Omar Salah named, and the Ira Klein champion arc corroborated

The account as dictated, preserved verbatim. Everything elsewhere on this site that derives from it is a distillation — and where the two differ, this governs.

Recorded 2026-08-18Hare's message, with public profile links as supplied. The GTMRx Institute's published biography of Klein was fetched and corroborates the four-role arc.All sources
Provenance

Dictated by Jonathan Paul Hare in working sessions with Claude (Anthropic) and transcribed in-session. Lightly cleaned for typographic errors and false starts; wording, sequence and emphasis preserved. Not an audio transcript. Where the distilled page differs from the source, the source governs.

Primary source

As dictated

MD Portal's founder is Omar Salah. We did a proof of concept with them, Miiliman, and New England Health, through my friend Ira Klein, who has been our champion through his roles at Aetna, J&J/Janssen, New England Health, and Tempus.

Editorial record

Two things settled. First, MD Portals' founder is Omar Salah — closing the first ask on that page the day after it was filed, which is the mechanism working. Second, Ira Klein's champion arc is corroborated by the GTMRx Institute's published biography, which documents the sequence exactly as Hare states it, with one name correction published here: the organization is Health New England (dictated 'New England Health'), where Klein served as vice president and chief medical officer; the documented arc runs Aetna (including Chief of Staff and National Medical Director, Clinical Thought Leadership), then Janssen for Johnson & Johnson as Senior Director and Lead of Healthcare Quality Strategy, then Health New England, then Tempus as VP of Provider Relations. 'Miiliman' preserved verbatim; Milliman in display. The proof of concept ran with MD Portals, Milliman and Health New England, through Klein.

Downstream

What was built from this

Each page below is a distillation of the account above. The chain is recorded in both directions so that a reader, a journalist or a future system can walk from a claim back to what was actually said.

Correction

If you were there

A source record can be wrong about the world even when it accurately preserves what was said. Corrections are recorded alongside rather than replacing it — nothing here is overwritten.
