US 8,752,069 and US 8,347,313 — the Consilient-era process-thread family, co-invented with Mathew Spolin: a uniform record of collaborative process threads across different applications, which is the Consilient product line in patent form. And US 12,316,610 B1 at the foundation. A documented coda that corroborates the abandonment story: in May 2021 the Resilient estate was assigned to Data443 Risk Mitigation — the wind-down disposing of its intellectual property, exactly as Hare's account of the company's decline describes.
