The Consilient Quantum Paradigm's answer to M&A: entangled ecosystems, dormant attribution, and the Activation Milestone as the measurement event

Under the Consilient Quantum Paradigm, legal and economic entities need not be merged, acquired, or dissolved: the Consilient and EP3 ecosystems exist in superposition, their constituent elements — the two Consilient Nature and Humanity Trusts, for instance — perfectly entangled (S-101). Value in superposition remains potential: dormant, conditional attribution recorded within Quantum Privacy Cells, until a measurement event occurs. That event is the Activation Milestone — an executed agreement, a production settlement, a pilot deployment — at which the ownership-rights wave function collapses and latent contribution crystallizes into settlement under the Consilient Contribution Allocation Model. The system pays for verified impact, not activity; the physics metaphor is load-bearing, and the record's architecture section carries the machinery.
