Six months, nobody, nine filings
This is Jonathan Hare's account, with its provenance shown. The person or organization named has not yet claimed or corrected it.
Jonathan Hare's name for the six-month period in which he spoke to nobody about the work while preparing the patent applications.
It was a legal requirement rather than a temperament. Novelty rules in China and the European Union are absolute: disclose to anyone not under an NDA and the rights are gone. Nine filings and 2,091 claims later, he could speak again.
