A Sovereign Accelerator is a coordination vehicle anchored by a government or royal house, generating a Sovereign Public Benefit Trust that directs settlement to healthcare, education and social services within that jurisdiction.
The framework is deliberately value-neutral and universal. Every person and organization holds a QPC Option entitling them to participate through personal advocacy — there are no gatekeepers, no permission requirements and no exclusions. That is a design property rather than a policy: a network that could exclude anyone would have an authority capable of excluding, which is the thing the architecture exists to remove.
Each entry below carries its own provenance — the source, and how it was processed. That is the condition on which this graph can be extended by anyone without degrading.
The trail exists so that people who were there can reconstruct their own memories, recognize what they helped incubate, and add to or correct the record — or forward the few pages that belong to someone they know.
Manager-Originated Quantum Privacy Cells are created without the individual's knowledge or authorization, which is what removes any inducement or prohibited-benefit concern. No value is transferred or realized without explicit activation by the person. Restricted or conflicted allocations are automatically reclassified as Public-Benefit Derivative Rights held in public trust. Personal-capacity advocacy conducted off-duty is constitutionally protected expression.
The architecture's proliferation property means it spreads on economic incentive into every jurisdiction that participates in the global economy — including autocracies — in a form that cannot be detected or segregated, because the Freedom Premium travels inside the same cryptography as the economic participation. Adoption by an authoritarian state is therefore not a failure of the model. It is the mechanism working.
