The group Jonathan Hare brought in after the patents were filed, to carry the explanation rather than have him carry it alone.
His stated reasoning, recorded as his: that the people currently building AI are selected for a disposition that is not caring, that governance therefore needs people who lead with empathy, and that he trusts this group to do it better than he would.
S-101 dates and grounds the roll's formation: in 2026, emerging from six months of total social isolation spent documenting and patenting the architecture with AI, Hare reached out to the former girlfriends of his 1995–2012 era to invite them to become Consilient Angels — the outreach of which Olchi's page carries the first and finest fruit.
