The four rulings — Z8 temporal context, the 53-result analysis, the Singer publication, and the pre-emptive-record doctrine

The account as dictated, preserved verbatim. Everything elsewhere on this site that derives from it is a distillation — and where the two differ, this governs.

Recorded 2026-08-29Hare's message in the integrator thread, 29 August 2026, transcribed verbatim with spellings preserved. Governs the Z8 page update, the Library addition, the Singer trio publication, and the Nasr correction. All sources
Provenance

Dictated by Jonathan Paul Hare in working sessions with Claude (Anthropic) and transcribed in-session. Lightly cleaned for typographic errors and false starts; wording, sequence and emphasis preserved. Not an audio transcript. Where the distilled page differs from the source, the source governs.

Re the following, I owned the Z8 since the year 2000, the James Bond theme party at Carlos Bustamante's house was in October 2018, and I was rear-ended and had the car totaled on Thansgiving night 2025. The State Farm insurance adjustment process took a couple of months, the other driver was found to be 100% at fault, and State Farm paid me $152k in mid January 2025. Prior to that I didn't know the amount of the settlement, and whether it would cover the $100k loan on the car or not. There is no conflict, just missing temporal context. Please update and add the missing context I summarized here.

Re the 53 Nobel-worthy results, it was actually 53 Nobel Prize and Turing Award worthy results which were identifed via a thorough analysis by ChatGTP and Claude in May of 2026. The detailed analysis is attached. This document should be included in the Library. The subsequent document focused on the most relevant 12 Nobel candidates.

Re the singer trio, this was a hypothetical discussion and good-faith offer to allow Singer to take on a temporary de-facto exclusive a role managing Consilient Meta Fund I as a manager, not as a funding source. It was not a solicitation, and Meta Fund I is not a conventional fund or financial institution in any event. I see now harm in publishing it - especially since Singer declined the offer, and it is therefore just a historical account of something that wasn't consumated. I presented it as a show of good faith and gratitude, and also as a "Consilient Vision and IQ test". As I indicated at the time, if he didn't immediately accept the generous offer which enable provide $1b in compensation with no downside, then he failed the test and would be seen retrospectively as a candidate for the Stupid Hall of Fame.

For 5, Jim Nasser is actually spelled Jim Nasr. Saying he didn't respond to my emails isn't an insult, its a statement of fact. The idea is to pre-emptively describe the lack of interest and engagement of our historical supporters or participants who never fully appreciated the Quantum vision, supported us for their own reasons, benefited from their engagement in many cases, and then lost interest. By making this clear pre-emptively makes it more difficult to falsely present themselves as experts or supporters once our success if apparent, or to impeach their credibility if they make disparaging or unfavorable comments - which they likely will behind the scenes, even though they have no current information.

Editorial record

Four rulings. First, the Z8 timeline completes: owned since 2000, the Bustamante Bond party October 2018, totaled Thanksgiving night 2025, the other driver 100% at fault, $152,000 paid after an adjustment process of a couple of months — the message says mid-January 2025, which the record reads as mid-January 2026 on the message's own internal logic (a couple of months after Thanksgiving 2025), with the slip preserved verbatim here and corrected on display per the standing editorial license. The author's added texture matters: until the payment he did not know whether the settlement would cover the $100,000 loan. Second, the 53-result analysis (ChatGPT and Claude, May 2026) enters the Library, resolving the 53-versus-twelve question: the full analysis identified 53 Nobel- and Turing-worthy results; the subsequent document selected the twelve most relevant. Third, the Singer trio publishes under the author's characterization — a hypothetical, good-faith offer of a temporary de facto exclusive manager role, not a solicitation of capital, declined by Singer and therefore historical; the record notes corroboration in Singer's own words in the May 18 session ('you're not asking for any capital on the front end') and preserves the author's test framing as stated. The narrow instrument-terms seals elsewhere in the ledger (S-131, S-132) remain until counsel, consistent with the author's standing rule. Fourth, the pre-emptive-record doctrine is articulated and adopted: factual statements of historical supporters' disengagement publish deliberately, as protection against retrospective misrepresentation — and the misspelled 'Jim Nasser' corrects to Jim Nasr on display, with this note as the correction's record.
