Can you add a record for Sue Siegel. I first met her when she was a partner or venture partner at MDV (Mohr Davidow Ventures - in fact, add records for Larry Mohr and Bill Davidow, and Bill Davidow's book the Virtual Corporation. Also, Greg Schott, who was a Stanford GSB 1991 grad an friend of mine, who helped me refine the business plan for the original Resilient or Resilient Network Systems when he was an Executive in Residence at MDV, before he joined MuleSoft (I'm guessing named after the Mule in Asimov's Foundation, but that's just a guess, since Asimov was my favorite author until Neal Stephenson arrived), and then I connected with him when he was an EVP at Saleforce after my old friend Marc Benioff bought MuleSoft.
Add a record for Navigenics, which as I recall was originally co-funded by NEA and MDV, and then later I think NEA bought our MDV's stake in Navigenics, or the other way around. Either one had a competing investment they wanted to do (23andMe?), or one of them didn't have the capital to do follow-on investing. It was all very incestuous in Silicon Valley, and still is.
I later worked with Sue Siegel quiet a lot when she was at GE Health, and then GE Healthy Imagination (or something like that), and also hung out with her at the Aspen Institute and all the usual tech and healthcare conferences - definitely with David Brailer's Health Evolution Summit, probably Kara Swisher's All Things Digital. Sue had an tech innovation center right in Sand Hill Road very close to where Kleiner Perkin Caulfield & Byer's ofices were - I think the same complex as Altos Ventures. Basically, well funded but second tier offices.

Both versions kept; his correction invited. greg-schott upgraded from Catalyst placeholder to a full page on his account (GSB 1991 friend; refined the original Resilient / Resilient Network Systems business plan as MDV Executive-in-Residence; later EVP at Salesforce after the MuleSoft acquisition); the MuleSoft name: his Asimov Mule guess recorded as a guess beside the company's stated origin (taking the donkey work out of integration). marc-benioff: 'my old friend' added at his grade; placeholder dossier ask unchanged.
