In Jonathan Hare's account (S-188): flying back from speaking at COP in Baku in November 2024, Knez stopped in Dubai, met its senior royals, and was recruited as Chairman; he then pulled in the UAE's royals and sovereign-wealth sources, forming Palm Promax Investments. The organization sits on the record's Sovereign cascade as a live channel to Gulf sovereign capital. Knez's account of it, and Palm's own, supersede this summary.
