Clayton Christensen — met at Harvard Business School alongside David Yoffie through Billy Tauzin's bridge — immediately recognized that Resilient's architecture bypassed the Innovator's Dilemma he had himself formalized, and introduced Jonathan Hare to Isaac (Zak) Kohane, Ken Mandl and Josh Mandel, the team driving the SMART health IT platform.
