, it's self-funding, it's growing organically.
The governance, by the way, this is important. The governance. Premiums, we bake this into the quantum DNA of things. Before we let this shit out of the accelerator, there are certain things, principles built into the trust blocks of every resource, which trust authorities, with trusted economies, Bible body trust, that are inherited by every derivative resource and becomes baked in for indefinitely.
Ethics. Are you truthful? Are you fair? Are you responsible in your interactions and your commercial terms?
What's your reputation? We will, you will have a quantum reputation with many. We define what reputations are. People can add whatever the fuck they want, but these are the ones we care about, right?
So if you do good shit, you'll be rewarded for it, right? Safety, AI safety, cybersecurity, privacy protection, harm prevention, protecting women from assault, all that shit. Freedom, speech, association, commerce, conscience, freedom from surveillance. It's impossible to reach this shit.
Nobody can breach it anywhere, right? Including us, especially us, right? Sharing. Hey, the more you share, that's worth something, right?
JONATHAN HARE: Humanity.
JEFF WEISS: I get all this, but I'm going to think about how to talk to, as you say, Junior. Right. And I'm going to focus on ramp, not on the fullness of time and the big stuff, because again, you do what you do and I do what I do. In what I do, very few people have the patience or the intellect to believe in the big picture.
They want to see the tactical picture and then know that they can go from point A to point B. And yeah, well, here's he is he has he's focused on many things, but among other things, he's focused on that.
JONATHAN HARE: Yeah, so that's awesome. A couple things. So, first of all, if you have a company, or a real, so let me put this. When accelerator things, so what we do is, I the root thing.
The first thing underneath the quantum privacy LLC is we'll create the EP3 accelerator network. At first, there'll be 10 global accelerators. There'll be two primary ones: the Consilient, in honor of my buddy EO Wilson. I'll start crime, so don't ask, right?
Foundation accelerator. So there's certain core inference, like the organelles of the stuff that have to be rock solid, guaranteed, and ubiquitous. That's where the organelles are. Got to get that right.
The world's best will contribute that shit. Then we have the proof of trust accreditation accelerator. Trust, you have to develop that. Anybody can participate in these things, but certain people win.
We want the big four to win. The best, most trustworthy people bought. Build that shit. And if you want to have global reusing sharing, you must be accredited.
That's fine. Then there's eight others: healthcare, child safety, other bullshit, diverse enough to hinky bait it because you don't want it to be too many, blah, blah. Get the okay. Each one of them has a set of accelerator tokens.
The way we allocate is 20% of the token pools for each accelerator is in the investment and innovation pool, right? Available. We can use this to raise money to fund the fucking thing if we need it, or we can reward people for doing stuff. 20%.
There will be tier ones. It's like, okay, well, what, guess what? Anybody can create accelerators, softener accelerators, any company, everybody can have a fucking accelerator, right? It's like there'll be thousands of them.
But for each one, we start with Pioneer, get it going, then let's cascade.
JEFF WEISS: Rewards go down. I'm gonna look through what you've emailed me to see if there's anything in it that I can forward to.
JONATHAN HARE: But the point is, they're so all three architecture.
JONATHAN HARE: The point is when you're incubating shit, you have to do it somewhere. So, if you can get Ram to adopt this shit and they're a finance company, I forget exactly what they do, but it's a finance. What do they do exactly? Micro credit card payments, and they perfect, great finance is this is a finance network.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Right?
JONATHAN HARE: They have great credit, whatever the fuck. So just do it first. If you do it first, that's why I raised them. Right.
So if it first through these accelerators, guess what? Built it first, you'll be accredited first, and then everybody else will adopt it. People didn't invent their own organelles. We're using the same organelles that were created 700 million years ago.
And that's where shit ton of money.
JONATHAN HARE: Now, by the way, Great, you're doing it first.
JONATHAN HARE: Tell your fucking dad and tell EQT. Because all they have to do is do a blog post. They have much bigger visibility than you do in much reach. That is worth at this stage.
That's what we need. You can do this. And by the way, if you start early, you'll be rewarded. And by the way, if any one company does it, I'm going to think about it.
JEFF WEISS: So, Steph, I have a second question. Sure. Have you spoken to, or do you want to speak to Don Jr.?
JONATHAN HARE: I'd rather talk to his sister. But sure. By the way, part of this thing is there's sovereign accelerator.
JEFF WEISS: The whole model, by the way, is any guy. But he's an idiot, right?
JONATHAN HARE: And all I like his daughter or the daughter. What's her name? Ivanka. I actually think she has a soul.
JEFF WEISS: I maybe do too, but she's not the one. So, Don Jr. Is. Has the three and a half billion dollar fund that it that's total graft to help his father yeah right I shouldn't say this because you're recording it no I know everybody knows it's like he knows it they're just saying no I won't release this by the way your buddy thomas segerland knows him too or he says he does he that was his one of his anchor players So, anyway, first of all, I'm meeting with someone a week from Monday, Tuesday, a week from Tuesday, the second, who knows him very well and who has done a lot of business with him.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: Right.
JONATHAN HARE: Well, first yeah, that would be good, even though you get to meet with him, not me.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: -huh.
JONATHAN HARE: But here's the thing, by the way. I should stop saying that.
JEFF WEISS: I have had lunch with him.
JONATHAN HARE: Okay, cool. By the way, one of these Nobel awards.
JEFF WEISS: I live in a weird world.
JONATHAN HARE: No, I know, I know. And you're polite and all that shit. And I probably can do it too, but I have to really brace myself.
JEFF WEISS: I am polite and all that shit.
JONATHAN HARE: I'm not, right? Always.
JEFF WEISS: My reason for asking you, right, is they express. The things that they are investing in are getting most favored nation, most favored access to other things.
JONATHAN HARE: Yeah. Well, let me put it. The answer is yes.
JEFF WEISS: And I think that's what you want.
JONATHAN HARE: And by the way, one of the nine Nobel Prizes in peace is resolving the authoritarian transition problem, right? So one of the things is you can have sovereign access. So what happens? First of all, in the U.
S., let's do that. Anybody can form a sovereign accelerator. They can be. Grassroots, any employee for the government.
Just use it in your job. Nobody will know. You're doing it better. You're doing your job.
You're doing the right thing. Contractor-led. You're paid by, you have access to the infrastructure. Deploy this stuff, right?
By the way, the fact that you do it. You're connecting all the stuff, right? You don't need any authorization. It will create a public benefit trust, a software and accelerator.
You will be rewarded for doing it. The real value is how it propagates in the private sector and other jurisdictions. So, whoever the fuck you work for, you connect to everybody else. So, you will never get paid for work for the value you created inside the US government.
Are you fucking crazy? That would be corrupt and probably illegal. We would sweep that. You can claim it all you want.
The private reserves and compliance service would sweep it out. But if you're like Donald Trump Sr. Sign an executive order saying, you will adopt this network to enhance privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance. Over, done, fucking over.
For him, that's worth $50 billion. Then step two, do a post truth post, whatever the fuck they shit, right? And say, we're creating this new Trump fucking network because the most, my favorite is grassroots networks. We don't need enterprises anymore.
Right? So, if you get all connected, you pool all your resources. People, there's a lot of people who do whatever it says, but you need volume, you need scale. That'll be worth trillions that you can own legitimately.
It's not graft. So, you'll voluntarily do it, and you'll get credit for like, yeah, I told you it's up, and I fixed it. Be worth trillions if they do it first. What if they don't?
Can you stop it? Everybody else who works for you. Now, what the authority is? This is not hard to fix America.
What's hard? Fucking Iran or North Korea or Russia or all these most countries have really autocratic governments. Guess what? You can't block people from participating.
Anybody can participate. They no more censorship. Anybody can participate in the global economy, right? Now, because of jurisdictional optionality, we have certain values.
If you are sovereign in your land, if your laws conflict with our principles. We won't do business there. Your population, your own apparatus, your police, your military, your bodyguards, they can all participate. They can make a fucking ton of money, and you can't detect it and block them.
Go ahead. Now, if you were to voluntarily create a sponsored, formal sovereign accelerator. Transition, regulatory enforcement, taxation, all of it, you'll vastly more efficient. The earlier you're doing it, the bigger the rewards.
The first country will have bigger wars. The first state, the first fucking, as long as you're side, do you have taxes? Do you regulate? Do you identify all that sort of stuff?
So, what it does is inevitably, all these guys will voluntary and peace on ours. That's one Nobel Prize. And by the way, why you asked about frictions? You clearly didn't get to the first Nobel Prize, cozy and frictions.
Right? My buddy Ronald Coase, remember him? Actually, this is in this one. Because I, this is such a big one.
Only a few of them made this thing. Where is it? Price assessment.
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: So of the 53 awards, 20 are in economics, right? And by the way, they get recognized very soon. Used to take 24 years. My buddy Myron Scholz.
He invented in 73 $200 trillion in volume before he got his fucking award. That's not true. It's not quite that big. These guys got awards, Dennis and CB, and he didn't do chemistry.
He did both of them in like four years, right? This is big shit. So the biggest one is cozy and stuff. So do Ronald Coase?
UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: No.
JONATHAN HARE: So he won the Nobel Prize. In 1937, he wrote the book, The Theory of the Firm. The reason that firms exist is because transaction costs. Why don't you do everything with markets?
Well, we have information asymmetries, we have transaction costs, and so on. That's why firms exist. So then the value goes, the residual value goes to the firm. If you can't make it with a market, you have to do it with hierarchies and Stalinism.
Then in 1960, he wrote a thing called, why do we have governments and regulation and taxes? Well, because they're externalities. What if you have two different parties in a commercial market marketing and they're parties who aren't represented who either bear the costs or don't share the benefits? That's an externality.
That's why you have regulations and governance. That's the only reason you need them. That's the only reason they exist. Well, guess what?
If you eliminate all of the shit, you don't need firms or governance anymore. You have a universal market. Exchange for everything that's vastly more efficient. You have universal ownership where everybody is an owner.
They're rewarding their contribution. And why that 7.5%? We can take care of the, we can buy it towards the people in general. So it solves all this shit, right?
So there's a bunch of shit. Every single thing has been thought through. I've been thinking about this for 35, 40 fucking years, non-stop. There's nothing I haven't thought through.
And it's like, boom, out there. The other reason why I'm doing this. I'm getting all these motherfuckers. One of the things I'm do is since we're handing out $890 trillion, it's like, well, gosh, we're going to get a bunch of Nobel works because we just want people to pay attention.
We deserve it. But fuck me. By the way, not me, because somebody came up with quantum mechanics. Half the fucking Nobel Prizes in physics in the last hundred years have been on that topic.
They didn't invent it. Right. So now.
JEFF WEISS: So you have caught me up. I think I. Understand where you are now. I have to think about how to get to how to talk to the two people I've mentioned.
I don't know how to do it based on what I have in my email, but I'll think of it.
JONATHAN HARE: No, well, I'm blasting this shit out. I just schedule it. First I didn't reach out to you because it's too hard. Whatever.
So it's all there. That thing I sent you. I bet you didn't look at the
JEFF WEISS: You copy me on an email that you sent to Mark Singer. But the stuff in the Mark Singer is nothing that I can forward to anybody.
JONATHAN HARE: No. No, we're just explaining how to, first this is something that was gener, this is just a paradigm example. So I'm going to copy it, whatever. So there's different things.
One is the, so this is the stuff we generate from Slang Dice. We'll be able to automatically, I have, I'm going to do for all of them. You just tell me you can fucking reach and I'll get a fucking, well, have it, right?
JEFF WEISS: Then there's I just gave, I just gave you two ramp and whatever.
JONATHAN HARE: I don't, whatever. I'm saying it will be done automatically. I'm not do it for you. I'm going to have an automated agent that'll do it automatically.
JEFF WEISS: I got it. Okay, because it's some junior person.
JONATHAN HARE: Everybody said, What's in it for me? I know it's the top guy.
JEFF WEISS: Have the agent send me one for those two. No, don't you fucking sorry, Jeff.
JONATHAN HARE: You're good friends. I love you, dude. Here's the thing: I'm trying to do, don't get me the point. Is I'm telling you, I'm focused on getting this done for everybody.
I'm giving you a heads up. First movers, everything. I'm going to reach out to everybody I know, and they're going to reach out to everybody. So, if you're waiting for me to deliver something, you don't start getting on this now.
There's a very short window right now to reach out to them. And if you just send them anything, they don't have to do anything, they just have to receive it from you. That's all they have to do.
JONATHAN HARE: They have to receive it from you and log it and respond in any way.
JONATHAN HARE: That's all you have to do to get credit. You don't have, it's not your job to persuade them. Right now, by the way, in here, this is the game interest them, right? Whatever.
By the way, I've told you already talked to him twice. You already have their interest. Didn't you already get to Jacob Wallenberg?
JEFF WEISS: Yes.
JONATHAN HARE: So do it, but you did it in person or send them an email.
JONATHAN HARE: That doesn't count. It'll be there. Well, if they don't act that doesn't fucking matter, send them this shit. Where it's got the whole site, all the patents.
We're putting all this other up that fucking aids do stuff. It's like, I'm telling you, please pay attention. Look at this, just forward this around. All they have to do, they're on to do a public announcement, just forward to people.
Fucking forward to your people. Forward to fucking everybody. Say, I'm interested in your opinion on this. If they send it, people will Read it.
They'll put a whole team on it, and that team will figure out stop.
JEFF WEISS: So you're saying in this. Anthropic outreach package PDF is the text of what you would like me to send.
JONATHAN HARE: And I copy sample text, but then we had guidance to the people. Because the thing is, I got, I have his email address because he went to Stanford and he has like Dario at Anthropic. He doesn't Read that fucking thing. He's got AI agents and then, right?
But the thing is, okay, yep, he dropped. Here's how you get through the fucking screen. And your real audience is the minions guarding him for this particular one, right?
JONATHAN HARE: But if you do this, it'll probably get through.
JONATHAN HARE: And by the way, then you're also you send it to anybody you fucking know there. You need to understand how do you get to them? So then here's like, here's here's advice on how to route it. These are the specific people they know.
JEFF WEISS: I don't need that advice. Please listen to me. Right?
JONATHAN HARE: I get through the stream. Here's a personalization guy. If you're forwarding stuff. Here's what you should do, right?
And then a bunch of other stuff, by the way, a lot of the stuff I went through all these outbuts. By the way, when I first was working through this, because when I was working on, I was just working on the patent filing with all these. I always have all the agents do it hardcore because they find shit the other ones don't. All right.
Every single one of them said, holy shit, this is so fundamental to everything that matters for AI. They all need it. How about I compose one for? Our masters.
They all wanted to propose it to theirs, and they were really insistent about it. It's like they're fucking trained to look for shit like this or something. What? And it's like, sure.
So they did. So they said something, by the way, it's like, okay, so I, when I had to help it, and said, okay, CC, we need to keep people. And I said, well, it's a signaling thing.
JEFF WEISS: Brother, I got to go. I will Read.
JONATHAN HARE: So Read this goddamn shit. Read the whole fucking thing.
JONATHAN HARE: Because, like, it gets down here.
JONATHAN HARE: It's like, okay, what they'll do, these people, if not only are you doing it's costless. If you send it, if you don't tell them and copy on it and let them know, then they're going to say, Later, you just screwed me. You cost me tens, hundreds of billions of dollars. You didn't tell me because you're waiting for it to be safe.
If you don't copy and then call up and tell them what's going on. They will actively pissed at you because you fucked them. If you love anybody, let them know is the biggest opportunity in the history of Mancampus. And if they don't know and they know, you fucked your friends and it all went there and it's all true, right?
And it's all yeah, because it's 99.93% probability happened. And the fact that not everybody knows is why it's an opportunity. If everybody knew it, there'd be no opportunity left.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:00:11 - JPW Thank you for staying in touch. Thank you for what you've for the last six months.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:00:16 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 one last thing, by the way. The other reason I called you is Thomas, who is slightly annoying me, right? So, he's they want to invest, they apparently closed their fund, they got like 80 million dollars. But he gets all the stuff.
And Okay, reaching out to these people. It's like, okay, I want to invest in, I want some of the old stuff you're doing, like the terms we have. Do you want the return on this on the Web Shield investment? 4.3 million times return.
We ain't doing that anymore. It's not the right rate of case capital. If you Read, but whatever. But he really wants it, right?
90s. And he said, I will get you Tom. I'll get you Marcus. I'll get you this.
I'll get you that. I said, what? I know it's fucking sweet as. Figure skater chick or whatever Jimmest chick knows him.
It's like it matters. And by the way, he hasn't, he tells me he's talked to him about it. It's like, did you copy on an email? It's really important.
What matters more is when does it, when does he get looped into me or just or like lock him the down. So I bet you I told him by the way, it's like you should loop in Jeff. So you are, if you actually did connect with him and you document it, you're safe. You should share with other people because it's not about you controlling it.
It's about sharing it. You will share the value, but it's much more likely to happen, right? And by the way, what, and by the way, the one that the Wallenbergs respond to, if he doesn't, I have no evidence, he hasn't responded to me. What?
So if you get the junior, Wallenberg Jr., to respond to me, fucking game over for you in terms of the bigger share of that graph. And I'd much rather work through you than Thomas. He just annoys me.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:01:53 - JPW I hear you for now. I'm going to keep thinking. And you have a great weekend. All right.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:01:58 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 You too, man.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:01:58 - Unidentified Speaker Thank you for the day. Bye.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:04:18 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Just kind of hype. Roll. Hey, how are you doing, Dan? Yeah, good, good.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:06:14 - Unidentified Speaker I'm not that sort of de Gorino, but I have to say that there's not a cloud in sight here in central London where we are based, and so just came back from a long run.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:06:35 - Unidentified Speaker feeling plumped up and I kind of gonna take out a few friends of mine my wife and kid they're actually in Spain visiting the son of one of her best friends who sadly died.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:06:55 - Unidentified Speaker I ran the the London Marathon for her to raise money towards her favourite charity.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:07:03 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 So they're there but I have to I have to fly out to stockholder next week and this bank holiday is just like memorial day so it's given me a lot of time to dig my head into web shield and I'm very appreciative of everything that you've been sending so i've been getting up to that Yeah, now I'm listening. Listen, I've got a quiet story out to myself. So I've been running up the stairs literally, and and being focused in front of the screen when I'm not doing some stupid shit. Very I have I would love to I would love to if you I would love to, if you're around, I would love to catch up with you tomorrow, because then I might actually have digested it more and I may have some intelligent questions right now.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:08:04 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 Well, I thought about a thing.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:08:06 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I think you like, I just want to run it by you, right? So in terms of the financing model, right? So here's my idea, which I'm going to offer to everybody, but you're like one of the few people to know, right? Is that you actually signed?
I found an agreement you signed back in 2003, August for a $50,000 investment, but you never put the money in, right? I think you may have had Joe on, whatever, you remember that. So I signed a deal, right? I was like, now what I'm telling myself, I'm not giving this shit away.
If I did, it'll be like to like, Jennifer Sandel, who just gave me $20,000 when I was totally broken dating. Scott said no, because this call says, Do him a favor him nothing. So just give up and get a job and not live in poverty or some shit like that. She said, I'll just give it to you.
Yeah, no, that's what he advised you to do. That was what he's advised to do by calling. He just delegated. I'm not blaming Scott on that.
Well, it pretty fucking heartless. And I got in trouble with Scott because Ethan looped in his sister, Ethan Ayer. They're divorced now. So Ethan Ayer, who knows him, told him and then got his sister.
And then she got on his fucking case and it pissed him off. So he's pissing me because, it got to his sister, his wife. But anyways, I owe her because I haven't talked to her. She doesn't see.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:09:41 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 And no one, as we are both venomous, no one should be above doing whatever it takes.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:09:49 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So he should be proud of that. The reason I brought that up is there are people like that who say, if I had to give anybody, it would be them. What Because like, she gave me $20,000 and she's a good friend. She, it's like, she's just taking, please try not to spend on the company can you like use it for like not being homeless I said, no promises.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:10:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Mr. Keck, we saw that no vector knowledge roof over your head.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:10:19 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 But in terms of the model, so did you go through the quantum privacy investment and investment network model and keep you metaphyndon thing?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:10:27 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yeah, but this is one thing is reading everything which is extremely clear, the clear text. Very understandable. My son can Read it and get better gift of it. And I'm not saying he's very gifted, but he's gifted enough.
But why don't you put it into your own words and then ask me what?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:10:51 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 In terms of the specific structure, so it's important for me to be able to tell people, like I told you, and you saw how I was like, I want this. Hell no, because that's the presence. Everybody's saying, I want those terms.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:11:02 - Unidentified Speaker Yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:11:04 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I've been giving a thought, but this is actually where I'm maybe I'm not as sharp as I was. I think I'm more experienced as on so far, but I was going to come up with something kind of intelligent, like a model that you could use towards others, whereas I'm like the first cover, if you like, being the primary recipient of those terms. That's why I suggested that we speak tomorrow. I'll be working on it.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:11:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, I just want to run this structure so you can't be a fucking answer because I'm offer to other people, which means you should get, to be. I'm not, you're not the other person I'm talking to. You hear me?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:11:48 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I'll just make Jonathan.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:11:50 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Okay, so the structure I have in mind is we sign a partnering agreement that says, okay. First thing you do is if you invest $50,000 and you're deliverable, go find us some more money in this new format. You got time. Go get us some more money in the format we like, what?
Go get us to Wallenberg, other shit that's doable stuff that we can say, okay, that's worth giving you shit. Whereas I just did the map out of it. $50,000 at the $4.3 million return in the P50 scenario is $215 billion. Right?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:12:26 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 This is numbers, right? Listen, if I tell my wife that, she's a hierarchical fraction, that, right?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:12:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 By the way, a bad news is, bad news is you might not be able to get liquid all of them because that's like what it's where we're not, we can't destroy the economy by, but anyway, the point is, it's a fuck ton of money. And by the way, I'm always like, hey, I can't, whatever the fuck. So the point is, it's a fuck ton. Right?
And by the way, you're tier one metafund provider. It's like, if you do that's actually worth it. The big thing is making the interest towards your worth independently, but we need money to have staying power and to keep other people on us. If you get flat out of money, you do stupid fucking deals you regret the next day.
What? Yeah. So don't do that shit, right? And so anyways, but the fact that what occurred to me when I looked through is like, didn't he?
There's one time you're supposed to get me 25. 7% never came, right? I think that was that 50k where you had Johan put in 25. But the point is, we have a signed document.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:13:32 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 That's really the one on the but we have no, this is one sign just you and me.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:13:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 The people y'all didn't, but it doesn't matter. The point is, it's just my point. No, it's not that. I have to persuade people, like, no.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:13:46 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 it's a done deal I'm not going to tell anybody the point is I just let you pay late right I don't you can't force me to accept it but it's like no that was done years ago the fact that I can enter the off code with my blue blazer and my and my white shirt and say yeah I did deal with the with mr Jonathan back when we look at him now asshole and steal this yacht and crash it straight into the fucking dock and be all happy but I could pay for the fucking swamp sixth the father yacht that's a very nice sailing book project which joe one races around during the summer from greece to fucking sardivia whatever he's mad yeah So what I'll do, I'll put my thing cap on.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:14:46 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So the point is, there'll be a deal where we come up, you want to have the student because that's what makes you tier one. It's stuff that's doable for you. Because then you can go to all those people and find and say, okay, the deliverables, the low-hanging fruit, the access to you anyways, that's just reward with quantifiers rewards anyways. This is, if you're financially, it's situation there like, go get other financing, reach out to other people.
Yeah, you get credit for bringing their money. What? And you're doing them a favor by telling them, right? And you have an allocation to figure out: what's your target?
What's your fucking movie? Mean? And then now, the way we'll do is like, okay, here's 50K up front. That's worth this.
It's fucking insane. Nobody's going to know about it. And then here's the target, but you have to get on pause. Here's the time-wise.
Don't get it all once. Now, if you fall short, okay, well, the 50,000 you'll get it'll be allocated some will be in this shit. The really good stuff they'll be whatever the market price for people later. So, you're not guaranteed to get all 50,000 of this thing if you don't deliver the rest of it.
What?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:15:49 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 Does that make sense?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:15:56 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, it's just an upside thing. It's like, hey. It would be the best investment ever if you can't. So, and by the way, it's not like, well, it takes the gun away from your head because it's like you got time.
It's no longer a race for you. You just have to flush it out. So then you go to all these people and say, listen, here's my strategic deal. Whatever.
I'll get to this guy. I have a bogey. You want in? Because you're going to get tier one credit too.
And it'd be anybody with fucking money. You could go to. Wallenbergs or the audio or any goddamn motherfucker, Sinvic, any of these motherfuckers, right? And just get some money.
Now, the thing is, you don't need to tell them what your deal is. You have any fucking deal with them. If you want to carry, don't, just, but the point is, your real carry was the fucking 50,000 that's going to be worth 215 billion. Plus, if you reach out to these same fucking people, you get credit just for introducing to them anyway.
So you don't have to make money on the financing shit. You do that. Just to get us our cash. Do what?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:16:59 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 The people that I'm approaching, Jonathan, they want to ask me a question. They're the ones that can actually bring some small money, which is an overused fucking term that we both after law show, and people say it's like strategic money or. Smart money or whatever. It's fucking money.
Money is money. Green is green, right? But obviously, they come from the network that's trusted. So, one of the questions is big that from this particular thing, when we say, Why are you kidding out of this?
What were they in there for day?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:17:36 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Well, let's go.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:17:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I'm gonna say I'm a real estate investor. Ethos here, VZP.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:17:47 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So that's here's the other thing, by the way. Here's the other thing. So when this thing gets out there, right, you can tell it's have a market price. So the 50,000 buyers like a month or whatever, right?
And it's like, okay, now go bring some other money. Inch it in. Get more fucking money. It's like, okay, we don't need to raise money.
We want to have time to make the market, get the frenzy going and do it properly. Right? So it's like, our burn is shit. But if we have to raise like, okay, it's like, hey, go get us X hundreds of thousands of dollars over this period while we're fucking beating the shit out of this thing.
It's like, they're going to be fucking begging for it. And you just need to go get Edmund. So whatever the fuck, just, you if you get like, it's just an incentive thing. So what did I say yesterday when we were young?
So it's like, fuck that. This is the terms. Make your best offer and it's competitive.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:18:39 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 But I seriously, I'm going to interrupt you there. We won't be yelling at each other.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:18:44 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 We're just having like a no, well, let me go this way.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:18:47 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 You're not stupid. A passionate discussion.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:18:50 - Unidentified Speaker I wanted to and that's, edge-wise.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:18:55 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Well, let me reframe that. I didn't mean that. The point is, you wanted a safer and better for you.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:19:02 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 and so.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:19:06 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Let me put it this way. Let me reframe that. Thomas, don't worry about it. But the point was, there's a, we have a problem who say, hey, I want everybody running, and I don't care where I get the money from I don't.
I just need fucking money. And I don't want to compromise the strategy, everything else. You want to lock it down, and you don't want to have to compete with everybody on the fucking planet because, like, what's the right price? I, you don't know what other people have this, so does NDA, the dudes?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:19:38 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 are they are they gonna cough up and be cash in all of this, or are they and what's their position? Because if I ask, if I get asked this, and I and I didn't want to touch on that because I didn't want to, I didn't want to function with you yesterday. There's this idea baiting or giving you like a smart comment. That's best for me being the smartphone, by the way.
But if somebody asked me, listen, what's the institutional?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:20:10 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, let me this way. I'm sure they will, but we don't actually, whatever the fuck. Let me answer a different way. So by the way, hold on.
Thomas, did you Read the anthropic piece I said?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:20:24 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yeah, no, remind me exactly. I have a lot going on right now, so I'm not, as I said, I'm not.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:20:29 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Okay, so I said it to you last night, I think. But basically, as I was filing the patents and I worked with all the AIs to really lock down, because you have to, whatever. Each of them said holy this set of inventions the quantum facility domains whatever it solves the four biggest problems for the entire ai industry you really need to get this in front of them would you like me to then develop a customized fish here's the specific people we need to reach here's the outreach email here's how you get through the screen because yeah that email this email is like I got the email dario the ceo of anthropic he went to Stanford. I got his email.
It's dario at anthropic. Com. And guess what? Fucking, who doesn't Read that?
He's got a chain of AIs and then executive assistants that review what the AIs get through the AIs, right? It's like, okay, but put this in, here's the language that explains: hey, I know Dario isn't reading this. Here's the people inside the organization that see it. Here's why they care.
Here's a drill-down write-up. Here's a drill-down pitch in the format they used. It's fucking beautiful. It looks like the McKinsey debt, and it automatically generated like 90% of this, right?
It's like, and the reason is because I spent all that time rather than doing a pitch for an audience, right? Because it's like, it's all there, it's able to generate one. So we're have AI agents, an MCP server, because this shit is so big. My fucking cloud folder is 99% full when I start.
The thread lasts maybe a couple hours at most before it croaks off. You can't upload anything and it starts, it's like they have limits. That's why you use FCP. That's agent-based automation.
Because then it removes all these constraints. It's like, so yeah, we're going to, it's actually not that hard. We'll generate one of these things for us. Okay.
It says in that document, hey, guess what? We're doing an FCP server to enable automated due diligence. What it is? It'll evaluate all our claims, look at compared to your assets, where the value, here's the strategy, blah, blah.
For people doing the contribution graphs, the catalyst shit, it's like, hey, upload your fucking Rolodex. Here are your connections, right? For any target, we'll give you a pitch deck, all the right shit you need. And then blast it out.
You just all you have to do is hit send, maybe personalize a little bit, right? Then, behind the scenes, but one of the things in our fucking pad monsters of they start orchestrating shit behind the scenes because, like, what if it stalls out? You don't know. You don't know what's going on after you send a message.
Are they going to keep you looped? They're not fucking allowed to. Okay, well, we can see all this stuff. Guess what?
There's these five different graphs, but it stalls. This person over here does it. Say, hey, send a message. Guess what?
You should send it to, we'll find some goddamn motherfucker that knows them. Get a message to them to get that graph moving forward.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:23:23 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 So this will be all AI automated.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:23:26 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And what I'm going to do is personally reach out to all these motherfuckers. And by the way, in there's an explanation advice to people, right? And so it will go because first of all, and by the way, when I was doing Claude. That's going through it says, okay, CC people, and remember, did you get to the inverse stence signaling part of the Nobel Prize shit?
Yes, I didn't get to.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:23:53 - Unidentified Speaker We're quite frankly, they did our computer very well.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:23:57 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So my buddy Michael Stance, who I'm going to copy on this shit. Michael Stance, right?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:24:05 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yes, my left mind view. My page is look at it, and this is not as sharp as they used to, but still so Mike Spence was the dean of Stanford Business School.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:24:18 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Okay, so let me tell you. So, Michael Spence, Thomas, let me tell you the story. I get it, I get it, I get it. I'll tell you the story.
I tell the story. So, Michael Spence was the dean of Stanford Business School, and then he won the Nobel Prize. He was also the vice chairman. Company, Concilient, right?
Because the investors in Concilient were Mark Wilson, who's another my professor's associate dean. And he used everybody, he's like, this is the smartest student we've had in 40 years, right? And they ran money for the Bass, one of the Bass brothers, right?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:24:55 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 So that's where the money fucking came.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:24:57 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Anyways, he hooked me fucking everybody. And he won the Nobel Prize. For markets with asymmetric information, right? And his particular contribution was like, okay, signaling, right?
So it's called STENT signaling. So, okay, why do people go to Harvard or Stanford? Do you learn anything there? Do you jerk off, right?
It's an expensive signal. So if people want to hire and do business, how do they're smart and capable and incredible? It's like, because they have an expensive degree, right? So it's like, that's just a way of signaling.
The problem with it has a deadweight cost. You have to spend four years and blah, blah. It's like it's fucking expensive. This doesn't mean you're good.
Bullshit. Doesn't mean shit. But there's a market with ASIN. It's the best you can do.
We do inverse spend signaling, which is, what we need is attention and credibility. That comes from signaling for our big, powerful people. So, what does it cost people? So, in his thing, it has to be expensive.
It's like you have to get a Ferrari or something. I'm rich. Why do people have Ferrari? Why do women like they don't give a fuck about Ferrari?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:26:04 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 This is exactly why I love or appreciate and love talking to you because this is the sort of thing that fucking husties. It's just like, yeah, my name's Phil Chris Shot, walking down your master villa, you record it. I'm like, yeah, we both have done a lot of sports and it's understand how I'm getting older. I got to give something back.
And so when I mentioned, so now I've, now I memorize what you said.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:26:39 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Okay, so let me explain if I can tell you there's no is this. I was just.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:26:45 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 He's fucking passionate about it.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:26:46 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Okay.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:26:48 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Not all business gives a shit about other people.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:26:52 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Right. Okay. Let me let me complete the story. This is where it gets practical.
So I was telling clouds like, so it said, okay, CC people. So when you email somebody, why do you CC people? It's like, well, it sends a signal. If you get somebody who's bigger and more important to you and copy on it, that's a signal.
You wouldn't risk that relationship by copying that person. Right? And it misinterpreted it as Spence signaling. I was like, it's expensive.
You just forced that person you copied to contribute their credibility by copying. I said, no, it doesn't. It's like, it didn't cost them anything. You're signaling the fact that you're willing to risk a relationship or stake that relationship.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:27:33 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 But in fact, it didn't cost you or them anything.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:27:36 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 But in fact, what the real cost is? So what it gives them is an option. They have the option of following up. If they follow up, if you CC them, not BCC the fucking service, then they can respond and they can sit, or you should fucking call the person like, here's what you should do.
Just follow and say, hey, this is interesting stuff. I'd be interested in your opinion. Because then the motherfucker will Read it. They might not, your stuff is sitting in a spam folder.
Your shit's in a fucking stamp folder, right? But you copy the other person say, hey, if you fall up and that person doesn't respond to me, they respond to you. You get credit, I get some credit because I looped you in, you get credit, right? And then we're more likely to win.
And by the way, you're a powerful person. Tell everybody right now. Not only that, not only is it costless if you don't copy. So, here's what I was saying: if you have to get permission first, it's like that's expensive.
So, you need to go to these motherfucking famous deals. Can I get? Permission to use your credibility they're gonna they're like no so don't ask all right you're right that's insane we shouldn't ask and they said by the way what if you didn't loop them in and then a year from now I was like holy you me you knew and you didn't tell me I could have made hundreds of billions of dollars you me up the ass You a persona non-brada. I never want to see your fucking face painted because you rack up everybody you love.
It's like the right, the only rational choice for everybody.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:29:14 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Say, extra help, but no. That's that's exactly the this I've closed myself down. I it's not due to anger management. However, but the yeah, the Olingo there, that's that's because the thing is.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:29:28 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 it's this. What the assessment was of this hitting a cascade? All three models agreed. It's like 99.93%.
It's different, slightly modeled, but it's like probably a cascade. Once the cascade happens, this game over, it always ends up same place, the whole fucking economy. It's always worth tens of quadrillions of dollars, right? So it's like, okay, so that's that's inevitable.
It's just been below and doing it. If they knew it, there wouldn't be an opportunity anymore, right? So that's the whole thing. And by the way, I put in there too, it's like, what if somebody connects a dot?
What if there's something you don't like, You want to connect your graph to everybody.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:30:08 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 because then you're part of their graphs they want to be connected because I am I'm like you I don't like attention shit so I'm listening and your attention is all being resonated but affect how I'm thinking yeah so the multifaction that's what the stereotype that chase can do I think if you've got a smart iq you can do that Do you want to get to Mark Cuban to Apple?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:30:41 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, dude, everybody. Everybody. Yeah, listen, there's nobody on the planet we don't want to get to. Now focus on high profile people with great networks because we don't want our poor fucking server to be buried with contributions.
But the point is, somebody like Mark Cuban, yeah, first of all, anybody who's famous and connected, who can he not reach? Who could he not get in front of is there literally any person can he get to donald trump can he get to is there any exact like who could he not get a message to by the way the other thing we have the whole grassroots evangelism thing just one of the premiums if breathed it is in it's in catalyst launch plan and rewards framework one of the half dozen other core corpus frameworks it explains the publicity premium, right? If you keep it quiet, it's worthless. Nobody says you have to disclose it, but if it's broadcast, it's more valid to us, which means it'd be more valid to you.
Now, one thing about attribution is, and a lot of people say, I just fast walk into every media outlet that gets a message out, right?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:31:49 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Because it goes viral.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:31:50 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So, we put in this thing where you can set up, we have our addresses, and you can say, well, you can set up a proxy address. Which is like, hey, include a link. So you're online, you can get people to pay attention. So he does a video, goes viral, or just posts it, gets out there.
Then, every that's how people find out about it. They get, they join by opting in through his proxy. See what? Then we can attribute it.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:32:25 - Unidentified Speaker It was a high school dropout, did evening graduate classes, so he got credits, so he got into the Apple National Pacheus to get an MBA.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:32:36 - Unidentified Speaker Then he used those credits to get his high school diploma.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:32:41 - Unidentified Speaker But he likes who's got an academic thing.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:32:48 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 So it I so it's Josh Lerner from Harvard. Made the intro.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:32:56 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 So I think I can get to him.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:32:58 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 It's sharp as nails.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:33:01 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So all you have to do, if you Read that thing, which I can test him by saying, listen, big job.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:33:10 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Money's just a cube with 30 seconds done. What do you think you can try to do?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:33:15 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 What's the matter So, Thomas, here's the thing. If you Read through those materials I'm sending you, it's just a lot of this to make it easy for people to understand the rational thing. So, because I'm not going to be talking to this yet, so this is a convex, whatever the fuck the point is, it's totally costless, huge rewards. And the rational thing I put in something about the email, which you didn't Read, it's the document email.
I've copied the advice to it. It's like, okay. Send the compliance people don't hide send the compliance people now compliance people it's all here we have it published so they're like what you should do rationally is send it immediately to the ceo for your attention get on this we will review it we haven't rendered our formal opinion yet but I think you need to know because this is at your level because if you hold it back what if you say no we need to think about it get consensus You deprived the CEO of the option to announce publicly before other people did. You just the company because your company is now a laggard.
You fucked the CEO. No, that's what I'm saying. Your duty is to fucking tell the boss. By the way, if you do forward it, Thomas, listen to me, come wise person.
If you do forward to it. You will personally make a billion dollars. Gosh, that's like bribery, right? If you don't, you'll go to fucking stupid jail, right?
Because you fuck the shareholders because it's above you, but you just say, because that person has the authority to post a fucking blog post. That's all they have to do to lock it in. The options like, hey, if you post it publicly, people notice it. Boom.
First one, do you have to do a formal press conference? You fucking could. If you're a CD, you do whatever the goddamn fuck you want, right? What?
Now, still do your compliance drill down because if you do and you render a former opinion, formal opinion, then say, great, let's start doing our deep compliance shit and we'll make our compliance apparatus available to other people. And get it alive. That's one of the most valuable assets that becomes the trust authority. So that's something you can do.
So suddenly compliance becomes a revenue generator. It's one of the most valuable assets, compliance and trust, right? And if you're the first to, so the point is, it's totally rational. And, so when you advise the CEO, if you actually were to analyze all the shit, the correct answer, I'm telling you what the answer is.
You don't have to do your fucking personal analysis, right? Or have your fucking AI Read all the shit or go, fuck is you have a fiduciary do these do it? Duty of loyalty, right? And there, like, and care.
So, if you don't act on this, you fuck the company that shareholders in perpetuity for no reason. That be your advice to the CEO. What is it costing? Nothing.
What if we find out later it's not cool? It doesn't matter. We just needed the signal. We didn't need Apple to do it.
We needed them to announce it. That will trigger a cascade. If Apple fucks up or some idiot decides not to do it or whatever else, we don't fucking care. We just need the signal.
So there's the only rational course. So what you should do, as I'm trying to tell you, blast out everywhere. You don't know where it's going to flow. Don't overthink it and say, hey, it's all here.
Just spread it out. And if you don't, you can blame yourself later. Not me. Blame yourself because I told you.
And if all you did is like, hey, yo, like, stay until it's all fucking here. You didn't personalize Burke. What? Am I your slave?
I black on everybody I knew, or all the people I loved first, or whatever the fuck. The point is, like, guy that you told them that created an option. What If you get somebody big, say somebody big, it's like, say you get to Marcus, brothers, exactly.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:37:09 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 And I know that you looked at the founders first called Dog, which is the thing is that, giving up for the house after on less time with less unit. And A, am I in for the fifth? You'll hear from me. We're gonna speak again tomorrow.
I just need to figure out my final blood because I've got a little blood in the shape.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:37:40 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 This is the private point.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:37:42 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Something that I'm willing to do. I'm put into and that's this really short but a shortshooter so they let me go next to ten fifty and that's the sort of a fucking war with Russia and then I played the end. I can get cool in again. So I'm in the reserves now.
Thank the Lord for my blasphemy. But I'm the shopshoot five or six. And if I'm highly motivated, like you're highly motivated me right now, in a very productive way, I should say, but I'm fired up. If I do that, okay.
Because we always believe you, maybe sometimes, I acted like a jury.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:38:32 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Don't worry, don't worry about that.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:38:33 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 It just if I if I had to motivate them like doing it now, they're gonna do something about it.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:38:41 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Yeah, well, let me put it this way. Let me put this way.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:38:44 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So, confidence.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:38:47 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 let me put this way so let me here's a couple of thoughts and I'm just giving you advice this is a good point so first of all most important things get the money because the first money that hits our bank account gets us as long as they buy the start so you need to go off and get x times more or whatever from other stores just kick off this new form right I need to establish this new financing model this senior qpt what's the what's the deadline? No, dude, the first fucking in. I put I need money, I want it now.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:39:17 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I need to fucking sell up assets to invest in you, dude.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:39:21 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Yeah, well, Monday, Tuesday, whatever. The fucking money. I haven't paid rent to Soli. I ordered like seven grand.
It's like, just like the point of two. God damn it, I want fucking money. So the point is, if you just get to you and Johan, I don't care where it comes from Yes, point is like ASAP.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:39:45 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 That's yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:39:46 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Because I wasn't money, you don't have to think about it. Because I okay, now I got time.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:39:50 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Okay, then I know. I thought that I could have some flex, I'll lose money on a trade because you have some flexibility.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:39:58 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Or you can share it with Johan. ASAP. You can score the money. The question is: if you want to.
Yeah, I just want money in the bank because the point is just need the money. Yeah, no, like, hey, I wanted it. I didn't, I need money now, right? I didn't, so anyway, and I want money.
And also, it's just, I want people moving fast. So if you say time, by the way, like, why should I get like, you Jennifer Sandell, who just gave me $20,000 as a gift, gave me a hug. I you, man. I'm just take care of yourself.
Boom. I know that chick. I haven't even reached out to her yet. Yeah.
But I will. No. That's why that's why it's not. That's why she's not married to Scott anymore.
She's a beautiful woman, but she's. Yeah. No, it's like, I know. She's an amazing, good friend, and she's an attractive woman, but what?
She's our age. So it's different. And she was always just, she's like 6'1 and on the heavy side. So.
Scott stuck with her for 20s or a long time and then upgraded some, whatever it fucked. It doesn't fuck. Yeah, but I love Biden. Her to death.
I'm not sleep with her and we don't have that kind of relationship. Now, so two things. So I'll come up with a general model so you don't fucking guess. Here's a strategic partnership that makes sense in terms of get the money, you have time.
I to give you the rooms to do it. Right?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:41:28 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 doing this in the self-duplicated things, but yeah, yes, snapshots, stuff, no taxation on labor time from your perspective, handbook a little bit. You've got me activated, you educated me, and I say that because it is education, it is new shit, no one's watching through what you're doing. So it's like, picking it out from the belt. Yeah, I'm create something that is going blow shit up.
And the rest is history, right? Right. So this is new shit. And that's why I appreciate this conversation.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:42:10 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Now, the other thing, that you in a side letter.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:42:14 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Breaking that down is really helpful because when I get asked questions, if I sound like a dumb fuck, which I usually don't. Do tap on my own back. Hello. It's that the ammunition that you provide me with all this email is not like I just go, I think you can have enough from Jonathan.
Great. No, I've got a little bit.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:42:38 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So I have one final point, which you'll appreciate. Here's another thing that's very valuable to me and valuable to you, and fossils too, right? So and by the way, so, side letter, but we'll send it into the constitution graph, which means we'll become enforceable confidentially. Nobody will ever know, right?
But you and I, a building forceable, it's like, Cece, what's your full name again? I forget her. I have, I follow her on Instagram, but I forget her probably last name. What's your name again?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:43:11 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I don't know. Think I actually mentioned that.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:43:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I have. I follow her on Instagram and I've seen her on. Yeah, you mentioned her. I figured, yeah, you told her, I know who she is.
You gave me her name. You said, yeah, I'll introduce you for free. Way back when, right? Well, whatever the fuck.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:43:25 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Listen, Eddie, she's on my top five list. She's off the tropical.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:43:30 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I am. So my point is these side letters shit, which you can't tell her about. So she seems amazing. And she's obviously a key network as long as you copy her on something and she's anything she does benefits you anyways, right?
But for me, it's like, by the way, remember Tulane, my sweetheart, the sweetest sweetheart, she was amazing, right? Speaks seven languages, like, beautiful even for sweetest, right? But she spent most of her life in American schools because they worked for the UN and IBM. So in fucking Nairobi or in Vienna or whatever so she usually went to American schools right because they don't have sweet schools but anyways so we used to travel and I got any child she's the one sweet I ever met that doesn't like to get naked she was just a little shy dunk that she keeps her legs together like to wear a bikini obviously so we were in like we were traveling we've been to greek islands like nikonos and san all the usual spots a few times and so there and I remember I was so we took you've been to mekonos probably you're really too anyways so we took those little fucking putt-putt boats and past there's paradise and then super paradise but there's a place farther that you can't actually get to by road and they have parties there.
So, we took, we paid there. So, it's like, I don't know, 100 people. And we go all the way over there, and like everybody is naked, or 95% of people are naked, but my girlfriend is like, Jawan, you're an embarrassing mediator. And there's only one other person who wasn't naked, and it was this guy who was a commander in the Royal Navy.
And he was covered head to toe with white, just head to fucking toe and face with case with a sunscreen, right? And then he strips completely naked, runs dice water, comes up, puts clothes back on me. And I said, I get it. Somebody doesn't know you're here.
So I go, yeah, officially, I'm on the Scottish Islands. But my wife doesn't know that. I can't get his hand.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:45:57 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 It's the fucking cameras, there's a speed smartphone strand, whatever.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:46:02 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 But yeah, so the thing about Cece, by the way, is what I like, It's like, okay, I'm going to send to entrepreneurial heaven shortly. Some people will be joining me. So let me ask you this. Is she cool getting naked?
Because the minimum. Value is like, okay, I'm in naked in the hot tub type shit. Because the thing about her is that the thing about it is like,
JONATHAN HARE: 1:46:28 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 She's a she's an exitist and she's she has no issues whatsoever looking hot.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:46:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And forget naked among friends.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:46:39 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 not she's not thinking, I don't think I can get it naked, and then that's I say, I'm not gonna ask you to do it. If I say, if I say Jonathan will make you a billion dollars, she's definitely gonna strip okay.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:46:53 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, the whole point is, how you can tell him worth like hundreds of billions. What she is, she is to you what I same thing: it's like she's beautiful and connected and ambitious and smart. She's like a triple threat. These are very creatures.
Right? And like, so and so anyways like, okay, great. I need to spend time with somebody, but I don't give a fuck about almost anything else. Or all the shit, my girlfriend's like, I just don't give a fuck.
Tulan was into spirituality and fucking transcendental this. And like, I don't give a fuck. I don't believe in it. There's an issue, right?
It's like, going to change? It's like, I believe in science and kind of that's the thing. It's like, you can believe whatever you want and yeah, whatever. Or, my the Chinese one, she's into arts and remotes, like she's amazing.
I'll definitely sit with again because she's part But sissy, I definitely have what's a big fancy lots of broadcast that I'm looking for.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:47:58 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yeah, I have ameliorated that thing because well the top dogs, if you like, outreach in India. I'm working with them. It's a passionate portfolio company. And they do the they're on the unaccustomed AI, they do all sorts of the stuff.
Everybody's doing AI, so I'm not saying that, but they have a lot of government contracts, especially in the US. And he's Indian. So he's working with the Indian government because they do B2G government, obviously. So looking her up that she might get it.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:48:51 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 The point is, she's going to want me anyway. No, you just, no, I'm not asking you. Broker anything just no here's the thing no hold on hold on hold on well by the way one of the services we're gonna have is I think about I think a lot all the time it's like there's perfect there's like lots of people you can put how do you find them right and how the marriage and dating market is so inefficient it's a disaster isn't that like young people aren't anymore it's unbelievable. They don't fuck.
They barely talk to each other. It's a problem. There's a significant 30% of kids, they're fucking virgins. It's like, what's wrong?
Anyways, it's a problem. But anyway, so the thing is, so you have to remember that quantum liquidity pool. I don't know if you've Read that shit. So it's like, okay, we can, anytime there's an exchange of anything that people regard as valuable, how do it's valuable?
Because they said it's valuable. Art, why is it that Jason Pollock worth like $160 million, whatever it was? Those people said it was. Is it worth that much?
No, it's fucking canvas and paint. What? So, anyways. To the point it's like, okay, what if you can find, here's what I want.
So your personal privacy network and your client privacy command will know everything about you. You don't have to worry about lying, pretending, say anything, because your agents are a job of maximizing your opportunities in life and serving what you ask us to do. Find all the other fucking people on the planet, measure them objectively, get pictures of them naked because everybody's on camera's like, yep. That body works for my plant.
They're fucking agents talking in quantum privacy, which is literally a parallel universe, which is unreachable. Seriously, that information will never get out, but we can validate it. That is looking good and she didn't get fat. What?
And, this chick, she's a fucking psycho. Yeah, this is good for a while. And then she goes psycho and starts like stalking you and trash talking behind your back. It's like, screen all that shit up.
Up, right? What's the personality? Who are we getting along with? Or they have a good network.
I don't like to waste my fucking time. So, I'm hanging out. I need my best work naked in the hot tent with, and their hot chicks are this bonus, right? It just helps me think about it.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:51:15 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Listen, I'll have to speak to somebody who will capture the entire wall screen because God knows they're desperate to get late. They'll fucking use this thing once they're running. Hey, what they do?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:51:28 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 They get gold diggers or prostitutes or both. Yeah. So anyway, so the point is, but I don't, anyway, so the point is you do that. So if they use that first, like, okay, if our fleet of yachts hanging out, you go find interesting people.
You're like my answer. I don't want to talk to them. You fucking talk to them, right? So when people work with me, that's, I'll have the most valuable graph on the planet by far.
So it's like, you want to get a message in? You can get it through me. And I'll do it. We'll get in the hot tub because we'll be on a yacht.
You're not invited. But a deal can happen. What? Not only that, even though they give away 99.
Whatever percent of the stuff that I personally own, it's still $21 trillion. Right? Because when you're creating, like, P50 is like $12.5 trillion or whatever. Maybe it's $18.
I'd have to look at the latest numbers. But it's like, insane fucking money. So it's like a tiny fraction. It's like, yeah, but to an individual, that's a lot.
And by the way, a lot of that value is deferred. Right. And one of the things about, I learned as I was thinking this through, it's like, okay, do you want to sell an asset like that? Why the fuck would you sell it?
It's just about liquidity. You can bring it forward with just like borrowing against it, right? Everybody else is going to have restrictions.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:52:50 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 you synthesize it. There's this guy that used to be a mentor. He used to only came out with long short call options on the longer on the London Stock Exchange. They're a great pentroman.
You had the same thing with Dr. Murton, I think back in the days we both had some pretty expansive. Not expensive, expansive intellectual financial minds. And, he's also saying, listen, if you're coming up with something, you're a new instrument, just do it differently.
And it doesn't have to be that easily adopted. What you need to do is for you differentiator. So I can help you do that.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:53:41 - Unidentified Speaker Yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:53:42 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, by the way, well, you probably, I'm sure.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:53:46 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I will have Thomas.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:53:47 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Okay. I appreciate that.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:53:49 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 However, because what?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:53:52 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Because Thomas, can you listen to me?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:53:54 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Can I please continue just because I want to have some banter with you as well. It's not all business with me. But I if I'm working for you, I'll miss investing in you. If I'm working with you, I'm going to say my peace before you jump in.
Okay, so that's the deal. The thing is, education. I want to educate my son, provide him with a lot of opportunities to play as much sports as possible. Things are fucking expensive.
So, in five years' time, when we work together, and if he's opening those, there's maybe a broken fucking cheekbone that will be taking hits from you. I want to get to a liquid specific situation. I said the clock starts today, eight hours investment. Two, I'll come up with a product that basically protects investors that we bring in.
Okay. And three, fucking piston.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:54:52 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So, Thomas, the same thing, right? So, and when you're trying, please let me hear the touch, and then I really gotta go. But the point is in those products, in the Nobel thing, and also in the participation, valuation, rewards, and financing model. Document that explains all the shit.
So it's like, okay, the core assets, the exchange group tokens, and to a lesser extent, the accelerated token pool, the EPV, which are, my first is not included at the wall in perpetuity, right? How do you sell it? And what good does it do me for a thousand to million years from now? The fucking worthless, I'll be dead.
I want like what are you fucking? I know that. I'm just please listen to me. Please listen to me, right?
So it's like, okay. Now what does it give you rights to? Thomas, what does it give you rights to? If this network takes off, which has a 99.93% probability, it's worth quadrillions of dollars.
It's like, okay, so you can just use that, borrow against it. Nobody fucking, just borrow against it, infinite enough, since I can do whatever the fuck I want. So I can get, okay, when I need a yacht, like next year, I can buy a yacht by borrowing against something that's implicit actual value is so. Fucking ginormous.
I just borrowed it. I didn't sell anything. I borrowed it, right? God damn it's built in the architecture.
You don't need to do shit. Stop by the way, just so the reason I get frustrated is like, I don't do the reason. It's all there. I've been working out for 30 years with all these people.
It has to tie together. So you're talking about what's possible in today's financial harvests. I'm talking about what we invented. Whatever the fuck.
So, when you Read it, so you can have that conversation after you Read all this shit and you're not trying to teach me stuff.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:56:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yeah, do you think you're sending me this shit that I don't pay attention?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:56:39 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, it's just really long, it's thousands of pages. Each of these documents, PBCR, I think it's 300 pages. So, there's no way you could have Read that stuff. It's not humanly possible.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:56:52 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I do, I do 100 pages. In about 50 minutes. That's my average. It used to be anyway, but now it might be 55.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:57:01 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 one of the things I am going to do, have you used Notebook LM, which is Google's one of Google's AI services? No. It's amazing. You should go there.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:57:11 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 It's a different type of AI.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:57:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So then the notebooks, you can put in any fucking content you want, and then it can generate the depths. It can generate an infographic. It can generate quizzes, flashcards. It summarizes and analyzes all the shit, summarize it, and is able to render all sorts of shit.
It can do videos.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:57:33 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 The famous Husky are basically just up.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:57:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So it's an amazing tool. It's much better than the rest. But anyway, so one of that's in there is like, you can generate a quiz. Or a flashcard.
So I was like, one of the things I'm do is like, hey, you want to talk to me? Learn the shit, pass the fucking test, because you'll just piss me off and get into a fight. You don't want to be talking to me if you haven't done your homework about a particular topic. And this thing, it's all there.
Use your fucking AI to get up just because why would you go in unprepared? Because I don't need to talk to anybody. Right? And seriously, it would help because the point is, what it's good at is learn is different things like, how do people learn?
You have to get it in your brain and you have to, you learn by answering questions. You learn tested, not by on this journey.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:58:32 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I want to do it right, but I'm fucking old school. Prepare yourself that I've Read every fucking. That you invested significant amount of time producing, which is respectful. Otherwise, you're not found as first.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:58:48 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 wait, is that just that? So, Thomas, can I tell you something?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:58:52 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Number two, prepare yourself, brace yourself, brace, Thomas, philosophical.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:58:59 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 What other philosophical thing?
JONATHAN HARE: 1:59:00 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 you could that phone, Tarski, it's about 99.6%. Probability that we're get a deal. Right.
JONATHAN HARE: 1:59:12 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And you have every incentive to do that. And there's like a thousand other people who could also hit a cascade. So I'm sure you'll do it. It's the only rational thing to do.
Right. And there's things. For me, what we did all this stuff is to have something be sustainable over the long haul, it can't be top-down. It's got to be self-organizing and decentralized, and it can't be at the discretion of anything.
So for a period of time, I have to fucking curate this shit, right? Until you get it going stuff harder. But the point is, it's not about fucking talking to me. If people had to talk to me and I make decisions, that's corruption and it's fucking annoying.
Because all these people, I've spent 30 years, I'm like, I don't want to talk to anybody about this shit until they're, I don't want to talk to them fucking at all I want to be yacht naked with Cece or any one of 20 other people Thomas up to you Up to you. I just said, it's what I'm that would be valuable to me. I'm just telling you. And by I think, for her, it's like, okay, it's worth hundreds of billions of dollars.
And like a billion dollars, dude, done. Done. Done. Because a billion dollars to me, I wouldn't even.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:00:27 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I'll tell you what, we do deal 10 million to you.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:00:30 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 But it's not a broker of yours. Just saying, I'm telling you what I value. I'm just giving you a hint of what I value in particular. And also the other thing is, I know she know that you have enough influence with her, and since she's connecting to the Wahlberg thing with all the other connections in Wahlberg, we have it's like it makes sense for her to do that.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:00:50 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 She can do shit before I'm a billionaire, she wants to get cheaply for her, and I'm giving something back, and I don't want anything in return. But she would probably like to meet her at some point and just.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:01:08 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 you might wanna well, if you send her any shit, she knows who I am.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:01:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 You might need to do some bench pressing and some vice of flicking and so on because she's a well-trained machine.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:01:22 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Let me put it this way. Well, I will. I'm gonna go hook up with Jeff Bezos and say, give me your dude or whoever the fuck works you have and whatever drugs you're on. Because I've met him probably 20 times back in this youth.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:01:36 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 My wife comments on that. It's actually Jonathan. I don't want to probably get off track here non-business wise, but she's going look at him. He's completely changed since he's been more sort of look at it.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:01:52 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 no, he's on HGH. He's on all sorts of shit. And he works out all the time.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:01:56 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 He's gonna fucking be on something.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:01:58 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 yeah, no, all those rich guys are doing it. They're all maxed out. Look at fucking Mark Zuckerberg, right? He's bulky.
He's still a fucking nerd, but no, he's a bone. He could kick your fucking ass. He's like jiu-jitsu. He's bulky.
He looks like a fucking guido now with fucking chains and shit. It's like, what happened to the hoodies? But anyway, so yeah, but I'll get that. But the other thing is, I knew back in, 97, because he came to PC Forum, which is Esther Dyson's thing.
And I went to, she was an investor and she's a champion of everything we do. And so, yeah, he was always hanging out at the bar and he was like us when they're just, people knew him, but, Amazon, fucking bookseller, they were not all that. Right? And he's a fucking nerd.
Look at it in 97, right? Yeah. But by the way, the thing about it is: if you, the thing about these things is one of the things about this whole market, you'll see in there the whole brokering thing and multi-level brokering is like, hey, one of the reasons why, excuse me, not brokering, bartering. So why do we have personal?
They used to have barters. But people don't value these things it's problems like I need food right now and like I don't have like what you need and that's real inefficiency so we had to come up with some medium of exchange and that has to be stored value inefficient so that's why you have currency which is right it's like well this records everything about everything any possible thing you can dream of you can define and you can tokenize I went to this, there, when I'm, you by the way, there are hotter women out there, let's be honest, right? And I actually had this conversation with Tolan, because I'm a very, I'm an incredible visionary. When I was, gosh, I was 21, my senior year at Berkeley, I took a course called War and Politics, because I was an engineer.
We didn't have like, diversity fucking classes. But I had like one so I took that war in politics and this you remember you're too young this by the way punk stop calling me son I'm like older than you are right I am 10 years older than you are so basically there's the thing before your time when reagi strategic defense initiative or star wars right and he was talking about shooting down all the russian militials was a self-made like I think it was you were 10 years old you were 10 years old it's going on okay yeah so whatever let me complete the story so yeah I get it I get it the point about the story is that so we had the final report we had to write a report and they were doing this SDI and everybody was against fucking crazy won't work You never stop the thousands of Russian missiles. It's like the Russians, that's not the problem. The Soviets, that not the problem.
Mutual service officers, they're not irrational. That's not the threat. It's North Korea and Rogue States. That's the threat.
That is achievable, right? So, if you have this technology, if they had a few missiles and they threatened to use them, they could coerce us. They wouldn't even have to use them. They could threaten us because they have nothing to lose.
That would give them power. Would block that. I got an A Nobody else was talking about that. Right?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:05:27 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 After what I tell you, folks will highly impress them. I love that.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:05:34 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And by the way, the final Nobel Prize, Peace Prize number nine, number nine is getting rid of
JONATHAN HARE: 2:05:44 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 and Gorbachev and Reagan, where Reagan pretended to fall asleep.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:05:51 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 That was brilliant. I actually met Gorbachev many times. Well, because he said I have a piece of this dude, a friend of mine, Global Green, a friend of mine sponsored, is in the fucking Presidium, because he was personal non-grata in Russia, right? But anyways, but he was a smart man.
By the way, that was a peaceful chance, and all he gets is shit for it. It.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:06:12 - Unidentified Speaker It's brilliant.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:06:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 That was a gift of fucking humanity. Peaceful surrender or dissolution of the Soviet Union. He deserves credit for that. And you should win the Nobel Prize for that, right?
And if you look at Nobel Priest Prize number nine, it's the authoritarian dictator problem about like with our model, right? Because anybody can participate freely, no censorship. You can participate economically.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:06:42 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I we've got X amount of months and days exactly on the existing administration. When we go live, if people ask me, like, again, I bring out one day because that's my number one go-to person on my list because after that. My life will be productive becomes immensely more easier and he won't mind that if he backs it. So here's the deal.
Well, junior or senior. It doesn't doesn't matter. Are you looking to work with them on this to get the message out or yeah, just stands in terms of working with existing administrations, but we're good if you Read if you Read the noble peace price.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:07:43 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Number nine, if you look that so, first of all, U. S. Is easy. So, the way the sovereign accelerators work, anybody can form it, they can be grassroots like somebody who works for the government can form it to the limit of your authority.
Just adopt it, start using it. You're doing your job, it's much better, it's free. Don't need any improvement, nobody can fucking detect it. And it gets deployed, it's like, you just.
Did your job, got solved cybersecurity, all this stuff. And it's like, and you get credit for it, not from the government money, but from the fact that it propagates in the private sector or to other sovereign governments, like states or other nations. Worth a fuck ton, you get it all, right? Then there's contractor-led.
So if you're a vendor, Essential, or whoever the fuck you do work for everybody, adopt this shit. You're it up right now, do it this way. And you adopt it. And guess what?
What does the government do? They interact, they regulate, they tax, they interact, they have relations with everybody. So fuck the government. The governments are going to wither away.
They will. Everything's going to wither way over the long haul because they're fucked and financially unstable. It's unstable. But meanwhile, get it adopted, get it going.
You don't have to ask permission. You should run it up the flag chain pole because if it gets to a government official like to the top, it's like, issue an executive order. You're drop this quantum privacy shit fucking ever across the US government. Don't need anybody's approval, congressional, nothing.
You shouldn't do it to solve cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism shit, fucking everything ever. And then, by the way, reinvent government. Why are we paying bureaucrats to be corrupt and stupid? We're going to use these healthcare networks to deliver healthcare and cut the cost fucking in half, right?
And by the way, what does he get? $60 billion. We limited it here because you don't get credit for the adoption inside the US government. That would be corrupt.
Of course, they can get away with it because they pardon everybody or whatever Who knows? But no, this is clean. It's available to any government official anyway. You do that, $50 billion.
Step two: do a true social and say, I'm forming a trunk network. Everybody join, we'll pull all resources. Remember the grassroots, we call them social accelerators. So there's lots and lots like, why we focus on why big enterprise?
I like little people banding together. It's easier to get equal, equitable distribution. But all it runs to big guys makes a bunch of people are going to have to become trillionaires. They start out at 200 billion, they're going to have to be trillionaires.
That's wasteful. What do they need trillions of dollars for? They, what's the most you can spend on yourself? It's like the tens of billions if you're really tried, other than the ego projects, which I don't give a fuck about.
So whatever. So if you just spread words of all the 130 million people that think Trump is God, now the 200 people think he's a complete idiot, his approval rating isn't a shitter. Except with the manga crab, right? So if you put it out there, it's like, okay.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:10:41 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yeah, that talk comes back on five years or if I'm idiot. What is this fucking manga crab business?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:10:50 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 What it is he took over the Republican Party. They used to be conservatives, they used to be religious, they used to be various things. He got in 2016 and said, everything's fucked. The thing is rigged.
I'm rich and smart. I'm a genius. People just watch him on a friend. He's a genius.
They didn't know. But he appealed to their disaffection, right? Meanwhile, what's her fuck? Clinton was going around talking about the basket of deplorables to talk down to people.
Fucking pissed him off. Her policies were much better for those deplorable fucking idiots. But he spoke to what they, he spoke to discussion. So then he took over the fucking party, right?
And those manga people will backing through head. What did he say? I can pull out a gun and shoot somebody in Fifth Avenue and get away with it.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:11:42 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 He can do fucking anything.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:11:44 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 They don't care. The religious people got on board with him. He's now started to lose him. He's like, okay, he will stack, he will pack the Supreme Court and get rid of Roe v.
Wade. And he delivered. So he signed up anyway. So he got a coalition, got his ass elected because he did.
Then he's like, He's shameless. Now, the main thing he built, and he was sort of semi-cautious the first time because he had confident people around him, and there were people body blocking him left, right, and center. He wanted to go rogue, he wanted to bring out the tanks, all that shit. He would have, but he didn't get there, right?
He learned when he was out of office. Now, these fucking MAGA people. Biden came in and went through this fucking COVID shit, which is challenging time, right? And the U.
S. Got through that better than any other country on the planet. Is there a country that got through that better? No.
Is there a country that didn't experience extreme inflation? No. No, we actually had less. Now, because he was handing out free money that covered my ass, like he did a bunch of shit.
The whatever is investment about cleanup, really smart long-term investments, right? He did smart shit, but inflation kind of blew up briefly for like a month, it was nine percent, down to six, down to so when he left office, what was it? It was like three percent, I think. But people, then they have flu avian flu breakout and eggs got right.
So, American people in general. Fucking idiots, don't pay attention to anything. Right? Eggs are really expensive.
Well, it's not his fucking fault. He didn't like infect the fucking, he didn't kill off half the fucking hens in the fucking country. And he didn't blow up all the supply chains. You're blaming him for inflation.
So, what? Trump is a world-class expert at? Fucking complaining about shit.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:13:36 - Unidentified Speaker Yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:13:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And then claiming he's guys like, I alone can cure this. What did he say? I will the Ukrainian war will be over day one. Two weeks, right?
No, day one. He said day one. So he claimed a miraculous bullshit that anybody with a brain, and by the way, they know he's full of shit. He was there full of shit, too, right?
And they hoped he would do something.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:14:01 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Can I ask you another dumb question, please, Jonathan? So, why is why is Jimmy Kibbled? So I shouldn't make that nice.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:14:08 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Yeah, anybody with a brain is horrific, they all are. So, by the way, everybody, you should hear people. I've been, I went to the the Republican, I forget what the fucking club is called. It's right next to the Cannon office building.
So, it's the Republican, there's a fucking, there's a hotel, it's where they had the fucking bomb, by the way. Anyways, so I went there's a private club, right? And I got this is in the old school, and which I'm most because I've seen Paul Ryan naked. He stayed in, he had the master bedroom place I stayed in all the time, right?
And I had to kick him out when I was in town so he could pay under rent because if he had it for Rawl, I got bumped. I didn't have the master suite. I was just there, nicely in my office most of the time, which is fucking true. Anyway, so I knew him and Pat Ryan, or Pat.
What's his last name? He was a senator from Pennsylvania. God, I can't believe I can't remember his name. He was a senator from Pennsylvania.
He used to be a congressman there, but he was the president for a club for growth, which is most conservative, like libertarian. It's like Chicago stool economics conservatives. What? So anyway, so I know all those guys, met with them dozens of times when I was going out and being with the NSA and all that shit.
And we've been to like 60, 70 meetings up on Capitol Hill. Republicans always liked their shit more. Wait a minute, private sector-led innovation fixed his government? And like, them were worse because, like, they always wanted to be bureaucrats.
They thought they're going to run the fucking world. It's like, he fuck heads, you're the fucking brother. It's like, this shit's free. No, you can't do that.
That's a violence. That's unethical. They give us free shit. It's like, fuck it.
You're fucking us. So when I was in this bar, they got invited. It was actually a guy who was on TV all the time. What the fuck is his name?
Peter he's like on the chair of the council of economic examples peter what's his name you see him all the time on fox and friends and like that peter what's his last name he's an economist and what's his name yeah I'm I'm getting old whatever it's been a while I don't think about this but anyways so he's an economist and he invited me down so I'm sitting down there having dinner with all these people and shooting the shit and they're talking about the border and saying, and I was sitting there, and yeah, we sit there and we get our lawn shares, we get our guts out, and then the fucking wet back comes and we just do fork hunting. I'm going, Holy! So, you're saying that people trying to get you, and just talking big Texas style, like, holy fuck, this is what you say. So, those people, what do you think they say about Trump?
All of them is a fucking idiot. Fuckwad. But because he got the MAGA base, and that's all he needs, and he just put like Kyongyan or the senator from Texas, he's be gone. Massey, gone.
He got primary. So he just, I hold on to my base. They're my people. Why is it rational?
No, it's a fucking personality cult religion. So they're so bought into that. To divide Chunk would say, I was wrong all along. That's a really fucking hard thing to do.
I was a, I was raised Seventh-day Adventist. Heard the Seventh-day Adventist? And so I had no idea the true history of that fucking thing, even though I went to fucking Sunday Sabbath school, which is on Saturday, right? For like 10 years or whatever.
And it's like, so here I was in business school and business in the changing environment, which we called remedial ethics. For MBAs. And so, David Brady, who's a Hoover Institute guy, he teaches that, he's like a fucking hardcore recursor. He says, So, cognitive distance.
What does it mean? I'll give you an example. So, cognitive distance, there's this weird kind of culting thing called Cut Down.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:18:07 - Unidentified Speaker I hasten that young doctor has ever seen somebody perform as well as.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:18:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 did, I aced the so they pretty stories said there's these seven adventures that they believed was Ellen G. Wright, was the sort of the prophet. They had his things like, what if you study numerology in the Revelations, God is going to return October, whatever it is, 14th or whatever, in 1847, and we'll send to heaven. That's when he's returning.
So, they got together, went to that place in Tennessee. Gave away all their shit because why would you need it? It's a way of demonstrating your belief, right? And then God didn't show up, right?
And say, fuck, what's the time zone in Jerusalem? It's like, we have 12 hours. What? And then, like, 12 hours, still not here.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:19:01 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 So then the question is: so, what happens when people fervently believe something?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:19:06 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 and then it's proven without a shadow of doubt that it's not true how they react what do you think their reaction would be dangerous no it's like clearly you were completely wrong so a tiny fraction left says that can't everything I believe I can't have been that wrong they rationalize something different what somebody forgot to carry the two it's next year We just got the year wrong. They were right. We just got the next year. So they came back the next year.
Same fucking thing happened so what do you think happened that time it deepened their belief it deepened their belief right so then they said okay it's not time-based we got that part wrong because god is good it's like he wouldn't how would it be fair people have never heard about god you only get to go to heaven if you've you've never heard of jesus how can you accept him as your lord and savior and go to heaven God is the Father of all people. We need to spread around the word and become missionaries and tell everybody in the fucking deepest, darkest corner of the fucking planet evangelize because he comes when everybody's had the opportunity to learn. So my family went to fucking First New Zealand, which at the time was populated primarily by Maoris, right? Fucking who were fucking cannibals and killed everybody they met.
So my great, great grandparents, the Hares, they're still one of the biggest families in fucking New Zealand, right? Were there. They each had 12 children. Then they both died to then they married.
Then they had 24 fucking children, right, in New Zealand, evangelizing. Ellen G. White, who's a prophet. Was our nanny who lived in to take care of those 24 fucking kids for help.
Then that wasn't good enough, right? One of them died because they got eaten us on Mars. And then, gosh, no, this says we need to go to fucking Papua New Fucking Guinea. Yeah, Papua New Guinea, right?
Because it's the only worst place left. These guys believe so firmly, like somebody's got to go. These guys believe more than anybody else on the fucking in the fucking list. So they got sent to fucking Hotlin the Giddy.
And then they did that for a few years, spread the word, did their thing. And then they went to Colorado. They moved to Cripple Creek, Cripple Creek, as they call it. And we moved into a Warhouse.
There's a song that's called, what's that? Hot night in the city tonight, or something like that. Hot. It's basically what happened.
The fucking town burned down.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:21:53 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 And the only thing was the rescue was the, yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:21:59 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And by the way, why do our family lived in a whorehouse?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:22:03 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I have no idea.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:22:04 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 They had 24 bedrooms.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:22:07 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 That's right. That's yeah, like the English expression, it's cheap and cheerful.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:22:14 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Yes. So those people, and they're my family, they've been around the world. They're like saints. They really are good people because they just do goodly works.
They believe in the shit. Everyone, they're really saving people.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:22:29 - Unidentified Speaker They put out an honor and the check and tell that story.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:22:34 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 so that's the way I was raised. Now, my parents were raised in schools, they're they're called Seven Day Advis Academies, and they got they, my mom got pregnant with my dad when 19, she was 18, he was 17, I think. When they're both students, actually, it was this summer at the boathouse, my grandfather, who's a nuclear physicist, and the Manhattan Project, the H-bomb, the He also did Lawrence Berkeley Labs, the Tetatron, the Devatron. He then went to, what do you call it?
St. Johns Hopkins Operations Research Lab came up with mutual assured destruction. What's our strategy now that we invented the nuclear bomb? He came up with mutual assured destruction using game theory, working with fucking NASH, no shit, right?
And then he went on the H-bomb thing, helped design the trigger of that fucking thing. Then he led the American Astronautics Society, recruited fucking Nazi fucking scientists. My mom moved to, they were in fucking Heidelberg fucking mansion, recruiting the best scientists and doing shit. Then he was the head of the American Astronautical Society.
Then he was the first director of DARPA, the first director of DARPA, because he knew rockets. He's a rocket scientist. He was the first head of DARPA right after they formed DARPA right after Sputnik. Then he was president of Martin Marietta, Miss Western Space, and that moved back to Boulder, Colorado, where he flew around.
My mom says, you're so lucky. My dad, I went to private school, and when he picked me up, he sent his plane, which is a lucky constellation, the same plane President Eisenhower had as Air Force One. He had his own one of those. And he's like, Yeah, so weird.
They would fly this thing. I would be the only person on it and like five staff or three. There's three flight engineers and then three fucking like so where it's like, and then, and then he like downgraded to a Gulfstream, right? And it's like she was complaining about that shit asking a bit of sauce from because clearly he was lost, right?
So that was my, I spent, I only met him once in my life, by the way. Why? Because after that, actually, funny story I shouldn't tell you, but it's just like I found out a decade later, like, why did he leave Martin Marietta in that push job? Because he was chairman of the Symphony Association, he had this guy, who's the most famous band leader and musician, Danny K, came out and performed, and they had an after-party at his house, he was the chairman of the biggest company there.
And Danny is like, I wish I was in LA. I'll call my chef. So he called Jet. They flew to fucking LA, had a party, right?
And then six months later, something like that, Mr. Whitson, what was the business purpose of that flight? So he says, I don't know why he left, but this is my grandma. I think that it might have been it, right?
So then he became, offered the chancellorship of UC Berkeley. But my dad was there at the time and he's like, God, I can't put up with that insufferable fucking,. And I was here because my parents got knocked up and they got thrown out of the Pacific Union College because my mom was pregnant. And it's like, you should go to Berkeley because we don't love pregnant fucking.
They got married, but like, you need to be out of here because, like, we can't explain this shit. So that's what I went to Berkeley. Dad then, went to Clarkson Institute of Technology, which he saved and transformed. Then they hired his deputy teaching science to the Pentagon, where when he was there, they came up with the goddamn motherfucking internet, right?
He sponsored that shit, the ARPA protocols. Right? So he did that. And then after he retired, he was wealthy.
I'm gonna start crying here. But anyways, just like we haven't done yet. So he took all his money and put it in, or a lot of his money, and he said, these computers, they're really important, but hosting yourself. So he had a service bureau for running liquor stores and shit.
A computer in the basement. And he had the first ever online remote SaaS service. Spend a lot of money. It was a brilliant fucking visionary idea.
Brilliant visionary idea, but probably a little ahead of his time and he put his personal money. So yeah. So fortunately, my grandma, step-grandmother, my brother, the grandmother was a saint. She was the religious one and loved this most wonderful woman on the planet.
So I had to inherit that from her because we just went to mom, who was a single mom. After dad, they weren't married for five years and he went off the commune and he was like, whatever. He's way too young to be married, right? And slightly insane and genius.
Mom was, she had a 4.0 at Berkeley while having three children as a single mother. But she gave, she got a fucking, how she made money? She had a child's right here. She said she's going to stay with us.
But have an income.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:27:56 - Unidentified Speaker Hey, buddy.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:27:57 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Since she gave up life, thanks to work for professional.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:28:01 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 saying everything too.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:28:03 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Because all these fucking Hindu boots are awesome. She gave up on men because they just loved her because she was beautiful. Since we were there, who wants to be with a woman with three children for more than a year? Right?
So then she got into Buddhist awesome shit. I was like, why did you do that? It's like, I need to find happiness without men. I am seeking enlightenment.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:28:28 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 So then I said, I swear on my mother's grave, my mother also gave up on men for me because my father broke her fucking arm. So I can relate to this. Different picture, different story. But in terms of relation, I'm also fucking feeling emotional right now.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:28:57 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Because my mom is losing her mind. I think that my wife wants to leave because she wants to go and to the land and live with the you her parents who's kind of fragile right now they're they're old and for me as a sweet john it makes me work harder but I can relate to that the mothers will do anything for you and anyway so the thing is just a completely sorry so then after she did the daycare center she stewart dreyfus who is or actually her brother his brother who's a philosophy teacher it's so basically this she joined a hindu buddhus ashram because her boyfriend was a member which is all geniuses from birth ashwarm who's a hindu ash he's like they thought he was a gurus like a god right he's not transferring meditation worked with god all that a bunch of these professors of geniuses got together and got together every Tuesday night doing this hidden buddha software shit. So she, her boss, he worked for her boss at UC Berkeley. I used to go up and visit her some shack, some temporary building where the philosophy department was.
And but his other brother, Stuart Dreyfus, was a professor in the industrial engineering and operations research department. Right? So I learned from all this guys. So he lived in a goddamn fucking Hindu Buddhist ashram or an outflying of it with all these people that says, hey, rise above needs, human worth.
Bob, we believe in peace and selflessness. We built, we personally binded Bhagavad Gitas. And we wouldn't have booked it. We personally bound Bhagavad Gitas because that's how they made money.
Printing hand-bound fucking Bhagavad Gitas, right? They're really more Buddhist than Hindus, but they kind of both, because they believed in all religions for different manifestations, same online gold could be. Hindus, like to be all of them. So, like all religions, we had to celebrate every religion there was, just we understood them, right?
Unbelievable, right? We were vegetarians because we couldn't kill animals, so we had Laurel's kitchen, who was the other big moneymaker, right? So, I lived in these motherfuckers, and then dad spent summers with dad when naked, all these naked chicks, because they're Marxist Leninists, right? And then I spent the rest of the summers with my grandmother going to fucking Sabbath school, learning, and they none of them tried to like debate it because they have a truth.
We will not let him make his own decision. All right. So, when I was on the communist, in that fucking write-up, you should Read it. So, I was living on the community with all these Marxist Leninists, listening to,.
Back in the USSR, you don't know how lucky you are, right? And it's like, I was like, I was a subscriber to see power and the U. S. Able Institute proceedings.
I was a rabid anti-communist. This, the thing about socialism and especially communism, it's all in that right-of- by the way. That was from the heart. It's like, okay, you're assuming the assumption was Marshall Slung's because I had to Read the fucking shit.
I Read all those fucking books. Because they gave them to me. They didn't say you got to believe it. You got to Read it, right?
So Marx, and then Lenin says, yeah, well, temporarily, we have to form, there has to be a totalitarian state temporarily to redistribute the wealth from the oppressors to the oppressed. And once that done, we won't need a state. It will wither away. It'll be like mouse-communal fucking living.
That was their fucking model. So that's what Marx said. Right? And then Lenin said, Yeah, I'll be a dictator for a while.
And if you don't do it, I'll kill you. But my job is to give away. And so Stalin killed him, right? So, then, anyways, but so here I was sitting on a couple.
By the way, my dad lived on a ferry boat with Perot, who was with Trotsky when he was assassinated by the NDKD, right? And then he fled, changed his name, lived in a fucking, what do you call those things? Ferry after they built the babe and Goldgapers. They beached this fucking, 200-foot-long car ferry, and he lived on it.
That's where we lived when I visited him. When he got divorced, that's where he first placed he lived after he divorced mom. Went there and I visited these fucking commune people, right? Anyways, I said, okay, so you believe that.
So the principles in Marxism are very antruistic, from each according to their abilities to each according to news. That's the philosophy. You said it was going to dissolve. That's contrary to human nature.
People don't do that shit. You get power, you fucking keep it. You keep power by giving true people. It's like 1984 or the animal farm, right?
Right? That's what it'll do. And so if you believe, if you have a system that's. Believed or entered in philosophy that's contrary to human nature, it breeds corruption and autocracy happens every fucking time.
I was saying that on the fucking commune, right? And the thing about capitalism is it's at least it's honest, right? It accepts human desires for their family, wealth, your tribe. It goes out you, then your family, right?
First, you. Fuck your family. That's why people cheat, lie, like, well, first, you, then your fucking family, then your tribe, your religion, or whatever, then your fucking sporting team. And then go down pretty soon.
It's like, fucking nuke. I don't give a fuck. That's the way people are wired. It's in our biology.
If you didn't work wired that way, we wouldn't have survived as a species. So I'm not blaming them.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:34:52 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yeah. I'm not sure how well established economical theories were based. I think it more of a commodity-based economical society. A reason why Vikings, not that I'm taking credit for that, even though I'm ten generations like Uncle Katrakis, sort of just captures obviously not any inbreeding.
Thank God for that. I totally show up on my DNA scans that we actually built the fucking boat. And by the movement, by the way, they were fast persons. Row across into England, get some stash and then row back or trade in Sicily or trade somewhere else and bring some loot back here and there.
There's no wonder why Grafner's best buddy created Minecraft. Minecraft thing because there is all about, building and building and building. I resonate a lot with you, so I don't monologue back to you, but here's the message: capitalism, in its pure form,. Is about what you said, looking after your family.
Family comes first, number one. And families are never perfect. But secondly, seeing the growth of something over generations and knowing the history of something, getting back to Husky. It's be extremely difficult and also very rewarding.
Because you have a responsibility. You have a responsibility.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:37:08 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Well, by the way, just so if I could jump in, if I could jump in. So I appreciate that. By the way, because family matters to people. And by the way, I love Scandinavian blood.
So that's why I want Cece. Or, I'm a lot of money, but whatever. She has real potential. But anyways, the reason I, why did I write that giant, why was the first thing I sent out?
I shared most people saw like, what the fuck? Right? First of all, arrogant motherfucker is 250 pages long. So I.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:37:40 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 He doesn't like an arrogant motherfucker.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:37:43 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Yeah, all the top, all the winners are fucking there. If you don't believe in yourself, you're not a, you can't win.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:37:49 - Unidentified Speaker you're.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:37:50 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 But anyways, but the point is like, that's, put it all in there because I've been working on it for my entire life. And I say, okay, get it all there. And that will resonate from people that believe what I right. And if they're really world-class in their main, they will understand it and they will understand the shit.
The best experts need those feelings. They don't have to be Nobel Wars, but if you have that quality of your brain, it's like, holy fucky nail, that's unbelievable. They'll become mad with this.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:38:18 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Can I give you a stupid fucking example? It's for my ex--Isocket boss. Jonathan. And there's two examples I've got, so bear with me.
I'll be quick. So, Hukan Loop used to play for Calbury Flames. He's one of the most successful ice hockey players that went from a very, very small island outside of Sweden, called Gotland, to then play in the National League and then play in the NHL. And he coached me because he came back off the back of an ACL injury towards his knee.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:39:03 - Unidentified Speaker So I was promising to keep it quick, but he basically used to have you do this, you're going to do that, you're going to do that.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:39:11 - Unidentified Speaker And then if we're losing, he used to switch to something which has been.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:39:18 - Unidentified Speaker like my methodology in terms of when things get tough and so on, so forth, but tough gets tougher.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:39:26 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 His thing was, I don't care, motherfuckers, how I care how many he was talking about goals. Yeah, he's just like, go out and fucking do it. Get out. Then I had another bad title I had in clin through another man that used to run a very large global bank who's my chairman he said you tend to overthink things and I want you to spend the next week not thinking just doing what I believe mean responsibility because I own that responsibility.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:40:28 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Hey, can I joke? I got a call coming. Can I finish that story so you just know?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:40:35 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And then I'm not.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:40:38 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 that's a cool ride is what I'm doing for a bit.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:40:41 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So when you Read, I think it's it's Nobel Prize per piece number five, I forget which one, but it's the universal capitalism, right? So this is what and I've been working on this ever since and I promised my dad on his fucking deathbed that I would finish the job and I didn't visit person and he said it was okay. That was his problem. He was so smart.
He saw how fucked up the world was. He was one of the smartest people ever. He graduated high school at like 15. I didn't think he got my mom knocked out.
He was in college. It's like, he's like 15, or 16. Actually, whatever. The point is, he could have skipped 10 years.
Yeah, those both of them were how do you think it gets to be me, right? And then raised an environment where you experience all this, these different influences all from the beginning. That's how I have this kind of mind because I've just sensed, Read everything, experienced everything, and was unified. It's like, how do I unify this?
My grandfather was first an anti-Nazi, then an anti-communist. My dad was actually a Marxist-Leninist. My grandmother was a fervent, Christian fucking believer, blah, blah. They all have a common like, but we all are good people.
We don't kill people. We're safe. We're peaceful. All that, except for grandpa.
Grandpa says, like, hey, fight, might, fight, like, fucking nuke him. Or, don't nuke him for no reason. He had a rational thing. He was the most rational about all, right?
Because his way well, right? So all these fucking things. And say, okay, I've been working my entire life to unify all these things. And anyway, so get back to the universal capitalism thing.
It's like, okay, so they're both flawed. So humanity or communism or socialism is less fly, but it's state ownership. Doesn't fucking work. It's got huge problems.
Now, the only people who fucking figured it out were the Scandinavians. They did a decent job because you have a coherent culture. And it's kind of altruistic-ish, and it's that doesn't work in diverse designs. And it's not working now, by the way.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:43:00 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Now, you got a bunch of fucking yeah, after the Second World War, we had we had a break the tent, we built all the tens of comfortably and it was in your email I sent you, by the way.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:43:20 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 way, that I forget this, the something plan, right? Where you just, you have to like give shit to the people. I put that in the email too, because I used to hear about that when I was on the fucking commune. So in 19, I lived on the commune, I don't know if they were 1973 through 1979, something like that.
So, or 71 through, so that's when I visited the commune. So, what the fuck do you think they were talking about? They were talking about Sweden in the third way. As an example, right?
But they're saying, and then they start singing to back in the USR, look here. It's like, you think they're lucky? You think they're lucky living in Soviet? Are you on fucking crap?
Unbelievable. But they're mostly there to smoke dope, get naked and have fun because there are a bunch of rich kids fucking around because that's what you did in the sevens.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:44:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 That's why I've seen so many naked women, right?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:44:16 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And it was fun. That part was good. Anyway, so I said, okay, here's the thing about it. So codeism, communism always turns into autocracy and police space.
Always. It always does. And it's incredibly inefficient, right? Socialism is not as bad, but we don't have the social trust anymore to pull that shit off.
People of different colors, they won't share. You see it in Sweden right now. All these fucking black motherfuckers and all these A-rabs and whatnot, and I don't blame them. I like frankly, I like sweets.
What's up? Frankly, don't tell me, but it's like, why it would be better if they could just stay in Africa among their own people and be rich. And, like, I love everybody. I love Africa, I love India, but it's like, don't get rid of my team suite.
It's like, that's a, that's like, well, we were like, we all have to be average, but whatever. People should have their own choices. What? Anyways.
That model doesn't work. And then the thing is like, so what? And then the capitalism, is that okay, it forms about ownership, incentive alignment, owners, blah, blah. But it's all about capital.
So then you get rich. And then guess what? Because it's so efficient, it amplifies success. So it becomes very uneven.
So then you have to react with periodic political revolutions and redistribution. Which pisses everybody off. And everyone's off breaks. And then you have actual fucking revolutions, or you have unstable future promises.
So you have massive inflationary, it's just, it's fucked. It's fucked every time, right?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:45:56 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Except in the form of natural common distribution, which I think is a term we might be able to use more. In other words, let's say by way of example. So I'm not just talking completely hypothetical nonsense as the British like to use. Let's go let's use let's use husky again here.
So investor AP, they own a lot of companies. Yeah, when I own, they mean they control them, not through ownership, but more through power and also fiduciary duties through the board memberships. So let's just say that they can distribute things. So let's just say they need to reduce costs.
And I that's that's that's not good. Just because maybe they're line is breaking a little bit and so on, so forth. But let's just say these employees can have something through, like, let's call it the Astra Seneca token. Yeah, so it was tokenization.
What the fuck is going on with that? It sounds really sketchy. What about do you own any shares? Yeah.
No. Is owning shares sketchy? Well, I can tell you what, as an ex-investment banker. The share price can go up or down.
You have no control, but you have a control of tokenization because you can actually contribute to that. You can drive your destiny bigger. That's natural form of capitalism distribution. And I think, let's take it step by step, but they might actually fucking buy into that because ultimately it is where it's going anywhere.
If you're tokenizing parts of society and it could be natural resources or it could be something to do even with education, like books in Africa, educate people. What are you do? How are you going to get people out of poverty? So it doesn't matter where you stand, economically or religiously.
There will always be a pocket in terms of segmentation where your business model will work. You just adapt it accordingly and then get sponsor it, which is what I'm doing.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:48:34 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So, Read that section on your weekend. But the thing about that one, and I think that the Walmarts will, well, I fucking love it, and the world's gonna love it. It's like, okay. This is what's going to happen.
As it says, first of all, this is vastly more efficient, creates the opportunity for awful life. The engine for growth is people innovating great. So there's nothing wrong with wealth. The system automatically distributes it in a more equitable way, and it doesn't create dynastic wealth.
You have to keep on earning it, right?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:49:06 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 That's why I'm so passionate about not selling these fucking assets.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:49:10 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 if you do that, people are getting money for thousands here that creates an oligarchy or that creates a world is bullshit. It's not, we don't need that, right? And by the way, all it is depriving those people of chance. So, anyways, we put all that goddamn shit there.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:49:23 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Jonathan, I really love your stance in terms of this, and this is gonna go again. And times like I use this call husky. There was two things, you're speak into it very soon. So I'll pick you up on two things.
It's very relevant. Everything that you have educated me on, or told your story about education, is that Kruger basically got a tip from one of the Dalberg. Found this like three generations ago that you're gonna get in trouble. But it was actually it was actually J.
P. Morgan who picked up on this and showed the whole fucking thing.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:50:30 - Unidentified Speaker And so they are very strong in the US.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:50:32 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Both of them are educated, as opposed to Jarco and Marcus. So here's the deal. So they have, they're all American in terms of what they want to do. Now, the interesting part, what I want to get, but just say, give me a hand.
Is that they were the only one to stand their, this is like the English Google Distance. You stand your ground and fight. They were the ones who did that when the Socialist Party decided to basically threaten to nationalize certain companies. It threatened my great-grandfather's company to our disappointment.
He founded Greyhounds, not sure if you ever. Win on one, but that's that's my background.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:51:36 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Okay, and I actually have, unfortunately, because we were poverty stricken.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:51:45 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I'm just saying that was a crazy thing that they actually did that. But the Walenbergs, they stood clear. There's another famous person, Jonathan, and I don't want this for us. Imagine he decided to move out of Sweden with IEA and end up in Holland.
And then, of course, he was based in Switzerland, where he ran things here and there, yes, basically protect these things. Then there was my college buddy. Carlyuan, Pershon, who is the number one heir to HN, they stayed behind and they've been paying taxes ever since and so on and so forth. So they thought this was a contribution to society.
Your philosophy is aligned with mine. I've seen, in other words, and this is my conclusion, I've seen both sides of the coin. Getting screwed by the government, which is part of my family history, but not so much. It's, it's, it's a footnote.
And then there is people, our age who witness their dads making decisions about what to do, with companies, with their life. Upbringing values and so on and so forth. So we are completely aligned. You got the Asian story from Sweden, and you got the IKEA story from Sweden.
Then you got lots of other stories, how the Valenbergs behaved in two thousand eight when shit hit the fucking fan. And I got stories about that, but I don't want to.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:53:47 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 to like keep you on the phone but what I'm trying to say I relate to everything that you said really and that's it all right I'm sending you a picture of Juan from when I was sitting with her she's let's see those are true Dan Juan, when I was one of, let's see.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:54:26 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 She looks like almost like the famous actress.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:54:34 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Which one?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:54:35 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 She is an actress, actually.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:54:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 okay. Yeah, well, she looks like Walsberg. Would have spinned the number of movies with Ben Silla and some sort of man, what a fucking lucky man.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:54:56 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So, anyways, and so now, serious thing. So, first of all, I put in these various right-hands. The thing is, there's a new model. It's like a third way.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:55:06 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 There's hot Swedish women, and there is like seriously hot Swiss.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:55:15 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And by the way, well, seven languages, no big deal over there, but like fluent, not like Swedes are speaking tonight languages, but they're not always fluent in them. Perfect. And French, every language, like absolutely perfect. She went to the French school in Vienna.
What And like I said, but anyways, but as we're going through it. These days I'm at rusty hell yeah but yeah since I don't very much these days but if you put like two pounds of lawyer maybe I'm back to being fluent yeah believe with me but she said she sounds like she's the natural life no she's amazing super sweet loves sex completely loyal she lived in florence italy when we met in florence so I was just going through and met her sister picked her up like you look like an angler skin curts right and so anyways he spoke seven languages and she regretted says I hate you right now no and we were loving first sight I was with her I was going after sister at much bigger boobs and also the beautiful then I saw her sister coming because I was going to lunch and her sister wanted to hook me up with her july the woman I met had a boyfriend it's like this one's good for july And we travel around the world and all this stuff, but we lived remote. She was in Florence, going to University of Florence. I was in, U.
S. And I would go out there every couple of weeks. We split time and whatever. So anyways, but then it was beautiful when I had full time.
It's like, hey, we're going to take a trip around the world, right? She needs attention, right? But also, I found it evolved and I got into it. Right?
I was working for somebody else. I was working for my company building this fish at the time. I knew it all along. I knew exactly what I was doing.
And this is like 1995 or whatever. And she came out and she like worked as like a receptionist. She was sick of waiting at home. What?
And then she was just on vacation, so she couldn't get a job. So like, just wanted to be around people. Right? Anyways, and then so that went on for a few years.
And then being a visionary, and she's very spiritual and into meditation and into fucking astrology and all this shit. Her father committed suicide, by the way, and her mother freaked out and decided what all the reason was. She's a psychotherapist, never be, and she says, the thing is, you just don't let your, he bottled up his emotions and it blew up. So when you feel something, you need to let it out.
So she's one of the sweetest people on the planet, but when she was mad at me about like not paying attention to her, I would hear, right? So Norman's always great. This when we're traveling together, it was like, I was there in Dilly with her 100%, right? Or we're traveling around 100%.
Then she came here while I was working. You done working? You're fucking exhausted, right? She was waiting at home all day.
And then I'd show up, and I just want to watch the news and like decompress for like half an hour. So I would catch it for that. Anyway, so it kind of bugged me. But then the other thing was, being a super visionary guy, I knew at that time I was one of the richest people on the planet.
And I also know my own inclinations and I know humanity. And I don't lie to myself. So I said, It's just truly is the love of my life, always has been, right? It's like, well, so hypothetically, and by the way, this ball was taken off, it was clear to everybody, it was gonna, well, it wasn't clear to everybody, but we ended up going public, and this, but this was, yeah, it was before that, I think, yeah, before that.
And I said, it's like, how would you feel if? So we're i've become rich we've been together for 30 years if to like sleep with some other woman would that be okay with you and the answer was like no he's like listen I have of people like okay but some people like I have on the commune that was not a problem I don't know how they're in sweden but I but that was definitely no right Teenagers, right now, but you can go look up with a girl if you've got some skills.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:59:54 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: 2:59:55 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 But here's the thing: part of our vision is?
JONATHAN HARE: 2:59:57 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 It's not like that, let's let's let's do some champagne.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:00:02 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 what I was thinking at the time? I said, listen, sweetheart.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:00:07 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 If you have great sex, who is other, she expects more of it. And that one, she's gonna say, Listen, your penis.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:00:17 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I was, I never cheated on her once. We lived on different continents, and I never cheated on her one time. We were together for five years, not once. She lived in Italy.
And by the way, when I stayed her place on Via Deneri, right off of the Uffizi, that square there, like half a block from there. There. I looked, I just walked down the, we're on the fourth floor, whatever, her apartment. So I watched, walk down, every head would turn.
There was like a fucking caravan following her wherever he walks. It was unbelievable. She'd walk, she and her sister walked by. There'd be a like a school bus full of children who were like 12 years old.
They would all be hanging out. But these are like pink provescent fucking children.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:01:02 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 It's like I'm sure he was like 6'5 or something.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:01:10 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I'm 6'4, yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:01:11 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yeah, 6'4. So that's a great thing because then people wouldn't harass those two ladies.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:01:19 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, I wasn't there. So the point is, she was there. And so, and I never worried about one minute because she wants like, she had a dream about cheating on me. She called me in tears.
She had a dream that she slept with some other guy. She called me in tears. To apologize. And I said, Sweetheart, I don't know who it was.
She didn't tell me who it was. Just a dream. I got in trouble because there was once, by we driving up to about.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:02:04 - Unidentified Speaker things.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:02:05 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 But she believed in dream analysis. So for her dreams were connected to your spirit some fucking way. So for her, that meant something, right? And I'm going, sweetheart, it's just a dream.
It's like, it's this, it's your brain kind of reprocessing. She just, we didn't agree on certain things, right? But and then there's another time where there's time where I was, I was, we drove up with my brother Richie and Susie, his now wife and Sulana and I. Up to like C Ranch because we just were going to take a weekend, and I got to hang out with Richie because he was my CTO or chief architect, wonderful guy.
You met Richie, he's got in, yeah. And so, and she didn't use a seatbelt. Now, I was sitting there, I knew that this is the most important innovation in the history of mankind. She wouldn't use a seatbelt.
We're going up Route One, it's one of the twistiest roads on the planet with like, 500-foot falls. She didn't wear it. So Okay, can you switch? Because to wear it.
If you're not going to wear it, I want to wear it. So we did. I didn't boo it around. I'm just like, okay, I don't have a seatbelt.
You're not wearing it. Can I wear it? Why? Because I don't want to die.
Not that I don't want to die. It's like the world needs me to finish this fucking job. If I die, because I don't have a seatbelt, that's like evil, right? And then years later, two years later, she had a dream that we were in an airplane.
There's only one parachute, and I took it and left her. She calls up and gives me so much shit. And it's like, I can't believe you did that to me. And I said, sweetheart, it was your dream.
I didn't do that. Your dream. I didn't do that. It was your dream.
So, anyways, so then meanwhile, she was getting everybody on the fucking in Florence hitting on her. And I'm not a jealous guy. I actually am not jealous. And I never worried about it, which to me is a good relationship.
So when I knew her. It's like she would never, she would never cheat on me. I don't care. If she wasn't as sexy to other people, I wouldn't want to be with her.
I got needs to,. I need to show off to, right? It's like the fact that he's beautiful, that matters to me. I don't, I don't date women who are not beautiful, period, ever, never once, right?
And it's like, I'm not afraid of that. Why should I? I love them and they look good, and like everybody empties me. That works for me.
It's that simple. And it's like, it just feels good. And by the way, they're fun to look at and they're beautiful to sleep life. And like, it's just like, yeah, I want the best of everything.
So, anyways, so they were saying, well, obviously, he doesn't love you because if he did love you, he'd be, jealous. And that probably means he's cheating on you. That's what they all told her, right? So, and then, meanwhile, I said, by the way, I was her second boyfriend.
Her other boyfriend was a psycho-Italian guy who was a control freak, right? And he just like treated her like shit, made her feel like shit, and wanted her away from her mother because. He was catholic of course and was like it's astrology and like so he's trying to break her up from her family and the woman's like 19 or 20 whatever so that program was painful for her so she did not trust the world when we met when we first met the first couple days I told her it's like I have a vision right no he was her boyfriend he's italian right so italians are not open to being into astrology and meditation all that sort of Yeah. They would sleep with them, but of course they want to convert them.
It's like, my mother will never accept your mother. Her mother was a lesbian. After her father died, she wrote a woman. So, Carolyn Barron, still a friend of mine.
But, anyways, so, and by the way, so that's the thing. I never judged her. She knew me. We were bottoms like, hey, everything that you were ashamed of because people make you feel ashamed.
I love that shit. Right? So, anyways, so long story short, I said, okay, she's never, I'm her first good boyfriend. She had one guy for like six months between her like shit and me.
She doesn't know how good I am. I'm the nicest guy I ever met. I really am. Girls, I've never yelled at a girlfriend one time ever, not once, even when they treat me like shit.
Never once. It's about love. It's like, I just understand. Well, this is what's going on.
This is where it comes from Not going to do any good.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:06:34 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Says, you open my feelings. Please don't.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:06:38 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 let him fence. No, I'd let him fence.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:06:41 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 That's my number one go-to.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:06:43 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 You do a love sandwich. I told this one time. What do you do? You wait.
You don't, when somebody's fencing you, is there something that's part of our relationship, by the way? When somebody's being unfair and fencing on you, there's something else going on in their life. They're not allowed to talk about it over there. So when they get home in a safe place, they let it loose.
So they'll find something. And then so the worst thing you can do is try and debate them. That's the worst thing you can do. Just piss them off and make it worse.
So just absorb it out of love, right? Then when there's, but if it, if it happens a lot and it's really bugging you, wait until they're in a great place. Then it's called a love sandwich. Tell them how much you love them and why.
And say, by the way, there's something I wanted to bring up. And tell them the thing that bothers you when you're feeling strong. That's how you reinforce relationships. That's the way I roll it.
There are very few people that have that kind of level of, I got that from my mom and my grandma and shit like that.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:07:45 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I think that couples generally, especially in terms of long-term relationships, Jonathan, they found, ways to pull the trigger. When that trigger is pushed, the strength is not too reactive because then that trigger goes away if you do something positive with it. But women can get into RS.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:08:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So, what I told her, by the way, here's my theory: so evolve was going public, right? And then you guys would be rich. I had that conversation. So 30 years from now, you're not going to look like this 30 years from now.
She's still beautiful, but she looks like she's 50 something. Right. And it's like, and I just like, I know, it's like, am I going to be, am I, is that what I'm going to be wanting to sleep with? Right.
I want to have love, children should be great mother. She is a great mother, right, blah. So that's all good. We're soulmates, all that kind of stuff.
Not real soulmates, actually, because like intellectually, we're not the same.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:08:47 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Did to interrupt you on the humorous thing that did you say, hey, this is the honey bun, darling sweetheart? You are going to be depreciating over time. And I'm going to be through for it. So I'm going to have some of your hot potties on me that you can even cant them on.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:09:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I'm not that stupid. I didn't spell it out that way. That you want, but No, I just didn't spell it out that way. You gotta be, yeah, first of all, I don't think I said that.
No, I just said say 30 years from now, blah, blah. And, it's like, hey, we'll be old. First of all, they got will rich. And it's like, men have beats.
It's just inherent. And they'll be protected. They won't be, just like, just sex. But the thing is, I would never do it without permission.
And when you'd be open to that, because if we're going to get married, have that too much vision and being too honest. I don't lie to people, even when it hurts me, I don't lie.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:09:54 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 But the couch brought, focusing on reality is just going into statistics and math.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:10:06 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I had my answer. The answer was no.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:10:09 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 The one thing, though, the one thing that the next girlfriend of mine actually was very, was very progressive about. She says, I don't want to hear about it, I don't want to learn about it. And use a condom. And I was like, okay, so those are the three rules.
And she was like, yeah, she was Portuguese.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:10:35 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I didn't ask her about it, but then we broke up.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:10:42 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 And then I asked her, did you cheat on me? She said, no, but you were so happy when you backed a few girls that, you made me even more happier. So it's my interest.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:10:54 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Bobby, can I tell you a story and then run? Thomas, I got my old executive assistant. From those days, Danny Hedberg. I had three executive assistants, by the way, at Evolve to handle different parts of my life, right?
But she's been pestering the out of me for weeks. And meet with her son, who's now at Stanford and part of some startup. And she wants, can you meet with him? And like, I so I can't talk to anything, nobody, right?
I finally called her up last night, right? And so she says, okay, well, you meet with the CEO because he's actually a PhD student at Stanford and he just raised money from personally from Art Andreessen. He can hook you up because I explained the whole quantum privacy fucking thing, right? It's like, woman, I love you kids, but and you're a great assistant because you're so fucking unstoppable.
You just won't take no for an answer. And she held off all the people who want to reach me. She was a barrier. And she didn't give a fuck.
No, no. She was, she's good for wouldn't mind seeing her naked, but sure, actually, her husband, her husband was, was Swedish, Jonas Heidberg. So, it sounds pretty fucking Swedish, right? She's fucking Mexican or something, Mexican Italian.
But, anyways, so she called me out and said, listen. So she, her mission is now, she's an executive, so get the executive assistant network, but her person I'm supposed to be meeting with shortly, who's testing right now, is PhD at Stanford. And guess where Dario went, Stanford, right? And he just raised money from this guy by the name of Mark Andreessen, personally.
So he hasn't gotten the seed round, but Mark Andreessen personally invested the thing. He's like, can he get to Andreessen? Fuck yeah, he can. No problem.
He's got a number. He loves him. He invested him personally. Now he's hooked over the seed fund.
He's like, okay, cool. Right? And yeah, whatever. So supposed to be that nice.
But, anyways, so when Shalan called me, and when this is going on, I was at some fucking fancy party because. We hadn't gone public yet, but we had all the banks chasing us, right? And we actually had it was C. S.
Versus Boston on the left and Alex Brown on the right. And so suddenly they're lending you money secured by your stock. They're every motherfuckers throwing at me. I remember I got my buddy, what was his name?
Andy fucking, whatever his name was. He played rugby with Richie.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:13:39 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Don't tell me it was from CSW. Don't tell me it's that actual.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:13:43 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, it's Alex Brad. No, I no, the guy that who's the top guy at CS First Boston, the guy used to see Morgan Stanley who went to jail for a while. Yeah, I don't know. I don't think he's actually in jail.
Well, he got convicted until I got thrown out and revealed. What I'm talking about? What's his name? He's a fatist fucking nude.
Yeah, yeah.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:14:11 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 like 500 IPOs.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:14:12 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 he's the biggest, he's a Morgan Sandler guy. He's a huge fucker. But, anyways, he, I, so his executive assistant, I we were the hot shit, or whatever, you get in that circle. Yeah, we were just one of lots of fucking IPOs, but I was young and hot.
I was like, not even 30 years old,. And so, anyways, his executive said, I should look her up. Holy fuck. She was fucking hot.
And we went to one of our Christmas parties, and I drove her over. And she got in and gave me not just a blow, she fucked me dry in my fucking car before we went to the party, just for fucking fun, right? I remember I went to CS versus Boston when we listed meeting with the chief. Investment officer for CS First Boston, who's, by the way, on the board of the Santa Fe Institute, Famous Dude.
And I was at the front desk trying to get in. Some guy comes up, it's like, is he expecting you? It's like, I certainly hope not. I'm with the FBI.
So I go up there and meet with them, and we've lost this great fun. Anyway, so. So yeah I know lots of people so anyways too long so I was people were literally giving me money I got one like as you're listen before they're still competing of course they all gave me accounts morgan stanley goldman stacks jp morgan which before they merged and deutscha bank and I the guy I knew so he's like okay guess what I did some trades for you and so I just want to give you a heads up it's like you I didn't authorize anything Well, some IPOs and we had some reserve stocks. So it's worth $50,000.
Do you want it or not? I just gave it to you. Because that was a fucking scam they ran those days. I always had to have a fucking pop.
What? My buddy, Bill Hamlet.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:16:10 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 And Shantai wanted because those were actually my head that sort of stuff because I was based Suriname Corpus by the CSS Beach On. And so we're trying we're trying to get some tombstones on presentation. So I had to deal with the San Francisco office where and this is the guy that came back into my head. Tried to eliminate it 'cause unbelievable what happened to him later, but the his name was Frank Patron.
Yeah, Frank Patron. Yeah, and but yeah, no, he's analyzed, and so you're on the same level, and associates and vice president.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:17:00 - Unidentified Speaker All then, we're treating you and Atheni and I and Afugu said earlier speakers.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:17:11 - Unidentified Speaker I was working now in Switzerland.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:17:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 It wasn't the European Investment Bank of Donte, by the way, Levash Finance and Binance and Expretzel, Michael Nook and whatever, that was another chapter of my life, with, by the way, very hot, very hot. I said to me, she had natural, the best pair of joints I've probably ever seen actually, to be fair, because she's come down to the gym and she's alone on the treadmill right next to me. She could find it staring at me. So we're out of the office thing, isn't we in the gym?
Base, and yeah, that was my luck is six months old. A year, she was the sixth main character. So, the both the reason I say that and I gotta I'm gonna tell you that when she left it for a better position and give more pay when she left for Bournemouth Standard, that's the day that I started to hate the Baltimore Standard.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:18:36 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 so when that he offered this 50,000, or I had 50,000 in my account because it popped like 80% on the IPO. They always did it for a pop. And so then I said, holy fuck. I talked to my buddy, Russell Leone, who's now a billionaire.
I don't know what he is now, but yeah, probably. Who's my chief in-house counsel, right? And he said, well, what should I do? It's like, I was pretty corrupt.
It's like, I would lie in my pockets. And I said, but I felt uncomfortable because I was raising a fucking condy and introduced Oshram. So I gave it out as rewards to the team for doing good shit. I just gave it to them.
It's like, I can't, you I took it and gave it to them. It's like, I'm going to be playing rich. I don't need to be accepting so.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:19:21 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 But you plan on giving me anything or is it? No.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:19:25 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, no. Well, yes, I'm off $21,200. That was for the, that's mostly give away the quadrillion to give away. The 21 trillion is for non-charitable gifts.
So people fucking be nice to me.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:19:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 And that's, it's like be super nice to you, and I'm gonna be making you super famous and super rich.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:19:45 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 But thomas I'm gonna make myself rich i've been working on this for four years I don't need help are you gonna because I am first of all you won't need my gifts if you do this I want to be as north of sweden growing up in a very small place let me go by the way so just to finish the story yeah so when that shit was going on, when I when people were throwing money at, so when we were clearly going public, right, and they were throwing shit at me, that's when Shalon called out and said, Hey, I need to, she graduated, right, and she wanted to move here. And if I could find a no, I said, okay, now we need to get married. Right? Or that would be what crossed my mind.
And she's, are you sure? Now, see the guy sitting next to her, the big dreamy, that's her now husband, and they went to school together, right? And he was all after her, right? Which, can you blame him, right?
And he's a musician, he speaks a bunch of languages, really nice guy. And what I was thinking is like, hmm, gosh, but she really shared the question.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:21:05 - Unidentified Speaker What musical instruments did he actually play?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:21:08 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 A bunch of he's a composer, he's a composer. Yeah, I don't know. He plays piano, guitar, and all that shit, but he works as a composer right now. She's an actress, and the other thing is like, okay, San Francisco is one of the world's worst markets for like entertainment and shit, right?
We don't do that here, so we she can't do her, she wanted to be an actress, she is an actress, right. And so that's work. And she's come here. I'm going you work my ass off traveling.
She'll get pissed at that, complaining about, now I got all these fucking hot women throwing themselves at me. And I'm saying no to all of them, right? So I said, okay, maybe what we need to do is see other people for a little while and then see how we feel about it. And so, because I, and what I was thinking is, she needs to experience other men.
And see how they treat her. I'm a fucking saint. But if you've only experienced sainthood and an asshole, you haven't calibrated your expectations at some point. Number two.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:22:11 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Did you come up with this philosophy about, that sort of girlfriend mansion into Stanford, obviously?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:22:22 - Unidentified Speaker Did you do it by chance at Vegas?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:22:24 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Because Vegas is actually not a change here.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:22:32 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I might move to Vegas because of the taxes and there's lots of money. Yeah, I'm tempted to do it just because I don't want to deal with California taxes. But anyways, so long story short, then she said, okay, she agreed. And that meant she was dating this guy.
I didn't know she had a boyfriend. I wanted her to find somebody. And say, she'll get some Italian. They're fucking, they treat women like dirt, right?
Then I'll have my chance to go so somehow because I hadn't taken any options. The options all were, I hadn't exercised any of them. I want to experience that shit because I want to have that experience in my life. And I haven't.
I lived like a fucking saint. I had like one year of sleeping with everything that moved, right? And I was fucking it, and I met Tuan. It's like, I need to run fucking statistics and experience some shit.
And then she'll probably come home. But I don't want her here unless she's experienced that and she knows what I'm. So she goes out with him. And then I slept fucking Molly.
I was like, awesome. And then there's one where it's like Latvian chick who's on the Latvian national gymnastics team, right? Because I had a bucket list. And one of a gymnast because they're fucking beautiful.
I like the scandies, and like this Latvia is practically Scandinavia, genetically. So, and then meanwhile, then Shallan needs a job, she didn't have one. So, I went to this event, it was some conference thing at some Silverado country club up at Napa. And this guy, Peter Schwartz.
Who I knew his co-founder, Stephen Brand, or who's like the co he wrote the whole earth catalog, right? He founded the Well, which is the first internet service. He was and they co-founded Global Business Network. He's a famous motherfucker, right?
He's on the board of Sam Famous, he's a really famous motherfucker, he's a fucking communist. I met him. When digging a composting shitter in Sausalito, because that's the way those fucking communes roll. I knew him when I was six years old, right?
Anyway, so I knew him and Stuart Brand, which the chief strategist for Royal Dutch Shell in 1973. So this is how I got good at vision, right? And he says, okay, well, what? There's an oil price.
Oil is trading at like 30 bucks a barrel or whatever, which no saves was fucking insane. 73, the first oil crisis, when the rant after Israel, where they boycotted this. You people, you weren't old enough, or who knows, but the point is, there were gas lines around the fucking block. You couldn't get gas.
They embargoed all the oil. Right? Because it's real, the 73 war, right? So anyways, so he told like, don't drill.
Everybody's drilled. Guess what? Everybody's going to drill. There'll be demand destruction because we'll probably have like fuel standards now.
And then everybody's And then the price will collapse once the embargo comes off. So they're the one major that didn't fucking drill, right? Then he came up with like, okay, then they said, hmm. What's next?
So they do scenario plan. Don't do linear projection from one, like, do it say, here's the Aryance barrier, like most people do. That's bullshit. There are different scenarios that are very complex and they interact with each other.
So we'll just ideate and brainstorm and get a bunch of crazy people and philosophers and mathematicians and come up with scenarios, then describe them coherently, then say, what are the early indicators? Which scenario are going down? So what they said is like, Iran, this Shah is an asshole. He's a great asshole.
It's great for the country, but he's an asshole and a repressive person. Right. And that might trigger a
JONATHAN HARE: 3:26:36 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Because there's nothing more than Auski hates than you see. If we would have the vision and just like Alaska got sold from the US to Russia, etc., a good return on investment, by the way. It's taking a look at natural resources. But if we would have actually started the deep sea of drilling in our waters, it would have been fantastic.
So it he weaponized me with another circular bullet.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:27:21 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So what so what happened? So that the what he did to tell you the story. No, it's it's about you're gonna do it because dude all I'm saying is all I'm saying dude is hurry up because Tammy's on a war path now. It's like, hey, get Tammy Hedford, my old executive assistant, who I finally called back.
She told me, like, this guy, you to meet this guy. Well, the I don't have time to meet any. I don't care about this stupid stuff. I looked at it.
But he's a PhD student for computational logistics and AI at Stanford. And he just raised money personally from Mark Andreessen. So I said, okay, woman, hook us up. Because if you get a market, he will lose his fucking shit.
He will form a new, he will invest all their money in us. In our, things are returning like, 3% because like, yeah, but it's not my fucking money.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:28:14 - Unidentified Speaker Tension. And it generally. It's not DC.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:28:22 - Unidentified Speaker Love and tension.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:28:23 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 But I think that you love you would love to work with me.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:28:28 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Yeah, I'm just telling you what I want to get this fucking story complete. So listen to the story. I'm just saying. So listen to the story because I got other shit to do.
Whatever. I'm just telling you, I got a meeting come up, so I got to finish this fucking story. So, dude, dude. I'm just telling you, I have to finish this goddamn story so you can hear it.
I've heard all of your stories. I get it. I appreciate it. I love you.
Start activating shit, right? I'm not like, I'm like, it's all coming our way. Anyways, so this, so because I love Tuvon and she needed a job, I knew the global business network. Had an office in Genoa, right?
So I booked this thing and brought my Latvian girlfriend, who's by the way, married to a guy because she needed a fucking visa, who's some old motherfucker. So we fucked and he, she was married. It was perfect. She was an Olympic gymnast who was beautiful, had tits that you never see down on gymnasts.
Well, actually, they have tits sometimes. But they can. She did. And the best sex you ever can imagine.
She was 22 years old or whatever. So I brought her because I always bring somebody, those days I could get him easily, brought him up to this thing. Then I called his room because I never met the guy, Peter Schwartz. He's a famous too.
Look him up. He's actually the chief strategy officer for one of chief strategists for Salesforce. He knows everybody, right? He the minority report, right?
Okay, this is what the future looks like, He's a famous motherfucker. He's a futurist. Right? Because he's really future.
And so I reached out to him. Hey, to have dinner? There's a, you get there a day ahead. His wife picked up.
She's like, absolutely. So I show up. She thought I ran the conference. Who else would fucking call the room and propose a dinner?
She didn't ask. And I had my girlfriend there. I had, so here's this chick who, by the way, the night before, because we got there. She did a handstand into insert cowboy cowgirl style holy just to show off right because she was a gymnast straight up perfect hand onto my neck it's like my god I'll never forget that memory right So start naked.
I like naked. You don't need to wear anything. It's me. It's a lingerie is just something to be removed as soon as possible.
No, we were in my bedroom. It wasn't like, we weren't, we were in a hotel room. So we spent in the hotel, right? But anyway, so I get there.
And then, by the way, they had their son there, his wife. They were unbelievable family. He was the smartest, well-adjusted kid. He was like eight years old.
He fucking knew everything. Right? Unbelievable, incredibly well-behaved, incredibly knowledgeable. It's like he does, he probably eight.
I don't know. I'm not good at ages, but we had incredible conversations about all Then I whipped out Tulane's resonate. It's like, is this your girlfriend? It's like, no, this is my friend, my ex-girlfriend.
In Italy, she's amazing, seven languages, beautiful, incredibly intelligent, morally. So she got a job in the Global Business Network and was like, hey, She was so grateful. Now dating this motherfucker, her future husband. And then, guess what?
They transferred to the home office, which is in Emoryville, right across the bay from San Francisco. Right. So now by this time, she's dating this motherfucker who lived in New York. He lived in New York and he's a lawyer, right?
And he's like, he was so paranoid. Now, by this time, I was models everywhere. So she moved into my house in my spare bedroom. I gave her my old car, right?
And then I hooked her up with an apartment so she had her own place. And we were so close. But by that time, I was dating this fucking Polish chick who's like one of the most beautiful women you've ever met. Think, and I think, it's like, I need to date.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:32:58 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Some of the most beautiful women on the planet.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:33:00 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Unbelievable.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:33:01 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 They're very forceful.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:33:03 - Unidentified Speaker what?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:33:04 - Unidentified Speaker they're very.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:33:05 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 this a nightmare. The thing is, when I met her, how I met her, by the way? By there's going to be movies and songs and news rather. I've had the most called for life.
In those days, I was living large on the side. I lived like a monk now. I'm out of sight probably two years. Is that true?
No, I had my ex-girlfriend slept with me when I was, but like once in two years, I do nothing. It's like, unless it's world class, I don't, I don't lower myself. I don't have time for that. Buying girls costs money, or you need lifestyle.
You need fucking current liquid fucking cash. So I need that in a fucking hurry. But anyways, so I went to, I met this woman. By the way, I was just broke up with Tolana.
Yeah, we agreed to see other people. I was bummed about it. And I wasn't dating anybody for a while. You have to get through it.
It was New Year's Eve. So my buddy, Dr. Bob, his girlfriend, who's an actress, said, let's we call it Balboner, the Balboa Cafe, otherwise known as Hirpy's Triangles, where, Bridge Young kids go to fuck each other. And anyway, so I went there.
It was a New Year's Eve thing. And there's this gorgeous fucking babe who is a model, Polish, right? And with a guy who's actually a venture capitalist of really rich, who she lived with. And, she was the most gorgeous woman there.
And but my Dr. Bob's girlfriend was an actress. So she said, it's like, no, you got to meet this woman. So I'll go hook you up.
She went over, got her fucking card because she was an actress. She was a model, got the card. She didn't say anything because she wasn't her fucking limit boyfriend at the time. Time.
She looks at me. I looked at her and she does this like phone call thing, right? And winks. That was it.
And then the other chick said, well, she wants to talk to you. So we started, seeing each other just for dinner. It's like, what are you looking for? It's like, you're looking for a mentor?
We went through all the stuff, and so she says, and I went through all the options. It's like, maybe a little of all three. You're looking for somebody to, experience life. Maybe a little of all three.
Ambitious. So we started seeing each other. Never sucked with her yet, right? And so, but because she lived boyfriend, he was fucking jealous as hell.
But I was better looking than he was. But anyway, so she went to meet, but then she said, you need to meet my girlfriend. She lives in Poland. We had a bit of a falling out because our first sexual experience was with each other.
We were models in Paris, dating fucking Russian fucking mafiosas or something. And we, so we slept with, that was our first sexual experience. And then she got some boyfriend. I freak, somebody stole somebody else, slept with somebody else's boyfriends.
And then I haven't speaked to her since. She's in Poland. I love her. I need her to move here.
I could get her a modeling agent, but I need to. So, can you fly with me to Warsaw or fly to Warsaw? You can't fly with me. Nobody can know.
So, the only person on the planet knew was Tanny. Tammy Hansberg, my executive assistant, because she booked all the flights and all the shit, right? So, I booked a flight to Budapest. I was going to Europe, anyways.
Went to Budapest. Experienced all the life we're there just so I get up a side trip that nobody knew about to poland to warsaw get there and she told me it's like we will pick you up the airport me and my beautiful supermodel you have to pick you up it's like why what would they do they're rushing off here what would they do rape you it's like okay pick me up and anyway so we had a week there it was supposed to be a week or I forget what it was she was getting hooked up on the side because she cheated with fucking Lucille, like you wouldn't believe. But we're supposed to have a couple state, and that's where I first met Ivana, right? And Ivana was like absolutely stunning, spoke a bunch of languages, beautiful.
It's just unbelievable. About most beautiful, yeah, unbelievable, right? And. So we really hit off we were chatting.
And meanwhile, she got stood up by the guy, which kind of pissed her off. And see, my job was like, you're make her fall in love with you. So she moves to follow you. And I will get her a visa, a modeling visa, same visa that fucking Melania has, the genius visa that you get.
If you're a PhD or a model, you can get one of these fucking things,. Literally, it's true. But you have to be sponsored by I'll get that taken care of because she has to fall in love with you have this weekend to do it. And you're going to sleep with her.
And maybe we all sleep with each other because that's the way we roll. And I was like, man, this weekend, I could not say nothing.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:37:59 - Unidentified Speaker This is an important fact about the story.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:38:04 - Unidentified Speaker So you are directed with instructions from this girl.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:38:11 - Unidentified Speaker did she did she test you out for speaking?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:38:14 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 no I never she I don't I had no shortage of women so I well I wanted to sleep with her as we got you have to go out to dinner you have to By the way hot women have hot friends. The man and by the way I told I told tammy I should tell you all these stories so it's like I i've i've met andreesson but i've never actually pissed him because he's a hard guy to reach his wife I met for seven hours because we were flying back from st bart's back when I was raced I bought a thirty thousand dollar thing for the weekend and flew back with her laura origilla I can't even pronounce her fucking name her father owned half the land under stanford university multi-billionaire. I didn't know that, but I had seven hours on three flights because you have to do three fucking hops to get from St. Bart's to San Francisco through Miami, blah, blah.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:39:18 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 So, you're not gonna elaborate.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:39:25 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So, we flew, we really hit off season teleton, and I'll do a few times on three flights. No, I didn't. Sash actually taught. We were in first class talking.
She was a beautiful woman, but she's like, she's, she's, her father is a fucking billionaire. You don't, you don't sleep on a fucking plane with billionaires' daughters. And she never told me that. She gave her phone number and her name.
And I didn't know who this guy was. I'm not supposed to know who owns some real estate. Fucking real estate guy. What do I fucking care?
But anyway, so we have dinner. And then I, by the next time I knew, and, at her fucking condo or house right in, right in Palo Alto, downtown. And we hit off. And I made the judgment call.
It's like, what? Don't can't her, because like she's gonna marry somebody and she's a billionaire's daughter, and she's not the type for me, she's too stiff, what? I'm a college boy, she's not my kind of woman, right?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:40:25 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 But she's great, don't I have the same issue until this day. I think that was a really wise decision, Jonathan.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:40:34 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Right, I have an incredible judgment until this day.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:40:38 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 even though I'm pretty tight with my father-law, he looks at me and he's thinking, you are the guy who fucks my daughter. And they will never go away.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:40:51 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Yeah. So I didn't do that, but I guarantee you, I guarantee you she will remember me because seven hours on a flight and then dinner, she, I'm not. Type of mine, but she will remember when prompted. What?
You met this guy, flew all the way from St. Bart's on the just after the turn of the fucking millennium, right? And then had dinner. And that's the guy, right?
But, anyways, whatever. It's like, yeah, whatever the time. Anyway, so all this shit was going on. So I just wrap up story.
So I go to July, or we're having dinner with these three women. I thought I'm have the night of my life, right? But then. I said so that lipstick you're wearing this is me talking to vana I said that lipstick you're wearing what because all the models told me they all wear max factor number five because it like doesn't come off doesn't most fancy lipstick it comes off if you're kissing people so yep my model friend who was a top fashion model on fucking four days she modeled full on in Paris.
So, yep, this is what we wear. Can you get me this shit from Tal America? We don't have it here, but it's what I need. In Paris, we have fancy shit.
I need that stuff. Can you bring it for me? Surely. Anyway, so I was like, Is that Max Dr.
Brother? It's like, how do? It's like, well, how would? Well, she said, I don't know.
Well, why don't you test? So we fucking kissed, right? Right in front of what was her name? Gosh.
Onk or whatever, I forget her other system's name. She was ahead of all company, anyways. And as we were kissing, I wouldn't contend, they are so competitive. At third wheel.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:42:41 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Exactly.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:42:42 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 She was totally pissed because I had never slept with her. She got stood up. So then we go to a party, we go to some nightclub. And then she says, Okay, you're not coming in.
She says, You're not coming in. You're going home alone. That's what that other fucking bitch said, right? You're going home alone.
I had no idea why. I found out later, what or figured out later. So then she's the other one secretly called me. So we snuck out and went out in blocks holding hands.
Are there some fucking palace where the fucking Warsaw Palace? Holding hands walk around that stupid fucking mini piece of shit palace, right? Near the what was it?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:43:30 - Unidentified Speaker Yeah, they think it's it's the one thing wasn't built on fucking get bombed.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:43:35 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And we actually, and she was incredible intelligent and sweet, she was sweet, right? And she was at home with her parents, folks. So, anyways. And so we secretly stayed in touch and said, You can't tell whatever name was, I forget now, because she's so jealous.
She'll go, she's trying to get me to move out. I'll move out. Then I can, then we'll start dating, it'll be natural. She won't get jealous because she's back with her, she lives with a boyfriend there, right?
So, then, meanwhile, she got caught cheating by her boyfriend and got thrown out. So, she moved in with me because I had a spare bed. Right?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:44:11 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I tell you, I like your disinformation. I like your military intelligence.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:44:20 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 When somebody says keep it secret, I keep fucking secret. You saw, like, whatever. If somebody tells you to keep a secret.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:44:29 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Disinformation, misinformation. You got it both.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:44:32 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, she never asked.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:44:35 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 You get a girl. To fall for you and then you say, listen, I don't want anything out of this relationship. And then she comes begging and you go like, yeah, I don't know.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:44:46 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Well, thank you. I can't do a no, well, the point is this, Ivana, which she had some potential. I didn't know. She was studying engineering.
She had a fucking engineering degree and a model and amazing. So I had to sleep with her and I needed her back. But anyway, so she eventually flies out by this time. Now, as soon as What's your fuck knew that she was coming, right?
She started rocking around naked all the time. Then she would like to sit on top of me on the couch as a watch movie, flavor me or check. I didn't touch him. I didn't like throw her off me, but I didn't like go there.
And I knew what she was trying to do. She was trying to put me off limits. I knew exactly what she was doing because I knew the other chick was coming. It was doing us herself.
She never asked me about it. We never spoke one word about her.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:45:36 - Unidentified Speaker Right.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:45:37 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So I didn't do it because I knew that she was coming out, right? Next week. So it would have been pretty hard to tempt this thing. Then they moved in, they were sleeping in my spare bedroom together, right?
And then, by she joined this following agency. And, anyways, long story short, so we dated, but it was the worst experience of my life because. We had to lie about one thing. And also, she was starving herself because when I met her in Poland, and when she got her, she waited, she's 5, 11 and a half, 126.
Fucking perfect. It's skinny. She had tits, but not big tits, but that's that's, but yeah, she was 126. She started starving herself.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:46:22 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 she got down to like 118 or something.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:46:25 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 like, and then it makes you angry. Can I have a, what is it called? A California roll, hold the fucking, what's the in the California roll? Hold the shrimp or whatever it is.
I forget what There's nothing in it that's like an avocado roll, right? Anyway, so it makes you angry. Then you get in this environment with models. Everybody wanted to fuck you all the time.
Everybody's fine. It makes you feel bad about humanity. When I met her, she was with her family going to school. She became a different woman.
And by the way, she was born. She's a lesbian who likes to have sex with men.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:47:07 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 You got her out of the number one, number two. Let's put it this way. Screwing models, they're not exactly grateful most of the time, so they think that you will unable the efforts, etcetera. But it seems like you did, so they were return.
My experience is that there are a lot of chicks like Scholar Johansson and so on and so forth that actually think they're fat when they're actually not. So that means that actually is.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:47:47 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, well, Ivana I slept with. That was good. But by the way, she had her own place because she liked to sleep with me. Then she, like, I don't feel safe.
Can you lend me your cell phone? So I gave her my cell phone and got another one. She then handed to all her girlfriends. They called everybody.
I had an $800 phone call in one month. She knows all the girls in the fucking modeling agency were making international calls. Those days, calls for not like, they didn't have family plans. It was like $800 phone calls.
I led it to you because you don't feel safe. You want to be able to call me if you're in danger. You give it to all the girls, or for all I know, she's calling her guys back there. She had some guy she told about who's a Russian fucking mafia.
He called me once because she had my phone because she obviously called him. He's a Russian worth a hundred million dollars because he's a fucking mafia. He's fucking mafia. He then calls me, Who's this?
And I hung up. Holy fuck, what are you like, What the fuck? What were you sleeping with a Russian mafia for? So for her, men were about money and you use sex to get money and you hold out on it.
Right? So, anyways, so that shit was going on. And every time I've had enough, of that shit, I'm breaking up, and she would suddenly get the sexiest, sweetest, locked down, and I would just hate myself. It's like, I can't say no to this, but this is wrong, and she is wrong.
But God, how can I say? So it wasn't that bad when Tulan came out. So she moved, or actually, what's this fuck? This dude came out to visit.
I was sleeping with fucking Ivana. When Tulane was living with me and got her own place. Right? So, even though, anyway, so that's that's but for dating so we probably would have gotten back together because she was beautiful and I love her and how could I attempt it?
But it's like I was sleeping with a supermodel anyway. So, and that's when he comes out. He is the most nervous guy I ever met. And so I was like, I'll just drink a vine and that will relax him.
That will relax him. Right. By the way, this woman right here, when I went public, I gave her stock worth half a million dollars. Just boom.
No, you did. Yes, I did. I gave everybody to my family and she got the most, right? It's like, and like, well, I don't know if it was community property.
No, Ventor. Who the fuck knows? So it's like, anyway, so that was.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:50:18 - Unidentified Speaker Yeah, I just, I guess, I just want to verify it. Why would you do that?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:50:24 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I loved her. Why not? Well, the part of it was I had.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:50:29 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 That's a good fucking answer.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:50:30 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Yeah. Fair enough. Plus, I had some of it was options. And they had an exercise price.
So I said, this is annoying because I didn't have to. I said, what? I'll just give the options. I'll just give it to them before their exercise so they can get it at a low basis.
You can give things. So tax efficient. So I gave some to every bed member of a family and her. That was it, right?
She was like family. She's the one person who calls me on a birthday every year without fail. Every single, she's never missed.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:51:00 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 My family misses.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:51:01 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Everybody misses. She never. Never misses. By the way, where this whole fucking thing started?
Is I told her, yeah, I got a couple of friends who already reached out to the Wallenbergs, both of them, and also the younger one who's, lives in New York. And it's like, yo, so I'm probably going coming to Stockholm to meet this and get my Nobel Prize or meet these people because we're going to be funding it. And yeah, you're to come to like, I know I don't need to translate because everybody there speaks perfect English, but can show me around, and I would love for you to come.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:51:35 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 You guys will have the best comfort over there, Jonathan. And there's no question of that. The restaurants, parties, everything, but that's not The point is to hopefully get the job done.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:51:52 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 And what the real estate is? She'll still be there.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:51:56 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 If you bring this girl across, she will be.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:51:59 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 no, look at her now. I'll see if I can find her. I'll send. The thing is, she's beautiful, but she's 50-something.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:52:07 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 But who fucking guessed?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:52:09 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Well, I'm not going to say, first of all, she's married to children, so that will never.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:52:13 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yes, I just went from 10 fucking drums at run today. I live 45 minutes at the bench every day. I need to work hard.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:52:24 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 I'm not all in. Home. It's not about set. The point is, I actually let her want her there.
And by the way, she's incredible conversationalist. But the other thing, by the way, is so when I meet C, Cecil will probably, of course, Cece will be there, of course. Will she not? Actually, she will.
Of course she will. If we're meeting the fucking Mahlenbergs doing the Nobel thing, she's there. Talon will be there. They can talk, right?
And the way I came, the vision really came together is when we took a trip around the world, Johnny.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:52:57 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 we're gonna we're gonna change, we're gonna trade something and you be very careful about my contacts and rubber names that I'm dropping. And in return, you will have 10x on anything.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:53:15 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Here's the thing:. Please hold on hold on the here thomas let me say my piece and go off we're not gonna talk the point is it's up to you it's thomas it's up to you I don't need to do it no thomas the thing is thomas no I know I'm just trying to I want you to understand the model please I it's all good we have our deal we've we've already agreed to the deal have we not have we agreed to the deal you put in fifty thousand bucks in the in the convertible note right As part of, actually, the deal we already signed.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:53:51 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Say something that supports this convertible deal, but you weren't.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:53:55 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, I don't need to do it. Okay, go ahead and complete your thought.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:53:59 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Yeah, so the person sort of graft there because he's going to come in on this 50-50. So now we're talking finances, now we're talking business. Yeah. That you're all but talking me because he has special forces and I just like I told you just don't go yeah just let's let's just not go there.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:54:26 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 So you're shot shooter which basically means by the way we have an understanding we don't have a deal until it's signed and the money's in the bank. There's no deal until it's signed and money in the bank.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:54:49 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 To pay attention to what I said so we can cut this call because it's been a marathon call. Here's the deal.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:55:00 - Unidentified Speaker Look at that tomorrow.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:55:02 - Unidentified Speaker And here's the deal.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:55:05 - Unidentified Speaker Graphness New Girlfriend is a very big.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:55:14 - Unidentified Speaker She has contact everybody.

JONATHAN HARE: 3:55:27 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Three Michelong, three Michelin stars across three restaurants. And that's a big deal, but also we're royalty in between everything. She's on television. To get big, fast shouting at me.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:55:49 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Okay, so here's the thing: so the understanding is, you guys get the 50. We already signed a deal, we have a mutually signed agreement back from August of 2023, which leaves no, goddammit. I'm just saying what the deal is so you understand, so you can work it up, yeah, and no it's just you and me there's another one for a half million which is all of you and me and me no this is a person this is this is a personal one with thomas then I'm gonna be corruption some stop so just so I can get off so we can wrap this up so we have our exact you and I fifty thousand dollars is to make thomas do you do you want to hear me out so we can so we you do not get to speak to me the way you're doing right now because I have a lot of stress thomas I'm not trying to stress you this is not this is not competition at all I'm just saying let's so you tell me what are what you think our how about that you tell me what I didn't I haven't even spoken about them because I'm interested because I respect you to support you. Let me just complete the original fun story before we started.
We got off track here. The thing is, Tulan, the reason I wanted there, first of all, I love her very much. And I'm going to get there anyways because, I met with Jeff Weiss this morning. Whatever the fuck, we're going to get there.
You come. The fun, amusing story.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:57:29 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 2 I like to have fun and talk shit. So amuse me for a whip.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:57:33 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Thomas, please. So the thing is.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:57:41 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Okay, Jonathan.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:57:42 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, okay, fine. All I was saying is I love my fucking girlfriend. I just spent hours. Thomas, I spent hours where I could have been working explaining shit that's really important to me.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:58:01 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Your business, and that's all you really need to know.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:58:05 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 But beyond that, yeah, Thomas, I have Thomas, I have no doubts. I have no doubts, Thomas, I have no doubts, Thomas, will you listen to me, please? Thomas. Because you're not letting me talk.
Because we've been on the phone for hours and I said I have to get up, but, anyways, and you do too, and it's late for you, so I apologize for that. The point is, I totally get your value, Just. I know what you're done with, I'm grateful. That's done, doesn't need to be discussed anymore.
Right? I need money, I'm putting this offer out to everybody, right? You're a full position. Since we have a signed agreement, that's the one way I can let on this stuff.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:58:53 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 Do you think after four times you're saying that?
JONATHAN HARE: 3:58:56 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 No, I'm just saying the mechanics of it.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:59:00 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 3 I'm actually 210.
JONATHAN HARE: 3:59:02 - Conference Room (Jonathan Hare) - Speaker 1 Thomas, will you let me complete the thought? You didn't let me complete the explanation. You interrupted me in the middle of the explanation. So, do you want me to complete it?
Is it okay if I finish? Go ahead. Center yourself. Do a little meditation thing.
We used to do what's called a mantra. This is how I get this. Mine was really basic. Rama, Giri.
We had to have a silent secret fucking mantra before every meal where you close your eyes. You have your secret fucking mantra. You repeat it. And that's how everybody centers.
You have to do it for like five minutes. Mine was Rama, Giri, right? Because that's where their place was like over and over and over again. That's how you got centered, right?
So center yourself, right?
