What this is

Everything tradeable, nothing surrendered — siloed and non-market activity becomes trust-verified economic flow.

The classical obstacle to exchange is that it requires disclosure, and disclosure destroys the thing being exchanged. So the most valuable activity stays siloed, informal, or off-market entirely — coordinated by meetings and goodwill instead of by markets.

Universal Exchange makes previously unmarketable activity flow: lawful coordination, settlement, and zero-marginal-cost reuse across organizations, sectors and jurisdictions — because use no longer means surrender.

The working model is a paper card in a Fremont factory: kanban — a small, trusted, real-time signal issued by the people closest to the work, outperforming billions in automation. The Universal Exchange is that card generalized to every resource on earth.
