How the Ethics Premium is operationalized — named in the corpus, awaiting its own definition

The Launch Plan operationalizes the Ethics Premium — truthfulness, fairness, and responsibility — through three instruments: the Reciprocal Fairness Doctrine, Proof-of-Trust verification, and inherited Trust Criteria. The corpus names the Doctrine and assigns it that role; it does not yet define it in its own terms. This page is therefore an honest placeholder in the record's manner: it exists so that the Premiums page has a place to point, and it states the gap rather than filling it with invention. What the name and its placement imply — fairness as a reciprocal obligation between counterparties in every exchange, verifiable rather than asserted, and inherited by derivatives — is offered as the record's reading, marked as such, pending the corpus's definition in the Rule 2 session.
