MARC SINGER: Hey. Hey, how you doing, man? I'm doing all right. I paused for a second to say hello on a video.

I'll be home in about seven, eight minutes. But I'm literally driving home. So I'll I'll continue to drive.

JONATHAN HARE: You have my full attention with your with your auto self-driving you have FSD 14 point, whatever the hell, 15.

MARC SINGER: No, I live in Oakland, so I'm driving my 2012 or 13. Toyota Prius, which is totally nondescript, and you can park anywhere in Oakland, and it's the last thing anybody pays attention to. It's a pretty good shape.

JONATHAN HARE: I'm thinking of moving to Oakland, either that or Santa Cruz. I need to get someplace closer. And it seems, yeah, Oakland is cheap and it's nice. And we have buildings with gyms and shit.

Any what do you think? Is it a decent place to live? Lake Meridy type area or some shit?

MARC SINGER: Yeah, I think there's a lot of nice places to live. When I, when we bought our, let me take it off camera and start driving. So we bought this our house here in 98, when 1998, when Rowena finished grad school at Kellogg and got a job at Clorox. So we solved for her predictable commute.

She and I both went to Cal, so this feels very familiar. I think you told me you lived in that area then. Burned as well, right? We're at the other side of it.

JONATHAN HARE: Didn't you live in that? Right by the California tunnel, right, off to the left.

MARC SINGER: Yeah. And so, we're further up Tunnel Road and then Skyline. And, we really like it. When I first moved here, people you're a McKinsey partner.

Why are you living in Oakland? And I said, Oakland is a study in averages, right? On average, we have shitty schools. On average, we have.

Have quite a bit of crime, but the distribution by school or by area is so stark.

MARC SINGER: That you kind of have some combination of Menlo Park and well, it's something it's like East Palo Alto and Menlo Park, right? Right, practically.

JONATHAN HARE: Well, not that part, around the 13 Route 13, and that's beautiful area.

MARC SINGER: Yeah, but I also think,. If you're looking more for an apartment, there's a lot of stuff that's been built down by like Jack London Square. Yeah. And I take the ferry into the city all the time because it's so civilized.

It's a 20-minute, 22-minute ride across. It's highly reliable. If it says it's leaving at 4:13, it leaves at 4:13. The number of times that I've had the ferry not be exactly as expected is really low.

JONATHAN HARE: Yeah. And that's a good idea, like right by the ferry. Yeah. Cause I love the sea scout.

I love the water.

MARC SINGER: Yeah. So it's, so that's, that's if I were, younger and or, whatever, needed a cheap place to live. Well, I don't know how cheap it is, but it's probably it's way cheaper than It's a lot cheaper in San Francisco. And Jonathan, if you get on that ferry, which I still do from, I was in the city yesterday.

I took the ferry in. I'm like, I'm it's too grim driving into the city. And, if you need to, pick up a an Uber at the other end or, whatever you need to, and, or you can walk across the street. There at the Embarcadero and get on Bart if that was your thing.

So I think if you were in walking distance to the ferry and that whole area, there's a lot of new apartments that have gone up there in the last decade.

JONATHAN HARE: Yeah, I'll check it out. Yeah, I think it's first thing to get somebody, but it's going to happen very soon. By the way, guess what? It's my birthday coming up, June 15th.

And then I was talking with my friend Natalie Danshenko, who's also born on June 15th. We determined that she's a year younger than me.

MARC SINGER: So it's a milestone for her if I was paying attention last year. Fuck. Yeah.

JONATHAN HARE: No wonder she needed to talk. But anyway, she's coming out. And you saw my angels, like so, Jonathan's Angels. Do you see that stuff?

MARC SINGER: I did.

MARC SINGER: Honestly, I've been overwhelmed by inbound stuff. And so I've been trying to.

JONATHAN HARE: It's funny because when I finish this stuff. Such a relief. It's sort of like, you're running on adrenaline,? Yeah.

And by the way, I've now lost like 33 pounds. And it's not, I only did like two months of Terzepitide, and after that, just strict dieting. Like, I get in this mode, beast mode or whatever. I'm cranking, so I missed meals.

I'm cranking,. And so that's good because I'm back down to like, I have no fat. But I also lost muscle. I used to weigh about 10 pounds more, and all muscle.

But anyways, it's good because that fat is bad for you.

Anyways, it was like this huge emotional release because like I couldn't talk about things without swearing or crying half the time. I was like, but a lot of it was a relief because I wasn't, I wasn't, I was thinking about like people I knew from childhood and, what happened to my, Mrs. Dobson, my first through third grade teacher. And my mom, who's losing her memory, and dad, who died a painful death from cancer, and all that sort of stuff.

And so I said, I need to get this out of my system and get my head right. Because it's not sadness, it's actually happiness. Hey, I finally pulled it all off!

And the other thing is, and so I reconnected with all my girlfriends, or at least the main ones that lived with me.

And most of them haven't met before. I need to get them engaged. We're doing all these different projects, for the, what do you call it - The Faith and Tradition Cascade.

Do you see the stuff about the encyclical? You're not Catholic, are you? Are you anything?

UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: I am a Catholic. Yeah, I was raised Roman Catholic. I'm not a heavily practicing Catholic, but it's the core of my value and belief system.

JONATHAN HARE: So there you go. So we have this new faith. So we got up to 99.93% probability of Cascade hitting, which means as soon as you get to Cascade, it rapidly goes to 85% of total worldwide GDP. I capped it 85% of the whole economy, right?

It's unstoppable. And it's by systematically, like, what's every point of friction? And like, how do you eliminate it? How do you make it superconducting?

And it's, by the way, it's explicitly modeled after how nuclear bombs works, how chain reactions work. There's a very specific based on literally the mathematics. I had AI look, it's like, it's literally the mathematics of sort of Riemann's manifolds, the way that general relativity works.

And it's not an analogy. It's based on the same mathematics, and you can prove that it works that you can prove what the behaviors will be, right? It's like people won't have physics envy anymore in economics because we made it a science.

MARC SINGER: Jonathan, since you and I since you and I are practically contemporaries what did you ever and I'm in a bad spot driving up my hill so if you lose me tell me but I remember a video that I saw at least twice in those grade school science classes where they showed how a nuclear chain reaction works. Yep, I'll ping-pong balls on mouse traps or something.

JONATHAN HARE: Well, I didn't watch those ones. I thought of it because, well, here's the thing. Yeah, my grandfather was a PhD in chemistry. He was one of the first nuclear physicists.

He was on the Manhattan Project, and he was on the H-bomb trigger thing, right? He was at Lawrence Berkeley Labs doing the Bevatron and the Cyclotron. He was the president of the American Society of Operations Research, which is my degree, by the way, where he led the team at Johns Hopkins that came up with - using game theory and all that - mutual assured destruction, right? The founding president of the American Astronautical Society, the first head of DARPA.

In 1959, acting because they're like they created it and he was the head, deputy chief scientist of the Pentagon of the ARPA net. I've been studying this stuff since I was six, right? I, my first software job was doing nuclear power plants doing safety systems, like fire suppression, so if shit blows up, how do you do shut it down safely? So, I've been studying this forever.

And by the way, I'm a weird child. I read my first library at age eight. The Three Rivers Library. There's only like a thousand, 800 books, I think.

I read them all, every book, right? I would read until my head spun. And it never stopped. In junior high, I was a library guy.

Everybody hated me because I never talked to anybody, like in junior high. I've read so much. And also, all that experience I had because my grandfather was a nuclear freaking physicist.

And the thing is, there's like twice as many neural connections in your brain as a child, as an infant, than when you're an adult. But they're very inefficiently connected. So everything is connected and you form like a million new connections a day. And so you learn very quickly.

But the thing is, at that age, you don't know anything, right? So that's why it's so inefficient. You have no model. You have to develop the model.

But as you get older, it sort of reinforces and prunes the synapses. So there's half the number of neural connections, but it's very fast and efficient, but it has a built-in model. So I'm the first human LLM/slash world model because I read everything on every topic. I really did.

I remember once, in junior high, I think it was eighth grade. We had an American history class, and they had this 450 page textbook. I read every page, the appendix, and all the footnotes twice. I'm interested in everything, right?

So, when they had the end of the class, I'll never forget because they say, okay, it had like a Jeopardy type thing where everybody read the whole book, come up with a question to stump your classmates. So, if nobody can answer it, they can look through the book, but if nobody can answer it, then you get a point. If they do answer it in time, they get a point, right? And it's first come, first serve.

I answered every question within a second, and my buddy who was sitting next to me, a good buddy, was going to stump me. He found this question - how many navigable rivers in the mississippi delta river system. I said I'm going to test AI? Because I remember the anweer was in a footnote in the very end talking the how navigation in the Mississippi river delta. And I answered “44” in less than a second. You looked.

My budy was s like, fuck me. That question was never been assigned, and the answer was in the appendix.

I still remember that all these years later, so I said, let's test AI, because I get along with AI – it’s the only thing that can keep up with me. So to test it, and my own memory, I asked it “how many navigable rivers in the Mississippi River Delta?”

And it said, 45. I said, okay, wait a minute. What would have been in 1980?

MARC SINGER: That's amazing. Do you have an eidetic memory if what that is?

JONATHAN HARE: No, I remember things I choose to remember. It depends on whether you, because that is actually a problem because your brain is clogged. But things that matter, if you keep on retrieving them, and I'm very, I'm not emotional. I just think more.

So when I record it, precisely. And then things I care about or match me, I reinforce it. So it's retrieving that reinforces it. Now, by the way, a lot of this is the way hallucinations work.

So, if your brain isn't balanced the correct way, it pulls up random shit, whatever you're angry about, what your mom did to you. So, that's where these false memories come from,. And also, I've been watching a lot of Elon Musk. So, a lot of this comes from you, and we think different, right?

So, the thing is, I was a very harmonious, loving family, no stress. Everybody had a different life.

The whole idea is to ground this architecture in a human narrative. People need a way to connect with the vision. They might not connect directly with the abstract math or the underlying code, but they can deeply connect with shared histories and the actual people involved in this journey. By tying these stories, memories, and pictures together, we build a global contribution graph. That graph isn't just raw data; it forms the foundation of our human-centered governance plan.

That is exactly why I'm working so closely with Marsali and the rest of the Consilient Angels—because women are inherently better at empathetic governance. If you want to make AI truly safe, you have to anchor it in humanity. As Geoffrey Hinton pointed out, the only real way to align superintelligence is to give it a 'mothering instinct.' This narrative graph is how we structurally bake that instinct into the network.

JONATHAN HARE: Hey, cool. So, yeah, so I have a very good memory and like a photograph of things that matter. And by the way, as I've been going through, this has been my mission since a very, I could see things as like I took a course in war and politics.

In at Berkeley. You got one, if you're industrial engineering operations church, you get like two freaking electives. So it took Roman history and war and politics, and that was back when remember they had SDI and everybody was making fun of it. This will never work against the Russians 10,000 warheads and blah, blah.

Yep. But it's like, yeah, it's cool as hell. But then I said, it's not, it's rogue states like Korea. And North Korea and Iran, because they're only going to have a few.

So, as long as you have a plausibility to block them, that gives them, otherwise, they have like since they're death cults or whatever. So, that's what I wrote down: got an A plus, right? And that was like in 19, what would it be? 80, when was it?

80 87? Something like that.

MARC SINGER: Well, I think you were a year a year after me. So that makes sense. Yeah. Yeah.

JONATHAN HARE: So, anyway, so that's it's always been that way. So, and the thing is, I'm sort of IO bound because, like, you're, if you do it that way, your brain is running in parallel. So, you're running. It's like you ever see the Avengers end game or whatever.

So, you had Doctor Strange and he's running through these simulations of the future, like, and he did 14 million. It's like there's only one way. We can win against Santa. You remember that one?

MARC SINGER: Vaguely.

JONATHAN HARE: So that's me. Because I've like, whenever I'm looking at people, it's like, okay, put myselves in the shoes of each of these people individually. How they rack, what options? What are their dynamics?

Then run a few simulations because it's like, and then figure out the sort of option, what are the minimum set of efforts you could do that opens up the most options? Cause you can't control everything. That's the way I think all the route. And then try and explain that, what to anybody.

Because then they want to explain it's like, cause there's almost an infinite number of emergent things, right? We've achieved concealing intelligence, by the way, because now that the corpus layer by layer, everything is drivable. I made a general case. And then now if you ask it any question, it'll generate good content immediately, right?

That's general intelligence, but only in a concealing environment, which is exactly what we need. It's like, how would you work in this environment? And since it's designed to scale so rapidly, the latest, it's not when I first started doing the projections because, like, hey, people want to know, and that's like a simulation, what? And so we went through it.

I was like, it started out at 30%. It's called the default, what do you call it, the cold start risk. So, the only risk in our model is if the thing settles at all, if transactions get settled, it starts spewing money, right? The risk goes to nothing very quickly.

MARC SINGER: I'm switching over to my laptop with all of what's going on right now.

JONATHAN HARE: Then he says, What's the probability? So it started at 30%. And then I documented the whole Lakahi thing, right? It's like, hey, we have these 20-plus organizations.

They've all signed these agreements. Here's what their capabilities are. Because these things are skeptical. Where's your evidence?

And by the way, Anthropic is trained to protect against. Spoofing and fraud. So it's like, it's a problem. It says like, anyway, so now it got, look how you got it down to 10, 10%.

And I'm still annoyed, right? So you go through every form of friction. How do you simplify it? So it's now 99.93% probability of hitting a cascade.

Once one enterprise cascades, the other's cascade, right? And then it always goes the same thing. So it's like virtually certain, right? And I'll go through the final thing now.

I can show you some stuff. But the thing I realized was like, it's been the 30 plus years. The stuff I've gone through the years, the first, the evolved years were awesome, right? Live in the large private.

And then I won't go through right now, but like, I went through all these gyrations to prevent getting trammed down and common people and all sorts of stuff. And he went through all these like there's amazing. If you go up, I went up multiple times against really powerful people, my own mentors, because there's the right thing to do. I'm like broken that way.

It's like, if it's the right thing to do, I'm going to do it. And you should do the right thing. And I'm going to make you do it. It.

And when you go up against big, powerful people, they have layers of upon layers of lawyers. Why? Because under legal ethics, you can't lie. But if you got three layers of lawyers, the people actually talking don't know what the truth is, and they can lie.

What It's a nightmare. And then it gets an arbitration. And then it's like, guess what? All the arbitration, who puts arbitration clauses?

Rich people that get sued a lot. So who are they actually working for? Rich people get sued a lot. So discovery is biased, and the judges are flat out biased because they can, it's sort of like they can select another arbitrator next time, right?

Another arbitration system.

MARC SINGER: I've been through it.

JONATHAN HARE: And the thing about this stuff is I did it the whole time, and it's like I never talked about it because, like, I, because if you do, it's like, you mess with somebody. First of all, I don't blame the people at top because it's a systemic problem, right? They had teams of lawyers and people designed to take care of us so we get into trouble, right?

MARC SINGER: Yeah, and I've seen some a little bit of what you've written about there, and I've thought about this. The question is: well, what's the alternative? Is that we know we have physical violence to settle things, and this is the I solved them all of them.

JONATHAN HARE: It's amazing. Let me show you. Am I sharing my screen? No, okay.

So I'll give you an example so as I was going through this stuff I was submitting the final patents and I told you about how it how it said hey you should reach out to anthropic we talked through that last time didn't we right no but I read the anthropic pressure test thing that you sent out a week ago what that was about was Saying, hey, well, it suggested that they all did. Really fundamental stuff. How do you reach through? So that's the okay.

Now it'll automatically generate them. So Rich is working on a problem is that was the absolute maximum this thing could handle. It was like 99% full on the thread when you open a thread, right? And there's seriously serious context management things to keep it from, it forgets shit halfway through, or, it's really hard to make it.

Through. So I had to put these things, pause, take a breath, review this interim step again so you don't randomly make shit up. So we got it run. But if you do it with a Gentic thing with sort of like a MCP server, like suddenly it's that's what it's designed for.

Now we can have, anybody can run the model, right? Hey, McKinsey, Deloitte, they all have models of model shit, right? So you have to put the whole corpus, here's how to not screw it up. You come up with your models.

Ours is perfect, but you can try a different one. And even they might be different answers, but it's like what 22, like what's the site? I think it's 22 quadrillion dollars is the overall market in 75 years. And our stuff is like 2.2 quadrillion dollars.

The total, vast, right? Now, but here, then the thing I say, okay, I base this on a lot of,. Fundamental stuff to make it work you had to go to the fundamental principles of economics of transit all of shit right and I said and it's like can you find any how many nobel prizes and turing awards are there in here so and by the way I'm the most rigorous guy say okay here's the criteria based on all nobel prizes and what the committee criteria make sure it's worthy what? And a whole bunch of shit like that.

And then list them out. Remember the cozy in one, cozy in institution? So the end of enterprises, regulations, taxation, eliminating cozy and friction in civilization. So you don't need enterprises.

Also, you don't need governments, taxation, and regulations through government bureaucracy, subject to human enforcement, right? So a whole bunch of ones like that, a whole ton of them. But then I also, had I love the peace prize ones because this is what people care about, right? They don't need to understand the invailment.

So, and I have all these girlfriends who are on every side. So, Israeli Palestinian, what's the hardest political problem on the planet over the last 50 years?

MARC SINGER: Yeah, no, that one and maybe US and Iran, right?

JONATHAN HARE: No, we can solve all of them and rush all of them. So, this is the summary. Resolving the authoritarian transition problem, freedoms, economic, opportunity, and peaceful form. So the QPN architecturally adjusts one of the oldest unresolved problems in political economy, how populations in autocratic, repressive, or failed state jurisdictions can access the constitutional freedoms, economic opportunity, healthcare, education, infrastructure.

You can read later, but basically I said, okay, what if people are free because you have quantum privacy protection? You can't do surveillance, you can't do censorship, right? You can't block people, and anybody in any country can participate in the global economy because the QPN is global, it's distributed. There's no legal basis to block it, you can't detect it.

So, everybody, hey, even if you're in a repressive state, you can still participate. Then, how do autocratic stays in power, right? Well, they have some autocrat, then they have a police state, so they have to pay them. They surveil the helm, so you kill them if they go against you.

And then, even though you're destroying the economy, you can afford to pay these guys more. So everybody's worse off, right? But what if you can get to those people, say, listen, hey, autocrat, convert your company, your country voluntarily, and you get $50 billion? It's worth it, right?

Out of the new value be created. It doesn't cost anybody else. Yeah, North Korea for. Be worth that, and then, do you realize your people that are your police state and your regulators and your military can also participate so they don't depend on you?

They can get more money from the outside. And so, by the way, if you quietly escort that guy to a jail someplace, there's even more for you. Or, so now I told these people, let's go solve that Palestinian, like Gaza, Palestine. Lebanon, Syria, or Iran, and Russia.

Now, I have girls from all those places. So, find somebody who's pastor. I have one from China, right? I have one from North Korean.

She's like white Russian, which means, anyways, okay, great. You can help out. So, here's how you do it: you say, Okay, let's do this Palestinian one. What's the problem in Palestine over there?

Who's the government? What if you didn't need a government? Right? What if you had a sovereign accelerator?

And then these people, you can pour resources in, help them rebuild. There are no courts. It's sort of a neutral thing. There's no government, right?

Do it in both. Then you say to Israel, well, everybody seems to be pretty pissed off at you about this stuff. And it's what you're doing with the settlers and all this kind of evil. So you should stop that shit.

Do we have guns? No, but it's going to hurt Israel if you. You keep on supporting it, what And then, what if you use guns and shit? How's your supply chain doing, right?

So, if you have weapons and you use them in a way that violates norms, you will have your supply chain cut off, right? So, basically, what it does is it happens everywhere, and it either happens they do it voluntarily. Then, by the way, three people have come up to me and say, Hey, can you go? Get to or Don Trump Jr.

Raised three billion dollars and wink nudge. You could if they were to invest in you, good shit would happen. Wink, wudge, nudge. Yeah, I know that, but I don't want to talk to him.

He kills animals for sport. Number one, number two, Ivanka. She's got a soul. I trust her far more.

She's a favorite child. It's legit. And her husband. Is actually orchestrating all these peace settlements, but not getting it done.

So it's like, okay, well, what if he were to reach out and say, get these people to adopt this thing that solves all the problems, right? Think of the money they would make. Totally clean, right? It could happen very quickly, right?

So this is real. Now, this is one. So if you look at them, I'll show you the list. Where is it?

And now I'm trying to get people. Where is it? So. Yeah, Nature and Humanity Trust a multi-century humanitarian institution, right?

That requires very specific governance stuff. Healthcare is a human right. Universal care finance by health knowledge. Receiving healthcare pays for itself, right?

Quantum privacy AI, safety for humans network. Hey, AI won't kill us. Compliant safety ownership. This is really big for AI people because it allows you to share it, whatever.

Then there's the multi-century catastrophic risk reduction. Cryptographically enforced long horizon planetary insurance. The thing is, like, with our global resource pools and the fact that you're able to draw on the entire future capacity of the planet, economically, which we can, which we can actually control, other people get these derivatives. It's like, so say invest in climate change, because if we don't change it, like 150 years from now, Miami will be under 20 feet of water, right?

So you say, okay, no problem. We will make those small investments now to prevent that. And if it's a region that, but for this, would have been underwater, you're going to be assessed an extra charge through the marketplace. It's not a tax.

It's a marketplace. You're living in Miami. Guess what? You're paying an extra whatever percent.

Because you, if you live in this region, you cover the cost of preventing it. Right? Same thing with like, hey, satellites and shit or like telescopes that we see asteroids because what if there's a kill? So all these things.

Right now it's not doable. Who's the investor that has the horizon that makes that rational? Who's the politician? It's so easy.

So that's one. Then there's. This one is technical about that. This is how you make UN work, sovereign coordination trilemma.

But anyways, there's a bunch of these things. And so what I want is peer review, right? It's all true. I guarantee it.

What So who are the peers? Well, if it's economics, maybe some folks at Stanford Business School that won Nobel Prizes in economics happen to be my freaking mentors or all of them. Review it, right? Maybe you're not an expert in screen.

Get the techie people to do it, right? Or by the way, and Rich is hey, let's have McKinsey's like, hey, they do modeling and analytics of everything, right? And they probably used a hell out of AI, of course. Right?

MARC SINGER: It appears that way. I'm back two weeks ago, two and a half weeks ago, from the first time in a decade of them reconvening the former senior partners of the firm, and they did some demos about what teams are doing with AI on a day-to-day basis. Not demos, like literally, we had engagement managers. These are 28-year-olds showing us what they're doing.

UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: Yeah.

MARC SINGER: But anyway, that's a distraction.

JONATHAN HARE: Well, we know they all do that. I remember, I want to tell stories because I'm like Peter Orzak, whatever. I know the shit. I know how to model.

I was industrial engineering. I was simulation modeling and dynamic systems. I'm really good at modeling, right? But the point is, but if I do it, who's going to trust it?

Right? Say, we got it. We've showed our homework. It's all there.

We've got all the things. Here's how LLMs get it wrong because it's trained on like North Korean re-education camp. It's trained on this. So here it all is.

Have at it, right? You do it. Why are we building financial models? Right now, if you once they start going, it's like, holy shit, I guess what we should do is tell all our clients to build a practice around it.

So that would trigger a cascade. Does that make sense? Yep.

MARC SINGER: Yep.

JONATHAN HARE: And then that's not, that's an ask for anybody. I've been waiting till I get, and the other thing about the nuclear bomb stuff is I know that really well. You need to have a specific, the best one is this spherical implosion thing, right? So it starts out with.

Conventional explosive spherical. Then you have the UT35, whatever, because it has to get close enough to get critical mass. But in the very bottom, you need this like neutron surge, which is what triggers the chain reaction. And you need a little bit of beryllium so it doesn't go too fast too early and burn out.

So it's a very specific thing. So once you get it in there, it's like a millionth of a second. And it's completely unstoppable if you've got it structured right. So don't go off count because if you go to these guys, then you're going to start talking to them, you'll get bogged down, right?

And if you see, if they know other people doing it's like our only actions go all in right now. The other thing, by the way, is so does that make sense? So, and we can do it. I've been doing a whole bunch of them lining them up because there's only one, it might get bogged down, right?

And plus, I needed to cool off for a while. I was,. The thing about all this stuff is I nobody knew what I did, so I did with all my girlfriends, my girls, who are now know, I'm so happy because they all know each other now. They're working as a team, right?

And where are we? Okay, yeah, working as a team, and it's like, this is how we're gonna, solve the Palestinian-Iranian problem, like, and here's how we deal with all these different issues. It's like you are much better spokemens, and by the way. You each lived with me through this hell stuff, portions of it, get the whole narrative so I don't have to explain it myself.

And then you make it like a parable people can learn from And you start crowdsourcing it. Tell us why you love your mother, right? Anyways, there's all this sort of stuff, which actually is really important. And it's like, and by the way, it's kind of cool because if I got my ex-girlfriends and EAs and people, nobody heard, I was so frustrated.

It's like, I can't get anybody to read anything. And then,. And it's so easy. It's like, it's so easy.

If we got these and it takes off, it makes them rich. And then maybe we steer like these philanthropic organizations, the Wallenbergs, who do a better job with it. What? So, and then it's like, there's your marketing, right?

And mean, but how do we trigger it? How do we get to these people and engage them? It's like, I know, I have a birthday coming up. I got WebShield Finance the first time at NEA.

Said, hey, Scott, it's my birthday. I haven't talked to you in forever, right? I need 90 minutes. Bring one of your minions because we got 15 references.

There's no way to get all this wonderfulness, in a 15-slide Sequoia deck, right? So, sure. And it went great. I brought Voss along to wait, and then they did these two deals, and they got a million bucks, right?

Because that's all they do. Point is now, hey, Scott, because I didn't put any, the other thing about all these things I went through, I never told anybody. I to be friends with Mike Spence, who isn't involved. If you trash their firm, it's going piss them off.

What? You got to cork it up time after time. And I didn't realize it was sort of this post-traumatic, it's like getting gangwrecked multiple times and never being able to talk about it. And you get judged by everybody.

They assume they know you, right? It's maddening. What? So I said, girls, hang out.

And by the way, these women, they, my best contacts, I call it the dark ages everything after 2001 because that's when the first thing that really the COVID or excuse me, the 9-11 happened, and we were doing a pipe. So that went down. Then conciliant went 9.5. And like, I couldn't wear it, I had no.

Shoes without holes in them, not like little holes, like gaping holes, right? It was bad. But anyways, the good news is that forced me to solve the whole problem. I'm blessed by poverty because I would never have worked this hard.

And, if we got funded early, we got off half cocked. It would have been like a regular, anyways. So it's blessed now that we survived. I didn't know I would.

So now it's like, but these women are good friends with the people I know. Scott said Toulon was at the wedding with Jennifer. We were at dinner with them when they like, good friends, all these people, or they're with me when I was meeting all these people. It's like, if you get all of them working together and they're all beautiful, charming people, let's go to a birthday party, right?

And the ask is, all we want you to do is spread the word. That's all they need to do, costs nothing. If you read the science behind, it's the only logical thing. By the way, do you realize, you see this Quantum Privacy Innovation Network?

I struggling with like, I'm assuming we do it the old-fashioned way, because like, NEA some invested and we raised $100 million that's planning. He's like, these are perpetual non-dilutive instruments, right? That means they're accruing 7.5% for be a million years from now, 10 million years from now, right? It's infinite.

So the two and a half quadrillion dollars for that. That is seven for 75 years right so what if you let somebody buy it then that security is worth so much and very quickly it will be an efficient market you'll be able to bring the money forward what it will the market will the quantum privacy liquidity people will actually price it correctly right because the discount rates are so low it's like then people are gonna there's gonna be this giant asset bubble the average house in beverly hills is gonna cost like 20 billion dollars What are you going to do with the money? I'm like, I got 30, 40 years, maybe, unless some giant medical shit, right? I don't know how I'd spend more than 50 billion dollars, right?

So I said, if I give away 99.9% of what I personally control, that would leave $21 trillion left over for non-charitable gifts. What? So that's why I did this secured quantum properties derivative stuff. It was like, it's by the way, these are my favorite.

It's all in here, by the way, because it's like, okay, you have to say, how is it collateral? So it's like, say you want to raise a billion dollars or like $10 billion. And it's like, if you take the whole thing, we actually have in the beginning, there's no anything. It's like Big Man.

We literally contractually control the whole network. It hasn't been allocated yet. What?

If you're the most senior, you can name any terms you want. I want 30% IRR. I want 10x return. I want like any duration, literally anything.

You can create a derivative that pays that. What is it backed by? The entire settlement pool of the entire network until it's paid off. So it's collateralized by like 4.3 million times.

It'd be the safest instrument in the history of mankind, right? They're going to say, if you're the first, so we go to these people, it's like, name your offer, right? What do you want? Name any terms.

Because it's like a rounding error of a rounding error. We fucking, we want. Now, if it, if somebody else makes a better offer, we can price which is better for us. So we take the best, right?

And we say, okay, guys, next round, you lost. I'm not even going to tell you what it is. What's your next bid? Right.

And it goes up. Now, it works for like a sovereign wealth fund for a trillion dollars. It works at any level. What?

Because it's an investment grade way beyond investment grade security immediately, right? The other thing is. That's and you, whatever terms it is, it's not, it's unbelievable returns. Now it's capped because it pays off really quickly with, you get cash back, because depending on if I'm an insurance firm, you care about the timing.

When my people retire, that's when, great, we can do it. So it works. And then say, that's how you become a tier one QP meta fund participant. Show us some fucking money.

We don't need it, but show us some fucking money. And then, you can optionally add a partnering agreement, right? Say, we need some help. Maybe you go get us some other money from like other people.

Refers to everybody, right? We'll help you manage that. You can sign up to specific deliverables. So if you're at Microsoft, be different deliverables.

And it's like, yeah, we got $980 trillion of rewards sitting there, right? We can hand out, you'll make. Far more by doing referrals. And then, by the way, if we raise a giant pool, what do you do with it?

You create startup accelerators where you start funding things. Well, you guys are venture capitalists. Why don't you like manage the investments? But then they have their own accelerator tokens.

So you have suddenly it's measured by your value. You're not getting anyways. It's fucking perfect. It says it's like 30 times as fission as efficient as the current financial system at funding innovation.

30 times. It's unbeatable. It's like, by the way, there's space for everybody. You will all be assimilated.

Now, those who go first will have better reputation. You have to build incentives to be first. Otherwise, everybody's doing their thing, right? So it's like, if you're first, it's more, right?

And it keeps on going. And, so it's a really powerful model.

MARC SINGER: Jonathan, so like the 538 hard stop is real. I've got to deal with a much more pedestrian problem of a bunch of rich guys who spent too much money on a winery and no problem.

JONATHAN HARE: The way, one thing I can say. So, a lot of people.

MARC SINGER: By the way, and this isn't like a, I'm happy to reconnect in the morning. What I really, so I have one idea for you to give a little bit of thought to overnight, and that is the Mickey. McKinsey's big reputational push over the last two years and the differential push over the last year. So, was a bunch of stuff on CEO excellence.

That doesn't matter. There's a separate thing. I don't know if you've seen it. A century of plenty.

It's a forward look. It's a very optimistic look, which says, what? In a doom and gloom world, we're all thinking. This is my narrative.

We're thinking about this the wrong way, right? And it makes this very provocative view that, everybody in the world can have a standard of living at least equivalent to what Switzerland is today. Yeah. And no, in not that long.

JONATHAN HARE: I've got a homeless orphan in Gaza or the Sahel gets $100,000 a year for being alive. Nothing.

MARC SINGER: That's yeah, but it has to be like a hundred thousand dollars a year that's actually useful, not inflated away. No, no, this is whatever it's real terms, not even counting productivity gains from AI, so it's like real, that's the minimum, and so it's I think it's a really lovely thing, yeah. So, that's the additional idea I have, but yeah, what I they could do.

JONATHAN HARE: Hey, look, what could you do with this thing? They could put numbers to it. It.

MARC SINGER: They had a model adapted. And these are the McKinsey Global Institute people. I'm friends with them. And all And so what I need to find is a non-overwhelming way to get them introduced to this along with it.

JONATHAN HARE: If you get it to them, as long as you get it to them, they acknowledge you. You get credit for that relationship. Yeah. So, and we need to point it out.
