Billy Tauzin — the former Congressman then heading PhRMA — served on Resilient's board, backed Jonathan Hare's 2013 coalition in the governance war, and facilitated the critical bridge to Boston's academic and healthcare power structures that became the AHRQ chapter: Christensen and Yoffie at Harvard Business School, and through Christensen the SMART health IT team. A connector whose introductions outlived the boardroom that occasioned them.
