Managing Director of the Microinsurance Centre at Milliman — with Nancy Watkins, Jeff Weiss and Rich Moyer part of what Jonathan Hare calls Milliman's climate, sustainability, microfinance and microinsurance leadership. Hare has had numerous meetings with him, introducing the Fellows to one another and to his other connections (S-188).
